I didn’t see a lot of vertical growth this week but the buds are starting to really fatten up and get frosty. Humidity was a real problem this week and I had to purchase a dehumidifier as this far into flower consistent levels in the 60’s we’re quite concerning. I’ve still been watering every morning at around half a gallon and will feed a compost tea tomorrow.

Woche über haben sich die Blüten weiter entwickelt. Die Trichome wurden mehr und man fängt an erste Terpene zu riechen. Wir haben Donnerstag (BT 2) stark entlaubt und schauen jetzt wie die Pflanzen wachsen. Papaya entwickelt die dicksten Buds bisher und allgemein ist sie der OG G.O.A.T

J'ai eu un petit coup de stress çar les trichomes de la Kmintz ont commencé à devenir ambré (mais pour l'instant il y a que les feuille qui sont atteintes, les buds sont toujours avec des trichomes laiteux). Welcome to week 3 of flower for these fine ladies! As the stretching period comes to and end in about a week or so I'm excited to see the plant's develop their flowers. Some of the plants have already developed quited the frost for their age and as the cycle continues its just going to get more pronounced. Some of the plants are giving off a faint smell now mostly the Banana Smoothie smelling of cream and bananas so far. Overall I'm really pleased with what's going on so far and can't wait for further development of the flowers! Wont be long till we see some giant flowers covered in trichomes! I was timid and had a lot of personal obligations preventing me from staying in the garden as much as I would have liked. Its a grower! and stretches so much in early flower. Stay on top of her but I think she may make some amazing bud based on what I did have drying recently. I wish I didnt mess up the timing but I just couldnt have the second wave be held up by these mistakes and felt it best to let it go

8/23 I WATERED THE NATURAL MK ULTRA AND THE 10TH PLANET IN THE BACK WITH A GALLON AND THE TWO TENS SPLIT A GALLON. It's hotter today and the wind is picking up. I wish I had gotten rid of that plant when I thought to. Oh well. I'm going to have to bite the bullet and treat things. Smell is increases as well as flower size. However I'm noticing more leaves that are yellowing and falling off. Smell has intensified. The special kush in late flower doesn't seem to be producing trichomes like it should. Or maybe it's still early. I see some but by this time I would think it would be frosty as hell! It's rained like once this summer. I've put tons of work into defoliating. I'm not sure if I'll try a controlled spray trying to avoid buds or if I should use a sponge and just hit every leaf. At least I'm seeing that the buds are still expanding and smelling despite these invisible Bastards. It's not like I see them. Even my traps only caught like one. I'll update as I go. EDIT: WATERED THE TENTH PLANET AND THE LATE SOECIAL KUSH 1 GAL. PLAN ON FEEDING TOMORROW. I DID A SHIT TON OF DEFOLIATION. I DONT SEE ADULT THRIPS BUT I SEE THE EGGS AND SHIT IN THE CREVICE AND SOMETHING IS COMING AND EARING SMALL LOWER FOLIAGE. I DEFOLIATED MORE AND THEN "SPOT TREATED" A FEW LEAVES ON A BOTTOM BRANCH OF THE 10TH PLANET WITH MITE X. I'M WAITING UNTIL THE MORNING TO SEE THE RESULTS AND BEFORE I MOVE FORWARD. I HAVE ORGANOCIDE BEE SAFE AND I KNOW IT WORKS GOOD BUT IT SMELLS LIKE SHIT. IM HOPING ILL FIGURE THIS OUT. 8/24 Didn't have time to do a video or take any pictures. I pit a lot of work in the garden yesterday. I removed a couple small branches that had mold on the stem. If I had listened to my intuition and moved that plant (instead of listening to my dad) I probably could've negated this mess. Windy as hell yesterday. Maybe that's why I don't see mich damage from the thrips. The runt in the 50 has some silver ingredients on it. I'm considering using spinosad. Those are way earlier in flower and that shit WORKS. WATERED TODAY;BIG MK ULTRA 1.5, THREE IN THE BACK ROW, CHEMDOG AND TENTH PLANET ALL GOT 1 GALLON. THE TWO TENS SPLIT A GALLON. I THEN FED EVERYTHING WITH A QUART OF FOOD. I'll keep an eye out on the dosage and see what the can handle. I left out plant doctor as I'm dealing with thrips. Took a leaf that looked like sep off the pink kush in the 50 with half used soil. The plants that I treated with citric acid looked no worse for the wear and actually BETTER than they hadcthe day before. The other 10th planet and the Pink kusg in the ten are the worst. If I can't beat it I may junk them. I'm planning on treatingvtge plants I didn't yesterday tonight. I may use a different treatment I'm not sure. EDIT: Went back over and took a few pics and a video. I defoliated a SHIT TON of leaves. I can just tell the ones that the thrips have been sucking and laying eggs. It's windy as hell. Plants are going crazy. I'm wondering if the wind will hurt the thrips. Maybe I should've just stood with the wind at my back and throw a buNch of D.E. in the air and have it coat the plants. I'm scared of using d.e. because it absorbs so much water. It's like 80%! The year I had fusarium I put a bunch of d.e. on the soil and it retained water like a mofo. The plants I treated showed no I'll effects. I'm th8nkobg I'm going to remove patient zero and isolate it. And I'm considering using spinosad on the pink kush. What would you do? If you had to use something in the middle of flower or loss your crop which would you choose? I'll probably just use citric acid or the rubbing alcohol. I don't know. I'll keep it updated. UPDATE: WENT OVER AROUND FIVE AND DEFOLIATED. I CHECKED THE PLANTS I TREATED AND THE ONE IN THE TEN HAD A FEW LEAVES THAT LOOKED LIKE SEP. ITS EXTREMELY WINDY SO I DECIDED AGAINST SPRAYING TONIGHT. I LOOKED ONLINE FOR PREDATORS BUT IT APPEARS TO BE TO LATE OR EXPENSIVE. I MAY LOOK FOR AN OVERNIGHT SHIPMEBT OF LOST COAST PLANT THERAPY OR SOMETHING BUT WILL THAT WORK SUBSTANTIALLY BETTER THAN A DIY VERSION? ILL EITHER ORDER SOMETHING TONIGHT OR PICK UP THE LAST FEW INGREDIENTS I NEED TOMORROW. LOOKING THROUGH THE GARDEN THOUGH EVERYTHING LOOKS GREAT! I WISH THE TRICOMES WOULD DEVELOP A LITTLE FASTER ON THE EARLY SPECIAL KUSH BUT IT IS WHAT IT IS. THESE GIRLS HAVE BEEN THROUGH HELL AND BACK ARE REAL TROOPERS. 8/25 I thought about putting the late flowering special kush in the barn because it looks cloudy and we are supposed to get rain. I chose to wait until I got back but it started raining already. It's not raining right now but it will probably start again. I'm just worried because I haven't staked the branches. It's a strong plant though. I'll check on her when I get back. I'm looking for some Castille soap this morning and the rest of the things to make a diy lost coast plant therapy. The plants look good though and the flowers are really stacking up. I don't see that silvery shit so it doesn't look like it's spreading real fast. The pink kush is in early flower and I'm considering spinosad for them. They have a long ways to go. I'm not sure. I may just use the diy spray. I'm not sure.

It's been an alright week, I guess. I'm very concerned about the area around the stem split on UKBS 2, as there is a tan-brown area appearing near it. I'd be incredibly disappointed if I were to lose UKBS 2 as it's one of my most vigorous plants currently. In other news, the tent will be flipped to flower in a couple days after I water UKBS 1 and ensure there are no ongoing nutrient issues. Looking forward to seeing Carl's bud structure. 5/3/2021 - The split in UKBS 2 still has ambiguous effects. There seems to be issues appearing at the bases of other nodes. I have started spraying with 2% vinegar solution in case it's white mold, I'm not a fan of losing this one. In other news, the tent has been flipped; waiting on flowers.

This is a slow flowering strain, but things are progressing nonetheless. Plants have gracefully taken everything I've thrown at it and have presented no problems thus far.

Week 9 - First Week of Flowering 🌸 The dark period has ended, and these ladies came back into the light fully energized and ready for action! It’s just the first week of flower, and they’re all praying, stretching, and absolutely thriving—filling up every inch of the tent. This grow space is officially packed from wall to wall, with each plant competing for its share of light and showing off some of the biggest, healthiest leaves I’ve seen yet! 🌱 A few strategic plucks here and there have kept airflow smooth and light penetration balanced. Those big leaves? They’re a sign of happy, healthy growth. Large leaves help the plant capture maximum light energy, essential during this stage, especially as they start focusing on developing those flowers. When plants grow huge, vibrant leaves like these, it means they’re well-nourished and content in their environment—a true testament to the well-balanced conditions we’ve got going in the tent! Flowering Parameters 🌡️ Room Environment: • Temperature: 26.7°C • Humidity: 63.3% • CO2: 960 ppm • VPD: 1.29 kPa (prime zone for flowering health!) Hier sieht man im Video leichte Schimmelbildung am Substrat. Offensichtlich habe ich zu Beginn zu viel gewässert & die hohe luftfeuchtigkeit nicht einkalkuliert.

August 18, Day 28. Had to flush on Friday due to nutrient lockout. There were purple stems which caught my attention to a possible nutrient deficiency. Coupled by the dark green older fan leaves and bright green of new growth, my Apera TDS meter confirmed nutrient lockout. Kaboom was flushed a total of 4 times Friday night, then foliar fed at 25% strength the next morning. She was given 1.1 liters of pHd water since the top inch was already dry despite flushing the night before. I am taking her thirst to mean she is recovering well. I plan on resuming the GH least aggressive feed schedule tomorrow and will begin feeding with every watering. Now that she's on the mend from the nutrient lockout I can tell she's thirstier than what she used to be, I'm taking that to mean she's hanging in there. Friends, growmies, cousins, comrades, colleagues and cultivars. Updates last week were minimal because this plant mama came down with COVID. Flushing a plant during COVID fever is no joke. Stay well and healthy everyone. August 19, Day 29. Fed at least aggressive strength today until 25% runoff. Included a new supplement to the nutrient line up, silica. Today is the first time I use it so I went easy and used the weakest dose. Plant has 5 main sites so far, yahoozie. To top a second time? No se todavia, deja lo pienso jajaja August 21, Day 31.Topped one more time, clipped the tallest point to give the others time to catch up. I know I will need to defoliate a tiny bit, soon, but I'm a bit scared to remove either too much or a mega vital leaf. I'll watch videos about it and aim for next week. I sprayed the top inch with pH'd water and will feed and water tomorrow morning. August 22, Day 32. Fed and watered, no recharge since I used it on Day 29. As I repositioned the kabob sticks, I noticed a couple of milestones - she is in the very beginning stages of forming pistils and she is beginning to smell. I plan on keeping her in veg for at least 2 more weeks, hopefully this isn't super ambitious for a plant named Kaboom lol 😂 August 24, Day 34. I checked on Kaboom and found that the top inch was totally dry so I fed and watered her. I used everything except recharge, but will use it at next feeding since I'm aiming for 10 days in between applications. I think Kaboom is looking fabulous

So this round I just lollipopped and didn’t strip the top at all, with better veg next round it’ll work better but I’m having issues with some plants not quite trellised how I’d like. Everything smells great, BCS,BD and WM are getting fat and PKB is frosty and tight. Watering is more of a chore than I’d like I think I’m just going to use some 5s for the next round .
