There as big as they can be for my space so I'm switching to 12/12 Ive also switched the IR on as it's supposed to speed up the flowering transition. It's a new light to me at the moment from geeklight it's 3000k 320w v4 lm301H with added 660nm switchable IR and UV. I've got it 40cm from the plants and have been using a lux meter app on my phone. (don't have par meter) I read online that 50000 max in veg and 65000 to70000 max in veg is about right but I'm just turning it up as I go. The plants are very compact compared to HPS. My light spread over 120x60cm is really good in comparison to a 440w HPS. If anyone has experience with quantum boards I'm open to advice?

Today October 25th is the First day of Week 6 In Flower. Received the Refractometer and got right to pressing. First I tried a mortar and pestle to extract the sap -- this worked ok but took a lot of time and force. Then I tried 2 spoons held together and squeezed with vice grips (didn't work for me). 2 Pieces of MDF board squeezed together with vice grips didn't work either. I guess I'm not strong enough. Tried a blender, a hand blender...neither of these worked! Then the vice, it was faster and took less force to extract the sap. Works great! Took leaves from top to bottom of each individual plant. (16 plants) Rolled a few leaves up, put in a numbered piece of parchment and pressed.....voila...sap😃 Refractometer was already calibrated and ready to go. Placed sap on meter, held up to light and there it is! My first BRIX reading😮 using $28 Refractometer. Going to change base nutrients to a "hard water" formula. So impressed with Harley Smith that I've ordered some NPK RAW products. Like the idea of micro dosing. I sent Harley an email and he replied the same day! Not a canned response either. So cool. Thanks Harley! AND he took a look at GrowDiaries and this grow✊😃 What a kind gentleman. 😇 Hope I didn't go overboard but I watered again today with amino acids and cal mend to try to fix this Calcium def. Will Brix leaves tomorrow and see if this makes a difference. The brix line yesterday was very clear and very easy to read indicating a calcium def. Maybe locked out from too much phosphorous or hard water? Watered Oct 29 & 30 Temp 20 PH 6.4 EC 1.9 Runoff EC 1.9 to 2.3 after at least 2-3 Gallons of water put thru each pot. Some pots Runoff were way off the charts😵EC 3.6! . Put water thru until EC hit 2.3 on 2 pots others were EC 1.9 to 2.1. Put 56 Gallons or 220L thru plants over a 2 day period until I reached a better EC.

At the end of the day, she's overall healthy and strong Day 42 Time to feed the babies, so we added 900PPM (300ml) floranova grow Followed by 1590ppm (300ml) flora nova bloom to make sure she's got all nutrients balanced well, also added 400ml of plain water after that so they could get a nice run off. I think they're happy and we gonna check on them in a couple days to see how they go, Ph is around 6.2 which is great Temp outdoors from 7-@ 1pm around 25C to 36C Then back indoors Temp is 28C and drop to 22 at night and dawn so they're good and comfortable Keeping humidity lvls around 40/65% top Nice AC and Fan for air circulation Thank you all for your support

Man, what a crazy week. If you go back to week 6 you’ll start to see signs of the claw on the leaves. I thought it was a severe nute deficiency but I knew I was feeding her GHE correctly. This is my 2nd run with this particular strain so I could rule out several factors. She’s been fed with a nice blend of food that helped a ton, but she still seemed sick. It wasn’t heat stress, although I’ll be watching the RH levels now that she’s been flipped to flowering. I noticed a couple things I thought were nutrient deficiencies but after further research on Growweedeasy.com, Nebula had my answer! You’ll see in the 1st pic her roots were so bound up I was suffocating her 😢 The first tip that got me thinking: I’d water her and 2 days later she was bone dry. The PH water levels were a bit off in the drain off but nothing crazy. I’m sooo glad I found this when I did as I just flipped her into flower. Growweedeasy.com to the rescue. It amazing content! So now I have finally harvested my first hydro plant!! It was a pleasure. My partner and I were busy cutting the plant all Sunday. Everything is ready and it is now hanging! To grow: I'll keep it short. At the beginning I worked according to the individual cann thinning scheme. Halfway through the grow I started working with H2o2 because I couldn't maintain the temperatures in the water to avoid illness. The plant was grown like a photoperiod plant because I also had photos in the tent. The plant also suffered a nutrient burn during the flowering phase. I think I worked with the PK 13/14 too early. I'm happy that I was able to learn so much from the grow.

Things still chugging along nicely. Noticed a little leaf tip burn on one but its not bad at all. Gave one feeding of only water. Plants need to be defoliated a little. I have not been taking leaves off every day so I am in need of some clean up. Will tackle that this week. Day 50 and the plant seems to be growing very fast very strong .not too much leafs which is a relieved and very nice for light penetration but be aware with the flowering stretch if your lack of Headroom other than that the plant seems to be growing without any problems developing a very lovely smell. Day 53 I have to Super crop several branches Unfortunately they were growing straight into the light becoming burned by the intense light I hope the plant doesn't react to bad to HST and still deliver awesome buds. Also I will stop to give her any nitrogen nutrient like the micro and the grow and I will only gave her the bloom and other additives when I feed. Started to give pk13/14. Its day 35 now.

Her final week of flowering start of week ten of flowering will be chopped next Tuesday then I'll post final results. I'm praying for 8 zips I really would like to break my record my biggest autoflower haul has been 7.5 zips dry! Second being 6 and then 5 and half. My average is 4 zips while minimum 1 zip. This girl was hard to keep up with feeding. I was watering it everyday for the last 3 weeks believe it or not. Biggest auto grown wide as fuck. Lst to perfection. Idk what else to say one happy auto grower as always :)

Despite no A/C in the spot temporarily, things are going perfectly fine, no complaints! Thank goodness I’m just vegging. Temps have been around 87 ish, but the plants seem to love it.
