Growing perfect 2 pheno types i believe based on grow structure. flipped the switch aprox 8 days ago.

I was pleased with the overall outcome of this grow. These weren't huge plants but I didn't expect them to be, I was pleased with the look, flavor and overall presentation. I feel like I have a lot of learn about the best techniques on curing and storage but I continue to develop strategies.

Go buy yourself a carbon filter if you will grow this strain because the smell is SO STRONG that when I was harvesting a took a 5 minute break because of the smell..

Alright I've updated this postmortem and cure just to give an idea of what I was up to during the dry and cure weeks. This grow was a ton of work and I'm very please with the results. I learned a ton about soil and environment control and really feel like I'm gaining confidence and coming into my own as a cultivator. I've been playing a lot with ice water hash and rosin and have set some neat goals for the future like hunting ice water hash cultivars, going perpetual and expanding the amount of canopy I can work with by building a network of remote-operated satellite flower tents in friends' and family's abodes . I'm not sure I'll go through all this effort of documentation here again, but please follow along on my instagram, stay in touch and chill out with me sometime @Fullmeltalchemist.00 All in all, I was running 1000w of quantum board across three tents and pulled just over 1100 grams, which was a big goal of mine. The grow started off pretty slow due to user error, but in the end through trials and trepidations we overcame and ended up with a pretty decent harvest. I personally can only get better and will continue to use what iv learned and documented in my upcoming grows. Dried in about 9 days at 47-55% RH and 63-67° F. Edit. Didnt weigh it wet so after getting a little over five ounces dry I'm just using a 3:1 ratio to figure in the wet weight. Granted that doesn't account for all the popcorn buds, fan leaves, and stems. All the left over unmatured buds and larf will be turned into edibles and salves. Happy growing!!!

Nach dem switch auf 12/12 haben sie in in der letzten Woche ca um das dopellte gestreckt habe ein Netz eingezogen um die Höhe zu kontrollieren da ich nur begrenzt Platz nach oben habe bin schon jetzt gespannt wie sie sich weiterentwickeln werden 😁und in den nächsten Wochen werde ich nur noch ab und zu von den Money Maker berichten da es mir hauptsächlich um die 24k Gold geht😊

Starting to fade hardcore, not pushing anything but pH'ed tap water. She was really under watered in the video so ignore that. She has perked back up, just still the yellowing and fading. I do believe I will be harvesting here in the next few days. She has had a wonderful ride :)

Skywalker OG — Harvest / Trim / Cure Part 2 — More Giants Enter The Galaxy First of all, once again, apologies for dividing this Skywalker OG harvest series into multiple parts. But honestly… there is simply too much happening here to compress everything into one single report without losing the individuality of these plants. This is not just one harvest. This is: * multiple giant plants * multiple phenotypic expressions * hundreds of photos * countless observations * trimming sessions * drying progression * resin collection * and eventually smoke reviews still to come So instead of rushing through it, we decided to properly catalogue this run the way it deserves. And honestly? These girls earned that respect. ⸻ Quick Recap — The 12/12 Galaxy This entire project was grown: 12/12 from seed with very little intervention. No heavy training. No aggressive shaping. No topping. Mostly: * gentle canopy opening * leaf tucking * minor defoliation * and allowing the plants themselves to naturally decide their structure And once again, this run keeps proving something fascinating: 12/12 from seed does not necessarily create huge tall plants… …but it can create incredibly efficient plants. Compact. Dense. Heavy. Productive. The only true giant-height exception in the room was the Ghost Train Haze that nearly reached two meters. But these Skywalker OG girls? They stayed more compact vertically while transforming themselves into absolute flower-producing machines. And honestly? That efficiency became ridiculous toward the end. ⸻ Heavy Enough To Collapse At this stage, all three plants reached the point where their own flower weight became difficult to manage. The branches simply cannot support themselves anymore. Support or no support… these girls are collapsing under pure mass. And honestly? That’s the kind of “problem” growers love having. Huge swollen colas. Dense flower stacking. Rock-solid buds. Resin everywhere. Exactly the type of structure that makes trimming both exciting and slightly terrifying at the same time. Because you already know: these are going to become extremely dense once fully dried. ⸻ Frost, Density & Structure One thing that keeps standing out over and over again with these Skywalker OG plants is the combination of: * density * frost * and sheer flower volume The flowers are not only big… they are compact. Very compact. The kind of buds where simply pressing lightly already tells you: “This is going to dry into rock-solid flower.” And visually? Absolutely beautiful. Bright swollen calyxes. Heavy trichome coverage. Long sugar leaves curling outward. Beautiful late-flower fading tones appearing everywhere. Every branch feels loaded. Top flowers. Middle flowers. Lower flowers. No wasted space. ⸻ Perspective & Scale We also wanted people to properly understand the actual size of these plants. Because sometimes photos alone can be deceptive. So throughout this session we kept including: * hands beside colas * Mr. Baggy appearances * hats * studio comparisons * and even the JBL speaker for scale references And honestly… some of these flowers make normal objects look small. These are serious colas. Not exaggerated internet “looks big in the photo” flowers. Actually big. Actually heavy. Actually difficult to hold comfortably after a while. ⸻ Mr. Baggy Continues His Internship Of course… Mr. Baggy stayed with us through the entire process again. At this point he’s basically part of the harvest crew. Always supervising. Always present. Always emotionally supporting the trimming sessions. And honestly? The studio moments with: * giant plants * giant colas * cameras * lights * resin-covered gloves * and Mr. Baggy sitting there in the middle of the chaos… became part of the memory of this run itself. ⸻ Charas — Living Resin One thing we absolutely loved once again during harvest was the amount of resin immediately collecting onto the gloves while handling fresh flowers. The moment fan leaves started coming off: * resin buildup started * fingers became sticky * gloves became greasy * and naturally… charas started forming again. And honestly, we really enjoy talking about charas because many people still don’t fully understand what it is. Charas is one of the oldest forms of cannabis resin collection in the world. Traditionally associated especially with regions of India and Nepal, charas is made by gently rubbing fresh living or freshly harvested cannabis flowers between the hands to collect the resin directly. Historically and spiritually, charas has deep connections with: * traditional medicine * spiritual rituals * Himalayan culture * and even Lord Shiva himself in many traditions. And honestly? There’s something incredibly beautiful about it. Because unlike dry sift or cured trimming resin… this is living resin. Fresh resin. Still full of life, moisture, oils, and volatile aromatic compounds. That’s why we personally separate this experience mentally from the later finger hash collected during dry trimming. Both are beautiful. But fresh charas feels: * softer * richer * oilier * more alive * and incredibly expressive terpene-wise This Skywalker OG produced amazing charas too. Dark. Greasy. Sticky. Easy to collect. The kind of resin that instantly tells you: “These plants are loaded.” ⸻ Full Plant Drying Just like the first plant, these girls are now drying whole. Entire plants hanging intact. We personally love this drying style because it slows the process slightly and helps preserve: * terpenes * moisture balance * aroma * and overall cure quality The drying conditions remain: First couple of days: * ~45% RH to help remove the heavier surface moisture from these extremely dense flowers. Then afterward: Remaining drying phase: * ~60% RH * 18–20°C for roughly: 7–10 days depending on how these massive flowers release moisture internally. Because honestly… with buds this dense, patience becomes extremely important. ⸻ Looking Ahead — Trimming Begins Soon The next reports will most likely focus heavily on: trimming And honestly? We already know these sessions are going to be intense. Because these plants are absolutely packed with: * dense flowers * resin * swollen calyxes * and heavy branching So yes… this series may realistically become: four parts or maybe even five. 🌿 Journal de Culture : Cherry Cola (Auto) ​Date : 18/03/2026 Âge : 55 jours (Semaine 8) Phase : Pleine floraison (Explosion des trichomes) ​📊 Paramètres de mon espace ​Température : 24,5°C (Jour) / 20°C (Nuit). Humidité : 50%. ​Éclairage : Pure LED 240W réglé à 75% d'intensité, positionnée à 73 cm. 💧 Nutrition & Arrosage (pH 6,3) ​Plante #1 (La Grande - 40 cm) : 1,5 Litre d'eau + 5 ml de PK 5-8 (BioTabs). ​Plante #2 (La Petite - 30 cm) : 1 Litre d'eau + 2 ml de PK 5-8 (BioTabs). 📏 Travaux & Évolution (SCROG) ​Retrait du LST : J'ai enlevé les fils rouges de palissage. Les branches sont maintenant bien rigides et la structure est parfaitement fixée. Le LST est une réussite totale. ​Mise en place du filet : J'ai installé le filet (type SCROG) pour bien soutenir les têtes qui commencent à s'alourdir et homogénéiser la canopée. 🔍 Mes observations ​C'est là que ça devient sérieux ! En manipulant la Plante #1 pour l'installer sous le filet, j'ai été surpris : mes doigts ressortis complètement collants. La production de résine est massive. ​Niveau odeur, c'est un régal : ça sent déjà très fort le sucré, comme un bonbon. On a bien envoyé le profil terpénique de la Cherry Cola qui se met en place. La santé est au top, les feuilles sont d'un vert parfait et les têtes commencent à prendre une belle densité. on peut remarquer que quelques feuilles commencent à perdre un peut de vert foncer très bon signe cela veut dire qu'elle puise l'azote des feuilles .et quelques légères pointes brûlées mais rien d'inquiétant cela me le fait a chaque fois lors de la transaction. mais à surveiller quand même. 22/03 ddonné 9,5 litres d'eau PH 6,3 .surface très sec . merci à tous et à bientôt MUSIQUE DIAPO FAST BUD

I took all the leaves off and started the drying process. I only LSTed for the first 30 days. Once a week I took leaf off. The plant made so many leaves so removing them was the best way to get light to my cola stacking were all the bud come from. (EN) Rainy and cloudy weather continues, but temperatures are rising. On day 30, I spray a solution of nettle manure at 200ml/L of water on the leaves and stems of plants in order to remove and kill potential parasites (red spiders, mealybugs) and also prevent certain diseases such as late blight. I think I repeat this treatment every 2 weeks. Watering with clear water on the same day (approximately 600mL per plant). I prepare the soil to transplant plants into open ground soon, with 20L of universal soil, 20L of surrounding soil and 1L of perlite. (CAN) Le temps pluvieux et nuageux continue, mais les températures remontent. Le jour 30, je pulvérise une solution de purin d’orties à 200mL/L d’eau sur les feuilles et les tiges des plants afin d’éloigner et de tuer les potentiels parasites (araignées rouges, cochenilles) et également prévenir certaines maladies comme le mildiou. Je pense répéter ce traitement toutes les 2 semaines. Arrosage à l’eau clair ce même jour (environ 600mL par plant). Je prépare le sol pour transplanter prochainement les plants en pleine terre, avec 20L de terreau universel, 20L de terre environnante et 1L de perlite.
