Bud sites are producing black/purple spot in leaves. Bud growth is producing as the days go by. Really excited with this being my first grow Nitrogen boost really helped with the deficiencies. Plants are starting to look really heathy... Prunes lower colas that weren't stretching past the canopy and receiving energy so more energy can be used towards the top buds

Day 54 from seed started running into some issues,leafs are turning pale with brown spots some greyish spots tips curling upwards shes growing but nugs not as dense as expected shes very short

Week 11 All is under control: plants are growing correctly, healthy, deep green… perfect size, a few weeks before flowering cycle; I did a second topping week 10 on everyone (+6 nodes): I would have a maximum size around 150 cm for discretion and space. Still Aphids problem on the Royal Moby and I treated leaves by hand with Soap…making a mistake: too late in the morning so the sun burned some leaves. This insects are still there but the infestation is contained for the moment. I sprayed Neem oil on all plants. Added more soil in each pot : 1.5/2L of humus worm + guano bat. I observed a sort of burn on lhe extremity of leaves: possibly a sign of nitrogen excess. I stopped nutrients for a while, adding just enzyme and Alga Mic. Watering around 1.25L/2 days Daylight 15h30 - 6h25/21h55 Sunny days, cloudy sometimes, windy (NNE) T°= 13ºC N / 21°C D Humidity 67%

The strain handled all my mistakes as a new grower great and is one of the reasons why I chose these strains. Just to name, bad Ph, over watering, over feeding was giving full dose instead of half, not watering to run off, not checking ppms and flushing right before harvest instead of weeks prior. I was not expecting the trichomes to look like diamonds as the video doesn’t do any justice. They really sparkle.

I added some hazel nut shells as a mulch and so far I think I'll let her grow as she is without LST. As I noticed - not sure if it's true or not - that outdoor LST stunned 2 of my plants. Whereas a really weak at the beginning plant - without leaves up to 3 nodes - right now outgrew both champs. I transplanted BPP weird enough, so now she leans to the side so much. That's because I am used to LST and like to have some room for a plant to lay on the ground. But this time I holding my hands to not to do any LST and let her grow naturally. Day 26 - I sprayed fungicide on her, because many times ended up with botrytis

Harvested 1 & the other will be in a day. Grew long and heavy buds that I tied to bamboo. No issues, just did what she wanted. Harvested 2... Watched friends and hung out by the Xmas tree.

Day 72: 600W LED, 18 hours on 6 hours off the same with ventilation. Ferilization is the same. Water intake also remains the same 200ml per day. Humidity approx 35 percent. Day 74: I just checked the trichomes OMG this is quick one it is done getting amber I need to harvest after tomorrow. So she wont get water today tomorrow and Friday is harvest.

My first grow ,I started with a HPS 600 double ended light Lumatec and at the beginning I knew that summer ☀️ is coming and that I'll have to change to LED , Fighting to keep my temperature and humidity at the right range .I made a decision to go with 20 / 4 light cycle.

Hello Diary. I am very happy that we are starting again. I’m going back to Automatics again. Many thanks to Royal Queen Seeds for sending me two of their new strains, Green Gelato Automatic and HulkBerry Automatic. So this is the first of two new diaries. WHY GREEN GELATO AUTOMATIC? Green Gelato Automatic is the autoflowering version of a legendary cannabis variety. The original strain is the lovechild of Thin Mint Cookies and Sunset Sherbet. It's one of the most aromatic strains available and produces monstrous levels of THC. Green Gelato Automatic contains both sativa and indica genetics. LET THE DIARY START OFFICIALLY: 10/06/2020. planting. I have prepared everything I need for planting. The 11lit fabric pot I got from RQS, also Organic Boost Nutrition and Mycorrhizza from RQS, Soil is Light-Mix from BioBizz and of course the seed of the new strain Green Gelato Automatic. After adding 50g of pellets from Organic Nutrition and 5g of Mycorrhizze, I mixed everything well in the pot. After that I watered well and soaked the soil, I dug a hole with a wooden stick about 2-3 cm, I first put 1g of mycorrhize and then put the seeds inside. I lightly covered the hole with earth and put the pot in his new home. The temperature was about 25 degrees and the humidity about 65%. 14/06/2020. She sprouted. After 4 days, Green Gelato came out. In the meantime, I sprayed the surface of the earth a little twice. The temperature is still around 26 degrees, thanks to the summer and the high temperature that enters the apartment anyway. I regulate the humidity with a humidifier, I maintain it around 60% -65%. 15/06/2020. Her first photo shoot, I also watered her with about 2 liters of water, which I only regulated p.H. at 6.3 with Plagron, Lemon Kick. 19/06/2020. Day 1. Green Gelato is officially one day old. On that occasion I took another photo shoot to celebrate this big day :). 24/06/2020. First Feeding First feeding. She got a whole meal from BioBizz, Root-Juice, Bio-Heaven and Acti-Vera, p.H of water I regulated with Lemon Kick from Plagron. 25/06/2020. Day 7. End of the first week. For now, everything is great. It is developing nicely, its conditions are almost perfect. Green Gelato will also have two roommates in the box, HulkBerry Automatic. Green Gelato - Day 7. - 10 cm I think that’s all for this week, I’m happy that it’s starting all over again, following its development and looking forward to what’s to come. See you next week.

Harvest: Everything dried up to 347 grams + 96 grams of super high quality trim. Overall I am not too pleased with the smoke of the product. Although the bud size, bag appeal, smell and taste are pretty much all there, the shitty burn is a deal breaker for me and the majority of this weed is quite frankly useless. Another downside is while smoking I’ve found 4 seeds in an ounce from almost every strain. Light leaks? At least I learned a ton, including how to get super good burn for my next crop. I’m hoping that curing for a month or so will improve the burn but I wouldn’t really count on it. I have seen weed dried for 4 days with no cure and no flush smoke clean and not go out once. I have been told that the key to white ashes/clean burn is proper mineral content in the soil and there is tons of scientific studies on cigar ash going back 100 years. Plants grown in a medium with high levels of decomposing organic matter, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and heavy metal ratio tend to produce black/grey ash. Whereas plants grown in a medium with a higher ratio of trace minerals like calcium carbonate and potassium in the form of wood ash, rock dusts, oyster shell flour and lower levels of decomposing organic matter will produce a dense, uniform white ash that rarely goes out. But this is still all theory until I test it to confirm for myself a few times. My last few outdoor harvests did not improve with curing at all so I’m hoping this will be the missing link. Plain peat moss and coco clearly lack essential minerals that help burn. If said theory is correct I should find a synthetic nutrient line with more trace minerals. Makes me wonder if growing if rockwool/basalt rock could improve burn in a hydro setup. I think I did a fairly decent job for my first grow. I went wrong in a million different places but I still stuck it out and got some decent herb. Things went wrong early when I got black spot mold, nitrogen/magnesium deficiencies and powdery mildew. I corrected most of it but things didn’t get really bad until mid veg when I intentionally skipped a few feedings and defoliated quite heavily stunting the plants. I also didn’t even top or start LST until the 6-9th node which was really stupid and hurt my yield. My temperatures were all over the place from the learning curve. I was severely overwatering without realizing it. 100% peat moss is a shitty medium. I also fed way too late in flower (not what caused shitty burn). I also used synthetic nutrients in soil. Week 10 - Second Week of Flowering 🌸 As week two of flowering begins, the garden’s growth is unstoppable! These ladies are thriving, stretching up while staying beautifully vibrant and green. Every inch of this tent is optimized—each plant is soaking up light, nutrients, and water precisely as they need, filling the room with energy. Room Conditions 🌡️ • Temperature: 27.3°C • Humidity: 62.6% • CO₂ Levels: 800 ppm • VPD: 1.36 kPa (excellent range for robust flowering) • Lighting Intensity: 818 PPFD Solution & Medium 💧 • Solution Temp: 21.5°C | TDS: 470 ppm | pH: 6.02 • Medium: Moisture 100% (recently dried to 67%), TDS 510 ppm, Temp 22.5°C The “dry-out” to 67% was a strategic move, helping boost nutrient uptake and root strength. Meanwhile, our slight increase in reds seems to be having the desired effect, nudging these ladies further along in the flowering process.
