Figured I would start a part two, since GD doesn't go further than 32 weeks. I only have about 6-8 weeks left, so this won't be a long one, but it will be detailed.

Officially week 7 Dec 31: Came back a week later to very heavy pots, needed 36 hour drying period, not happy, smaller plant has tips of leaves curling down, some like taco, dryed out the pots and went back to normal conservative feeding, need to fine tune the auto irrigation setup before I use it again for sure. All in all, nothing crazy happened. Really cool to see a plant be small, but way bigger after a week of vacation. First grow seems to be going pretty good! PS: I think my hygrometer is broken, saying 85-100% RA even when I significantly improve airflow and it doesn't seem anywhere near that. Gonna do the salt paste test on the hygrometer . Jan 1: I recalibrated my hygrometer and it’s working great, weird leaf curling of smaller plant still happening but seems to be improving, big plant is frosty and fat for week 7, seems to be at same stage in development as smaller plant but the pheno is beautiful.

I have decided to chop the most mature plant of the three, even though it could go longer I was originally going to be chopping all three because I am about to leave on a trip, however a friend of mine is able to take care of the other 2 less mature ones. I was planning on just saying fuck it and chop them all but the less mature ones have still mostly white pistils and I can’t bring myself to do it, they started putting more weight on these past few days and I know if they just could get a few more weeks they will really be amazing with a lot of weight. Interesting that one matured faster than the other 2, although I think this corresponds with the size of the buds as the mature plant’s buds are not particularly big, hoping to pull 25 grams at least from it. The less mature plants are beginning to bulk and as I stated earlier, I just can’t chop them and ruin all their potential yet. The calyxs are swelling a lot and looking super tasty. 05.07. - 11.07. (DD.MM.) On 05.07. I corrected my LST again. The growth of the plant had increased considerably by 06.07.. When examining the plant, I noticed the first beginnings of flowers as can be seen in the pictures. So we are at the end of the growth phase and starting the flowering phase. I cut off a large leaf from one of the main branches because it was shading the branches below. (see pictures) I also cut off two small old leaves from the bottom as they were completely shaded and interfered with watering. (see pictures) I also watered about 500ml without fertilizer because some leaf tips were dark green and bent downwards. (see pictures) 08.07. Plant is growing great watered with about 1l with flowering fertilizer. About 200ml of water has flowed out of the bottom of the pot after watering, it has a pH of 6,5. I interrupted the lighting of the plant for about 4 hours today because i moved house. 10.07. Watered with about 500ml with flowering fertilizer.

Some of you may have wondered: Why do I use CO2 at average 950 ppfd μmol/m2/s (moral flow)? The answer is quite simple. Because of lack of space in some regions of my cultivation area, I simply cannot keep the ideal distance to my Sanlight high-performance lamp, due to some height growth of various strains. And so some of the main colas have ppfd values of 1250 μmol/m2/s and even more... So this is how I manage to achieve and compensate for such high radiation levels even with a CO 2 balance. And I have to say, my strategy to avoid various light stress symptoms works just fabulously. In combination with CO 2 implementation, my babies are simply unbeatably insensitive to light. Thats it! Beginning of 3rd week flowering: Again feeding my babies by 36 hours fermented potions of Bio Tabs Kompost Tea PK-Booster (15 g pro Liter) and added: 5ml Orgatrex/Liter 1 Spoon of Bactrex 1 Spoon of Mycotrex 1 Spoon of Mycco-Vital 1 Spoon of Dynomyco A little tip for those who are interested in small modifications that have a big difference or influence - on the result - effect - beauty - health - taste! Before adding microorganisms or beneficial bacteria or Mycorrizae and Trichodermas, please use oxygen-saturated water. On the one hand, unwanted chlorine gases evaporate and the small world of the microbiome becomes even faster and more rewarding in compost tea to sprout. Last but not least for this week, I would like to introduce my reasons, why I prefer growing biologically and sustainably. First of all, it’s something which suits very well in these times/days we are living now. Sustainability is a big need and task for our planet. 🌎 Nature means life. Our home, the air we breathe and everything that surrounds us. Not just today. Hopefully tomorrow as well. Maybe I'm starting to protect our environment on a small scale, but maybe I can also make a big difference at all. If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change... I thought about what’s the difference, between Mineral Feeding and Super Soil Feeding. It’s very easy. Biologically Growing is a similar process than the natural soil activities out there in the lap of nature’s. So plants has to work and interact with the microorganisms and microbiomic communities in the soil. So the plants will never get lazy like the lazy ones of mineral feeding growers. If you grow biologically, you will feed the soil first and the microorganisms will support every parameter next to your plant conditions. And that will generate an unbelievable spectrum of Terpenes and Trichomes you will never forget. It’s the same comparison, when you daily visit McDonalds and you eat only fast food. Addendum for Day 53: At the moment we unfortunately have another winter onset here in Germany. This means that I am forced to take additional heating measures due to structural facts in order to be able to keep the temperatures constant. After all, just tonight the thermometer climbs again to -1 degree Celsius. In addition, my exhaust air system runs out of my bedroom terrace and I therefore grow winter and summer with the patio door open. Well, sometimes I experience real weather-related challenges. But all in all, no problem... "Where there's a will, there's a way." Addendum to pouring out the fermented PK tea: I always administer half a liter of lukewarm aerated water with 3.5 ml of cannazyme per liter to each plant. This means that the "root machine" is not supplied with supplies unprepared and the nutrient solution can thus also be better distributed in the soil. Since I also work with cloth shoes, I spray them evenly moistened everywhere with water that is also warm before pouring them out from the outside. This has the advantage that the moisture stays where it should: in the pot! ... I did the math today ;-) We are still in week 7 until this Friday. And week 8 starts on Friday! OMG... still so much time yeahh! Today my Fast Buds Sour Jealousy and Sweet Seeds Big Devil and Dark Devil Automatics arrived. I'm looking forward to it. This time Fast Buds next Time Sweet Seeds. Love them too. Very beautiful genetics. Today a review video of the beginning of week 3. At the time of the pictures, I had minor signs of nitrogen excess. (Light peaks first at the crown of the roof and then slightly continuing to the middle section.) I then painstakingly racked my brains as to why this could be. I found that very slight dry spots had formed and therefore the root found small accumulations of nitrogen that caused its problems. But then, when I carefully homogeneously checked the moisture content in the substrate, the problem evaporated again. However, they had not shown any loss of growth rate during this time. Nevertheless, they developed as expected. They Strawnanas had no problem with that. In the end, I always have a hard time killing them. But I guess that's the way things go. We live and die. It was a week with a lot of activity. First of all, she had her first full week of flowering and did a bit of a stretch. Also I switched her to the left side of the tent, to space the plants more evenly. We are getting to a canopy, although one of her roommates probably is male and will be removed. More about this when I update my Xtrakushh Diary. Also had time to fit the scrognet. It fits way better than last grow, much tighter. We had some problems with the lighting. I probably hit my timer with one of my sausage fingers, making my lights turn on in the middle of the night, thank god I found it out in time. They maybe had an hour or two of light for one night. Still something she really doesn't need with this strains tendency to hermie under stress. She still looks happy. Did some gentle leaf tucking, some LST under the net, and a little defoliation. The branches might be short but they are very sturdy and should be able to carry large and heavy buds. And we had won the @Sweet_Seeds Halloween give-away and got to choose three of their legendary strains: Tropicanna Poison, Red Hot Cookies and Runtz XXL auto!! Thanks guys!!! Flushing her as her end draws near with just PHed water.

Week 5 flower going well. Nothing much to report. Increased the drip as she is taking in more water. Turned up the fans to 100% for maximum flow, and due to that, the tent got a bit warmer and a bit dryer so the exhaust fan and humidifier are working a bit harder. 75-77 deg F, 50-60% RH. Not sure if the lights are to intense or if it’s purple coming through, but at the highest tops there seems to be a bit of discolouration on the newest growth, just at the tips of the new buds. But I’m looking really close and it may be purple, not brown. I’ll keep an eye on it and turn the lights down if symptoms worsen. This plant is growing strong and getting chunky. Hopefully she keeps growing well until the end. Thanks for the views…keep calm and grow on!

She is getting real frosty and has a real strong Blueberry smell now. The buds and sugar leafs are super sticky and starting to turn purple.

Everyone is smelling GREAT! Nice dense buds and covered in trichomes. However, a bit disappointed with Piper as she didn't turn fully purple but that's because I live in a hot and humid country so I can't really get the temperature down to 15-18 celsius at night for her to change colors. Overall, gonna harvest a bit of her cause I'm running out of stock and we'll see how that goes

They’re growing well, I’m fixing to feed today, (Epsom salts for Cal-Mag), Molasses and I Ph down with Ascorbic Acid and PH up with Baking Soda. I also used filtered water from fridge and let set out so the chlorine can evaporate before I use. And I water every 2-3 days. (Ps: I also started flower late so you might be further along than me.)

So all good this week, All are still looking healthy & happy apart from the weirdo SP2. There’s amber trichomes so it’s coming down on the weekend. Such weird thing so small & weird but matured really quickly. Gonna dry & then attempt to smoke it - damn straight. Who knows might be chronic right. Also just starting to see some yellowing on bottom leaves of SP3. Was planning a top dress this week anyway but may have left it a few days late. Still this is the longest I’ve kept them looking this healthy and I’ll know for next time so I’m still happy. The big drama this week was a giant fucken Hornet got in the tent while I had it open watering the girls. It was MASSIVE like bigger than my thumb. I wasn’t brave enough to deal with head on but gave it smack with 3 ft bamboo cane and ran out the room and shut the door behind me. I think it’s flew out the window and is gone. But that was 2 days ago and I’m still shitting myself everytime I open the tent in case it’s in there waiting to get me. Running out of the better we’d from last grow so starting to count days to harvest lol. All good though. Thanks for reading have a great week 😊
