Right now I am just playing the waiting game with White Widow and Industrial Plant. Both have shown signs of maturation with their trichomes but neither one has a majority of milky trichomes yet. In hindsight, I should have waited until Industrial Plant was more mature before I started flushing her -- I've lost a few weeks that I could have been continuing to fatten her up. I added more bamboo rods and tied branches to them with some plant tape on both plants. White Widow's buds are rock hard and keep bending its branches so hopefully the extra support will help. I cut off the main cola and a side cola of Industrial Plant CBD due to bud rot that I failed to notice for roughly a week. After cutting out all of the bud rot I could find on Industrial Plant I checked over her and White Widow meticulously to make sure everything was kosher. I added a spare oscillating fan in the tent to try and improve air circulation in the room. I have had trouble with humidity and temperature shifts throughout this grow -- something I'll have to dial in as I progress. I imagine the climate shifts combined with how thick the main cola was probably contributed to the bud rot. Seedsman White Widow Auto is ready to be harvested as of Day 100. Over 2 days her trichomes really started to turn amber. I have started flushing her as of today and plan to harvest a day or two into the start of Week 15. As for Dinafem Industrial Plant Autoflowering CBD? I am thinking of just cutting my losses if her trichomes haven't gotten to at least majority-milky by the time White Widow gets chopped. She just looks mostly-dead and only wants a drink once every 7-10 days now. That and I have some new gear I really want to test out, as well as some different ideas for my second run that I've been itching to get started on.

added trellis netting this week to start SCROG. two layers close to eachother so I don't have to wait for entire square of growth to tuck under higher growth to keep flat even canopy. also minimizes my need for zip tie and garden ties needinf adjustment. I'm happy with veg growth thus far, and once the screen fills up with more green in a week or two these two ladies will both be ready to flip to flower. waiting on lower nodes to develop a bit more and get best use I can from a big(ish) 315 w LEC light. the girls are getting foliar every 3 or 4 days. using heavy 16 foliar only at the moment but will follow their foliar mix as grow progresses. smell has gotten much heavier, especially in nemo, the more blueberry pheno of the two, looking at the fan leafs I think V is more haze pheno with super thin sativa leaf structure.

Veg Week 3 Day 21 to 27 - 4/17 to 4/23 A lot more to talk about this week. It's topping and transfer week. I started the week off (day 21exactly) by making sure I had at least 5 to 6 nodes of growth and topped P1 down to the 4th node and P2 down to the 2nd node as a test. (typically I top to the 3rd) I also removed all other node branches and fan leaves and usual. I left a large stump in my tops so the nodes can use it to grow around and help support the larger weight of a mature plant. I gave a couple of days of recovery while I hand spread the nodes daily to train the new waterways through the nodes. I changed my schedule and watered a day after and then transferred the plants into their forever pots/top watered in Feed this week was .5gal transfer and top feed at 100ppm total before add-ins. I used 100ppm Veg concentrate mix (recipe week 2) I then also added 1ml/gal of CaliMagic (General Hydroponics 1-0-0) and ph balance this week was for 6.2 Feed plan next week will be a final top feed of .5gallon and then turn the reservoir on. Removed the garden staples from the 2 cultivar that have reached preflower and replaced the staples with bamboo steaks to maximize light penetration to all bud sites and did a light defoliation ✌️

Forgive me AGAIN I have started logging this actual journal several weeks after I have started the grow, but never the less, I still have dates on photos to help me track the growth so far. I decided this grow that I would try reusing my dirt from the last grow and was able to sterilize it by cooking it in the oven🙌 I did loose a little bit of dirt but decided I would just combine coco coir that I had around with the soil 1:1 to even things out. Week 1 wasn't particularly interesting. This time around I choose to only plant 2 Super Skunk (fem) seeds because I needed have a "do over" with this strain. Last grow (mid flower) I lost control of my plants and I am looking to redeem myself because this strain grew beautifully up until that point. I went ahead and germinated seeds the last week of October and had sprouted seeds by Oct. 31. The first week was pretty typical with the exception of one seedling who's shell was causing the plant difficulty in releasing. For several days I tried to just allow nature take it's course but, then I became incredibly impatient and attempted to remove it myself (BAD MOVE). The whole head snapped off of the fragile seedling and I had to immediately start over. Also the humidity in SOCAL has extremely low (in the teens) which made getting regulating humidity even more challenging. *P.S. I only gave my plants distilled water from a spray bottle to ensure that there was no over watering*

60 days into flowering now, pulled 2 of these girls 7 days ago because 1 had a few bananas on it and the other was stressed to much from light and not really giving any quality bud and it was stretched out taking up lots of space. The 2 left have been flushing a little over a week now and are very close to harvest. I will prob harvest them sometime this week. Everything is going good so far anyway for these 2 and we will hopefully get some nice dense buds, we will see. Cheers💨 Day-62 update Found my microscope! Got some picks up of the tricombs up now, and as I suspected they are not quite ready yet. There are a few amber but I’m still seeing clear ones, but there mostly all cloudy now so I’m thinking another week or so will probably do it. That will give me a good 2 week flush as well. The seedlings responded really well to Root Juice from Biobizz,. Potted them all on day 5, and kept them under a 600w.led vegging light (Cobb Cree 3000w Led by Philizon) Days 1-6 Not much happening on the surface, miniature differences with each one, but been autos right now the seedlings will be rooting. Environment. Light cycle is now 19 on 5 off. Using the Philizon cob Cree 3000w full spectrum veg light. Light suspended 32" of the lip of the pot practically the top of the seedlings, I could have got it lower but I can't imagine much difference vegging. Night Temperature were previously between 19.5c to 23c. Temperature has been slightly altered to 22.4c to 25.6 following some guidance I read on; https://www.royalqueenseeds.com/blog-indoor-cannabis-growing-relative-humidity-and-temperatures-n243. Set up is currently been regulated by Inkbird climate remote heat n cooling. 1500w oil radiator ;) set at 900w 26/27c 22.02.20- Slight change to air exchange set for every 14 mins previously cycling every 40 to 43 mins( radiator was set too low, higher power temp, more responsive to temp changes.) This enables the radiator oil to reach its heat n switch off it's internal thermostat at the device, not the controller. I found I was able to continue radiating a couple of air cycles, before finally dropping below 25.7 which then triggers the radiator to kick in as it's been able to cool off for nearly 26mins) Temp cycle Set 27c Fan activates 27.5 stops at 27 but temp drops 1.5 Heater (controlled by Inkbird climate controller) activates 26.c stops at 27.c takes a further 6 mins to climb +.6c & then fans kicks in. Take 14 mins for cycle. So after further review I found that the Big Bang is an auto that REQUIRES a dark period throughout its flowering stage and doesn’t do well under 24 hours of light🤦‍♂️🏾She lost almost every leaf she had but her branches are still strong and she’s trying to survive. I’m not too worried about it, I can always give it another run. As far as the crystal candy I’m contemplating on cutting a single branch now while the terpenes are cloudy and then cutting the rest when Amber just to experience the difference in high first hand.

D63/F15 - 11.21 - easily the most vigorous plants in the tent. The passion berry has unbelievable structure and stretch. She stands about 6 inches taller than all the others today. I have 5 more fem'd Passion Berry seeds. 😈Depending on how this one finishes and the bud profile, they might get their own tent next run. D66/F18 - 11.24 - Little LA sunset that was such a runt for so long is starting to put on buds all nice. Gonna defoliate her in 4-5 days. More pics to come of the big girls tomorrow after they get defoliated 👍 D67/F19 - 11.25 - Defoliation is complete! Everything is looking great! D69/F21 - 11.27 - the little LA Sunset is looking just dandy, a few more days until the last little defoliation session.

This lady has been receiving nutes unlike my other ladies. Did some minor defoliation and normal feeding schedule lessons learned on this one are to top off my autos well at least this genetics and to start these ladies with nutes to maximize growth. I do see pistols starting to sprout but no frosty leaves yet.

Howdy, So this is now the first day of week 14, which is 99 days from sprout, 53 days from when I flipped the lights to 12/12. Still maintaining nutrients at the same levels, topping up on alternate days with RO water or Nutrients. Checked the trichomes under the scope yesterday, but forgot to save the video. So will post a video in a couple days time when I check them again. So far it’s looking like they’re about 75% clear, 24.5% cloudy and the other half percent are made up of translucent amber trichomes. I think she’s still got another 2 weeks in her, as I’ve read that people make the mistake of cutting early because they go off breeders flowering type from the day they flip lights when you should do it from the day you see pistols, which for me was about 8 days into 12/12. Really struggling to keep humidity down, so have a 10L per day dehumidifier coming this week to aid me in the last couple weeks to make sure all this hard work wasn’t for nothing! I needed one anyway to use once this lady is hung up to dry. I am still having to cut off about 5-10 buds per week that are burning unfortunately. I am also in the process of building a grow room around the tent, if I can get it finished, that will mean I can give these ladies some more space and finally be able to raise the lights. I think the better quality smoke will be just under the canopy as I have a feeling the lights are frying off the THC faster than the plant can produce it. Hopefully it can recover once I raise the lights... Anyway, waffling over. 🌱
