As expected with regular seeds, we had both males and females, and this was the week we identified them all. From the original 12 beans, 5 revealed themselves as proud ladies while the rest — equally stunning in structure and expression — turned out to be males. 🌿 💚 Let’s talk about regular seeds and plant sex: Regular seeds are unsexed, meaning they can become either male or female. It’s a 50/50 genetic roll of the dice — and with unique mutant genetics like these, identifying sex isn’t always easy early on. Males typically show small pollen sacs, often referred to as “bananas” in their early stage. Females develop pistils, the first hairs of the flowers we’re after. Male plants, while beautiful and structurally fascinating (especially in this mutant project), can compromise a flowering room if left unchecked. Their pollen can fertilize female plants, leading to seeded buds — great if breeding, not great for clean flower. So, we say goodbye, thank them for their beauty, and move forward with the ladies to full bloom. The males? Woche 5 03.08.24 - 10.08.24 Das Wachstum geht ungehindert weiter....! Diesmal konnte ich leider keine Fotos machen, da ich in der Woche wenig nach den Pflanzen schauen konnte. Dafür kleine Zeitraffervideos von der Zeltkamera. Die Pflanzen zeigen leichte Anzeichen einer Überdüngung. Daher wurde diese Woche nur bei jeder zweiten bis dritten Bewässerung gedüngt. Außerdem wurde die Beleuchtung umgestellt von der Lumii auf 2x Sanlight Evo 120er da sie endlich nach mehrmonatiger Verspätung angekommen sind. Die Werte Temperatur, Luftfeuchtigkeit und VPD füge ich nachträglich noch ein. Die Behandlung mit dem Neemöl bringt leichte Besserung. Ab Montag kommen noch Nematoden zusätzlich mit in die Box, da ich ab jetzt nicht mehr das Neemöl benutzen möchte aufgrund der langsam voranschreitenden Blüten.

Day 35: Good say growmies. I hope we are all well in these odd times. The ladies have been very busy this week with plenty of action on the L.S.T training and constant resetting of the stakes to hold them down. Rhe only girl that won't be trained is the sweet cheese. I am curious to see how she does on her own as she has lots of growth tips poking out all over main. She is still low to the pots surface and only about 10 inches at the moment. Most of that has come about from this last week. She is still only displaying her sex pistils ( no not the band!) , at present but is approx 1 week behind the other plants. Gorilla Girl #3 is doing well and not showing any issues. I did snap her main at the 4th node while doing the video but am hoping she can offer some repair time to the clean snap with my quick repair job..( ooops). Thankfully it is where she would have been topped anyway so the two nodes have now got a chance to flourish more. Gorilla Girl #2 is still the biggest of the group and has been pushing all her stakes out with her strength. She is in flower now without doubt but only by a few days. I am hoping the stretch period will boost her height now too. she has a lot of growth tips to become buds too. Gorilla Girl #1 is chasing the #2 for top dog and looks good. she has also just about started to show flowers properly now too. I expect she will put a lot more growth on before she settles into her mid flowering so I have high hopes for this lady. Gorilla Girl #4 Still the smallest of the bunch but I have given her a nice bend to help get her lower limbs active and wanting.. The whole group had a full watering to runoff a few days ago and so far , are more than happy to be left alone a few more days. Be safe and well

25APR - Starting week 2 I transplanted them into 2 gal pots. Moved everyone into the 5x5 tent. Switching to a 1000w MH light Monday, once that's all set up, I will take pictures of everyone individually. 26APR - was going to move everyone but due to cold weather at night unfortunately I can't right now so they're stuck where they're are for now, but they still have plenty room. 27APR - put a fan in, after work today I will be moving them to a bigger tent and switching their lights to 22/2 for a little bit due to cold weather at night.

She’s finally finished battling some phosphorous and calcium deficiencies, and she’s starting to get thicker. I’ve had to cut away a lot of larfy undergrowth and leaves, and I think she’s set all the way to finish now. Hopefully less than a month left, but based on the pistils it may take longer. Some autoflower 😂

Un SOG que empezó mal pero que se ven con un buen color y avanzan progresivamente, se marcan un color increíble y las flores van formándose, así que a estar atentos. La humedad es perfecta, la temperatura la e podido corregir y ya la tenemos entre 24/25 grados. Añadi la base,Blue line B de Agrobeta. Esta semana añadí tucán, gold joker, silver, tetra 9, beta shark, mega Pk, tricoma, y terminator también de Agrobeta. Estoy controlando el ph está alrededor de 6- 6,5. During week 12 the plants are in their 5th week of flowering since the switch to 12/12 hours of light/darkness. All plants develop nice flower crowns now and the top-buds start to get encrusted with trichomes. Especially the MAC from Tropical Trees seeds from Hawaii has already an impressive layer of trichomes on top. All 12 plants have a nice healthy green color, which shows the BIO NOVA nutrients work GREAT! 💪😎 My two SANlight EVO4-120 LEDs are doing an EXCELLENT job and are running on 100% power now (=3 GREEN lights on the dimmer ON). This cycle is going AWESOME until now and I cant wait for the buds to get bigger...

End of Week 13 (6 week of flower) Cruise control on! Trying to make sure the environment is 100% in check, and I made a very light compost tea with some molasses and worm castings and a little bit of bone meal just to give them a calcium boost and some extra sugars so they can flourish into their final couple of weeks of flower. I have been keeping a cooler average temperature - and also keeping the relative humidity lower. Pest Report: None

I touched one of the leafs with trichomes on it. Smells VERY citrusy/lemony/fruity. Very excited for this strain! Buds are very solid. It's a hybrid with Durban Poison X Rainmaker (Citral Skunk x Mandarin) x Gorilla Glue #4.

Week 4-(Day 29) She has recovered from my transplant disaster. The combination of that, and the feeding I had given her was a lot of stress all at once, and it shows on some of her leaves that were damaged. However, she has recovered quite nicely, and has grown into her light quite a bit this week. I haven’t done anything other than leaf tucking. I kept her damaged leaves on as once she corrected herself, no further spread is noticeable. I’ve got a bigger 6x4x7 tent setup, and am gathering all the necessary components to keep a perpetual grow happening. Looking at the Smart -8 from Medic Grow, amazing value (still pricey) for the footprint it makes! Any ideas on how to convince my wife to let me buy a 1000 dollar💡? Lol 😆

Time for this permanent bluez to get the chop , she was ready at 10% amber . This girl turned out well , really sweet smelling sticky buds prolly end up with around 10oz dry . Smokes great. I didn’t know what to expect with IZI but they’ve proven to be pretty good hey .
