42 days of flowering, the girls are incredibly colorful and fragrant. Purple Punch X Do-si-dos is coming to an end and Zombie Kush will soon be smelling of flowers with a hint of lavender, two Strawberry Bananas are hopefully running out and the third Strawberry Banana is developing beautifully. I'm starting to have problems with the temperature in the house, I'm not drowning I'll hope ..! I love the colors of autumn and Purple genetics 💜👑

1st week of Veg!

Que pasa familia, vamos con la octava y floración semana de floración de estas Papaya Zoap F1 de Sweetseeds. Vamos al lío, me quede con 3 por espacio, siempre pongo alguna semilla de más por si no abriese alguna por no perder ese hueco del indoor. También se trasplantaron a su maceta definitiva, en este caso de 7 litros. Y también superaron el shock por el trasplante se recuperaron 100%. El ph se controla en 6.2 , la temperatura la tenemos entre 20/22 grados y la humedad ronda el 50%. El fotoperiodo esta a 12/12 para floración. Las jodidas estiraron bastante, y es algo que no me gusta de todas las F1, que cultive hasta ahora. El olor que desprende es muy peculiar es muy dulce y empalagoso, a mi parecer, no pinta nada mal, las flores están muy prietas y la tricomada es bestial. Hasta aquí todo, Buenos humos 💨💨💨

This is the start of week 9 and she is doing GREAT!! Pistols are turning nice and pretty 😍! Buds are fattening nicely, and the thing im most proud of, no sighs of defiency!! She is a very good plant to grow. And is going to give me some very nice smoke!!

week 5 flowering - No herms, strong aroma, and THC production! 🌿🌸🌱🔥 Hello, fellow growers! It's time for another thrilling update on my flourishing journey. We've officially entered week 5 of the flowering phase, and things are looking absolutely fantastic. Here's what's been happening in my grow room: The most exciting news is that I haven't encountered any hermaphroditic plants thus far. It's a relief to see the ladies staying true to their gender and focusing solely on bud development. 🚫⚡️ The aroma emanating from the grow room is simply amazing! The fragrance has become more pronounced and enticing, filling the space with the delightful scent of resinous goodness. It's a testament to the terpene profiles of these strains. 🌿👃🌸 Additionally, the THC production is in full swing! The buds are swelling and becoming denser by the day. It's truly a sight to behold, and I can't wait to see how they'll develop further as we progress through the flowering stage. 🌿🌱🌸💪 While the plants are thriving, I've noticed a slight nutrient burn on the tips of some leaves. To address this, I've decided to dial back the nutrient concentration a bit for this week. It's important to maintain a careful balance and avoid overfeeding, especially during this critical phase. 💧💚 As for the nutrient solution, the pH has remained stable at 6.33, ensuring optimal nutrient uptake by the plants. The TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) level has been consistently maintained between 1150 and 1250, providing the plants with the necessary nutrient balance. ⚖️📈 With everything going so well, I'm filled with excitement for the upcoming week of flowering. 15th.05.2025 Day 70. Left these girls for a couple of days, came back to see them explode. All milky trichomes. Still some white pistil hairs. Strong 💪 smell. Tropicana cookies 🍪 strong cirtus smell. Banana 🍌 purple punch has sweet and fruity smell, so lovely. Lemon 🍋 cherry🍒 has bubble gum smell with hint of citrus. They have definitely put on some weight in past week. We will see how far we can take them until we start seeing amber trichomes. 17th.05.2025 day 72 Today I harvested the tropicana cookies. I still could have waited a bit longer, however i am dying for a smoke. Hung whole plant in small grow tent, maybe 1ft x 1ft. I am trying to slow down drying as much as possible because on last run (wurlz f1) I dry too quickly without keeping an eye on temperature and humidity. Buds were crispy. In dry tent now the buds are touching the wall. I don't know if this will affect the dry. We will find out. Placed dehumidifier in tent as humidity keeps going up as plant drys. Set at 60%. I can't get temperature down to 60f or 15.5c as recommended. My temperature is around 20c or 68f. As for the others i will try to push them as much as possible. We'll see how things progress. 18th.05.2025 Day 73 Today was chop day for banana 🍌 purple punch 👊🏼. She is frosty as f**k. On this plant fimming was applied. She came out short as I wanted. It's difficult to see with jewelers loop but I see some amber. I need to get better scope. Also today I gave chemdawg a reservoir change out with final part solution. Also because there is more room in grow tent I spread some of the branches and trimmed off some of the lower popcorn buds. Topped up lemon cherry with nutrient solution. Soon lemon 🍋 cherry 🍒 will be chopped🔪 For the dry tent I removed dehumidifier as it was creating heat on the buds directly about. I am using an inline fan now . Once the humidity gets too high it comes on and sucks dry air in. This also removes stagnant or stale air, which is better for buds and will help prevent mold. 21th.05.2025 Day 76 Today lemon 🍋 cheery was harvested. Looking at trichomes they seem milky woth little amber, however the pistil hairs on her were all brown and she was starting to lose her bubble smell. I placed her in dry tent with tropicana cookies and banana purple punch. I had to install carbon filter because these girls were stanking up the house.

Welcome to my Fast Buds sponsored shootout and living organic soil v coco side by side. I also plan to use this grow to my full advantage regarding a few age old nagging questions about methods. I have had a keen interest in L.O.S ( supersoil) since reading a few threads a while back on how amazing and productive it can be. After too much research and procrastinating I had to give it a go. I have been a decades coco/nft grower and recently threw my hat in the rdwc ring too. I have avoided soil due to the overwatering worry ( heavy handed chimp brain !) and the best potting soil/feeds. Catching up on the advances in indoor soil gardening and organics led me too subcools supersoil recipes to name a few but being a town dweller with farms everywhere around me still drew blanks on a lot of the ingredients needed and where the hell I could even begin to get them from. Thankfully , commercial savvy has now made buying it in ready to use and with a full range of beneficial bacteria ect available in amendments from a grow shop here in the uk. ecothrive have realised the potential for us to dive into this medium with all the mixing , measuring and resourcing. I bit the bullet and £150 later I now have 4 x37Litre pots that will be used for as long as I want to feed the soil for without EVER needing nutrients again potentially. The coco has also had charge mixed in to encourage the bennies to colonize there too. I will be using the shogun nutes that I know do the business with coco to compare with for yield , growth and taste. I have 3 seeds each of 4 Fast Buds Strains to use as a control for the grow and am journaling each strain in their own diaries. This statement will be used to start each one as the information is identical at this point but following this I will do them individually. I am now starting their second week since opening the seed packets , straight into soaked and shook root riot cubes and into the heated propagator. They had all showed their heads by end of day 3 and a couple needed helmet surgery to open up without being hindered . I have has them in the prop for a few days but they needed to get settled as they were popping roots out all over the cubes. They have now been in their final pots for 2 days complete and starting their 3rd today at day 8 since planting in cubes. I am impressed with the speed and success of these girls already (12 of 13 germinated) . Well done fast buds. So here we go folks , any comments , ideas ,questions , advice are always welcome and I hope we can have some fun experimenting with defol v non defol , topping v fimming v bending and any other curiosities along the way. Week 8 - 05/03 - 05/10 Light - 400 W HPS & 265 W LED Temperature - 76 +/-2 Humidity - 55 +/-5 D1 Flower - This week will be the transition week for the ladies, each day reducing the light schedule by an hr. It worked pretty well last time so hopefully, this batch follows suit. I will change the MH bulb to an HPS midweek, along with switching on the bloom switch for the LED light. Added the Scrog net and trimmed up the bottom side as well. D4 Flower - Watered with nutrients and switched to an HPS bulb D7 Flower - Plants are doing great, nod spacing is nice and stacked. The transition eased the plants into flower, they are down to 12 on 12 off.

Plants sprouted in just three days after planting! First week for the seedlings was me learning to get the humidity and light the right distance. A little bit of stretching but not too big of a deal. Plants fixed themselves

I havent been keeping a day by day through this week (More for my sanity than anything else) as I was starting to become a tad obsessed, resulting in this feeling like the end result is even further away. So ive tried to take a more relaxed approach in checking the enviroment throughout the day due to the heat wave we're experiancing. Ive been struggling to keep the humidity high enough, with it regularly sitting around 25-30%. Need a better humidifier but dont have the space on this current one to get a "Smart" one that will regulate for me. Relying on a naff one little one from amazon that has an auto off feature and just doesnt seem to throw out enough vapour. However this is valuable information for the next run! GG4 - I removed the damaged leaves, as these we're not bouncing back once the pH issue had been rectified. This has allowed for further space for growth which has been filled nicely. This has also been topped this week. Im concerned that im at a height limit within my tent, and currently sitting in the sweet spot for topping autos. Hopefully this will keep it within the parameters of my tent and promote more bud sites! All in all, this has really started to push on, and im so pleased that its bounced back from the start of a pH issue. LST has meant that height measurements are a little scewed now. Explorer - This has been steady away since day 1, this week it recieved its LST which is already showing signs of further growth. Seems to bulking itself up a bit now, the difference between last week and this week are night and day! Cindy - Starting to catch up to explorer in terms of growth however is seemingly staying squat for now. Im going to give it a few more days before its LST. Ariel - My sadest princess was refusing to bounce back from my mistreatment within the 3 gal pot and was taking up precious space and not pulling her weight. Therefore shes been moved into a nursery pot where she will live out the rest of her days in peace. My poor girl...... Shes starting to pull through though! Due to the heat weve been experiancing it seems that ive been watering more frequently, if not every day at least every other day. Ive tried to back off on how much im watering to compensate and relying on the weight of the pot and also my moisture meter to tell me when to water. HOPEFULLY it keeps me right

The flush is almost over and these are almost done. Few more days and they’ll be gettin chopped. Paying close attention the trichome head colors and ratios. Everything looks and smells fantastic. Fastbuds most definitely is a leader in the auto genetic world. More than pleased every time.
