The grow was a rollercoaster of highs and lows. My Blue Dream plant developed mold in the buds, so I decided to harvest my Banana purple punch earlier to stay on the safe side. The trichomes exhibited a good balance of amber and milky colors, but unfortunately, there was no time for a proper flush period. Banana Purple Punch encountered the most challenges among the strains. It struggled with aphids, nitrogen toxicity, and thrips, which affected its overall health and bud development. This strain seemed particularly sensitive to high nutrient levels, which likely contributed to these issues. Despite these setbacks, I’m hopeful for a decent harvest. Each problem provided valuable lessons on pest management and nutrient balance, which will be beneficial for future grows. Update 09.08. Today, I brought the Banana Purple Punch into my apartment for a trim session. Since I didn’t trim her wet, this took a bit more effort compared to the Blue Dream harvest. The buds are quite airy and fluffy, but they have a fantastic aroma. The vibrant purple color of the buds is stunning, and I can't wait to give them a proper cure and eventually taste them—I’m confident they’ll be delicious. Unfortunately, I had to discard a few buds due to mold spots again. The rich purple hues of the buds make it challenging to distinguish between mold and the natural coloration, but once they're fully dry and cured, the smell should reveal any lingering issues. The dry weight was 24 gramm.

During the middle of this week I decided to stop the outward training of the branches & the allow vertical growth for beginning bud site formation . I don’t want to miss the beginning flower stretch kinda need it 😂. Decided to break the apical dominance of the main stem by LST’ing down . I noticed it was leagues ahead of the rest of the plant because it hung over the side of the pot so since I need to start slowing it’s vertical growth I figure now Is also time to get the rest of the canopy to catch up leaving me to space things accordingly later when/if necessary . Also decided to go ahead and do my 1st & last additional feeding since these girls where planted all I’ve had to do this grow was water when dry & train her to the best of my abilities. Day 29 and starting off Week 4 awesome even with my big mistake and not knowing that on mainlining you top first time at third node but the second toppings you can do at first with enough growth but in waited till 3rd on both new mains.. o well you live and learn but hey she looks like shes doing fine atleast will have some nice buds Day 32 update: Now that I have the fungus gnats under control everything has been perfect.. used Foxfarm SledgeHammer to water her to flush all that extra leftover salts in the soil out from the grow nutes, because will be switching to my bloom nutes on next watering, and she seems to have liked it.

Just been feeding, defoliated slightly. I've started feeding plagron sugar royal.

Day 57 the plant has been growing healthy and fine but she is a slow grower . I know that most of the growers in this platform and elsewhere do defoliate and trim down all the lower branches of the plant so that the plant can concentrate all its energy into the higher bigger and better buds .and I do not do this because I drive the plants very hard with nutrients and those lower branches with small buds always give me the first sign of anything going wrong with her and that's why I leave them as a buffer zone to protect the bigger buds and that way I can push her as hard as I want. not much to mention about her thank you for reading I will continue to update have a happy grow

Just like there mum, 35th day of flower today! The plants haven’t been touched one bit, and just nothing but water. The sugars coming through the bud and the leaves at this stage already Is mental compared to my last grows, each time I feel like I’m learning more each week, and with what I’ve seen this morning I couldn’t be more happy, just look how deep that shade of green is💥..new updates now in the new year.. The trichomes are starting to go from clear to cloudy. The pistils are are about 60% brown. It will most likely be another week until harvest. I will check daily and only water with ph balanced water with 2ml of magnesium per gallon. I will withhold all other nutrients after today.

The Zenviations have been processed specifically differently I must say that they are both beautiful but one suffered the attack a little more even if he has very dignished flowers. The low one has a few beasts as you but you seem to end up great, hopefully good

The heat wave has made temps a bit challenging but staying below 90. If I keep having these problems I’ll lower the light intensity soon since I don’t yet have AC in my lung room. I’m planning to wash the plant on the right WPFF and dry the one on the right for smoke. It’s starting to give off some stinky gmo smells.
