The plant stretched a bit and the weather was quite bad for the month of May. But in general, the first week of growth went well!

Finishing up this week, turned mostly cloudy last week. Plan is to chop her when trichomes are about 30% amber... likely this weekend. Going to stick her in the dark on Thursday and hopefully chop on Saturday. Tester buds seem great, nice strong head buzz, took a few branches off for my husband who prefers the head type high. Chopped her this morning... she hung and drying. We ended up with 7.3 wet ounces. Will update next week with dry weight. Smells a bit diesel/fuel like with sweet berry/grape type undertones. Skunky aroma started at the end of the week right before chopping her. Male plant did end up pollinating some of the bud. I have been finding a few green seeds here and there. Main tent doesn’t appear to be totally pollinated, a few seeds sporadically throughout the grow but most of the bud seems clear of seeds thankfully.

I have a few strains in my tent at the moment but as it's my first diary I will be sticking with the one strain which is sweet deep grapefruit by dinafem seeds. Into week 8 we go, last week before flipping to 12/12, plant looks healthy and seems to be thriving using remo nutrients at the exact dosage recommended, only issue is new growth seems to be a little skinny an twisted at first but then sorts itself out any ideas why this could be? Humidity has been a little low past week but as I'm flipping soon I'm not to bothered by that. Give plant a little defoliation last week doesn't look like I touched her thhe way she bounced back lol. So far so good happy with the progress she's making :)

Plants were left for 8 days between watering, the soil was very dry and plant leaves drooping. Watered them with 1 litre each yesterday but have noticed yellowing of leaves on the bottom. Thinking this might be due to under watering I am not sure. Apart from that the flowers themselves are looking fine. Night temps are now 18 deg and 24 daytime and humidity at 50% I have also now put in a small fan at floor level in the space of where the 4th pot was so this now gives lower air movement.

the girl is growing little by little, no additional light, only what nature gives:) in the coming days, she will be transplanted into her final pot and will spend all her time on the balcony :) I wonder what will happen with a few hours of direct sunlight, if there are no clouds:).

Well, I'm disappointed in the progression of this one. Tho I believe the reason for the poor performance is, I installed a ac duct at the front right corner of the 4x4 tent that was hooked up to a control duct that let the ac in when the tent got hot but that ment the cold cold air was coming in right at or near the side of the bucket. The plant was doing good before I put that in. And I added more insulation on the outside of bucket I moved the duct to direct the air away from the bucket but I left it that way for a little while. These hot summer days. So ac has been blowing for sure and the tent tends to heat up without It. But I finally moved it to come in a top duct opening and have the duct come down in the middle of the tent and I have seen a slight improvement in her progression. Pre98 Bubba , oh how I’ve missed you for so many years! These ones came out absolutely gorgeous! Loving the the purple phenos 😍 ! These ladies liked to stretch quite a bit so you’re gonna want to use some LST on em but I also recommend topping at least 6 times to get a better bang on your yield ! Expect nice tight purple buds with a tremendous amount of frost covering, some of the frostiest Bubba I’ve ever had! Over all I give it 10 stars an would definitely over an over run this strain!
