For the most part the girls did well other than the Durban Poisons getting some rapid purple leaf on both plants at the same time. One morning temps hit 15c due to an error with my new heater. Hoping that is what the cause is. Got tired of chasing fungus gnats so I decided to fight fire with fire and be a little proactive and release ladybugs and a few million nematodes 🧐🤓. Nematodes will become a weekly part of all growing in the future. As will ladybugs just to ensure they help keeps mites and gnats at bay. Lost medipak#2. Just suddenly kicked the bucket. Oh well. Such is life! It might have been a fungus issue...The other 2 medipak are cruising. The 4 indigo childs are looking really nice. Very excited to see what they look like in 3 weeks

2.3.2024: More of the same. "Plants" are getting bushier. 2 Nodes with the 3rd coming through. Look healthy. Top soil is dry but a few millimeters below is still moist. Once the 3rd node fully develops i'm considering topping but we'll see. Definitely can tell the Crystal Meth has a different structure then the Emerald Fire OG. I'll add pics at some point today. 2.4.2024: Watered 32oz at 6.3ph. No run off. 2.5.2024: No water today. Plant is still super moist. Temp hovers around 77-79 and RH has been struggling to stay at or above 60%, even with the humidifier on and the inline fan speed at 2. I've increased the humidity output with the goal of getting it to the 60%-65% range. Leaves are getting bigger and everything is nice and green. Just raised light to 14 inches from soil and increased power to 50% 2.6.2024: Moving along nicely. Plant is filling out better then the FastBuds see right next to it. Nodes are well spaced when compared to its tent mate. Perhaps thats just the difference in genetics? Raised the light again to 16 inches from soil with the hope of inducing some vertical growth. 2.7.2024: No change to current state. I couldn't help myself so i clipped the single leaves on the bottom of the plant. Probably a big mistake but it'll be a learning lesson if it comes back to bite me. Not much change in vertical growth so i'm thinking about raising the light an inch or two to see if that will help them stretch. Watered 64oz of 6.3ph. Small bit of run off, ph also at 6.3. 2.8.2024: Day 20 from seed. At the moment, the very small haircut i gave the plant didn't seem to have any adverse affect. Lamp at 14 inches from top of the plant, still at 50% power(75watts). Plant doing very well. 2.9.2025: Day 21, end of week 3. Plant is perfect. No issues whatsoever.

I'll most likely stop feeding nutes this week and just go with ph'd water after that till harvest. Hung up my new California Lightworks UVB supplement light. I think I originally hung it a bit too close (18 inches from canopy) based on the subtle color change in the leaves, so I raised it up to 24" above the canopy. I was most certainly skeptical, since this is my first time using UVB, but even over the course of its first week under the bulbs I've notice a VERY visible increase in trichomes. Every one of this plant's buds is COVERED in trichomes! It looks like someone sprinkled sugar all over the damn place!

Shooting powder added to the tank and buds still swelling nicely. Looks like a great yield for under a weeks veg.

Day 74 and there getting chopped today! I thought the harvest was going to be broken into two separate weeks considering the times on the Choco was listed about 7-10 days sooner then the DD (wich was listed at 70 days for flowering) However looking at the tricombs on the Chocolate Marshmallow most pheno didnt start getting amber untill the DDs did as well! A couple DD pheno could have maybe gone a couple more days but we will see! Going for reveg on all the pheno, since i didnt get to take any clones. We will see how it goes!

It's seems that Athena finally stopped her stretch and hoping that Xena will follow her sister very soon. Buds are gaining weight and size rapidly. Lots of nice colours and tonnes of trichomes on those buds already. Week 10 Dec 18-24 Dec 18-19 Mainly observation. Xena is still stretching like crazy. both girls are developing beautifully. Dec 20 First watering for this week. 7.5 ltr beetwen both. Runoffs PH's Athena 6.2 Xena 6.3. Dec 21 Due to lack of light at lower parts of conopy decided for another selective defoliation, lowered a bit tallest branches with colas dangerously close to light by tieing them to netting. Couple cm will make a huge difference here. Could not clear well at the back wall of the cabinet due to limited access.I'm very happy with final result. Dec 22-23 Joyful observation of my 🍌💜👊girls development 🧑‍🌾 Dec 24 All is looking great. It's seems that stretch is finally stopped. Girls looking healthy and happy. The girls are hungry! Despite seeing some nitrogen excess they are still wanting more phosphorus. The Bonnie and Clyde have been a bit of a learning curve, but overall, I’m very happy with these Autoflowers so far! Some of the biggest I’ve grown to date. Humidity has been a struggle this week, trying to keep my VPD on point. Otherwise it’s been a good week of growth. Happy Gardening 🇨🇦🌱❤️😎💨

This week in my grow room has been full of developments. First, I added additional lights because I couldn't get the relative humidity (RH) under control. I ordered a dehumidifier, but it will take a few weeks to arrive, so I had to find a temporary solution. I also emptied the reservoir and refilled it with fresh water and nutrients. I secured the net to ensure it stays in place under tension. In two days, I plan to switch the light schedule to 12/12, hoping the plants will stretch a bit during the switch to avoid having overly large buds that aren't evenly spread. Seventeen hours later, I decided to keep the lights on a 16/8 schedule for a few more days. The plants are starting to show signs of something happening, so I want to see how they develop. I will keep you updated on the progress. Then, I received a message from my supplier that the dehumidifier would arrive today. Great news—time to spice things up! On June 2nd, the dehumidifier arrived, and I managed to get my Vapor Pressure Deficit (VPD) to 1.17! This is fantastic news, and I'm very curious how this will affect water usage. The dehumidifier seems pretty powerful, with water literally dripping out of the hose, so I'm no longer worried about high humidity levels. It's a shame it doesn't have a range setting, but I couldn't expect more for the price. I'm considering ordering the Dimlux Auxbox to set a working range and separate day/night settings. Thankfully, the dehumidifier has an auto-restart function after a power loss. On June 3rd, the night is over, and while my values are now more stable, I haven't noticed any significant differences in water absorption. What I do notice is that the pots seem much drier. The difference in leaf temperature compared to the room temperature has increased slightly, now about a 2˚C difference, indicating that evaporation has increased somewhat. Despite the dehumidifier cooling the air, the room temperature has risen. This is explainable since dry air heats up faster than humid air. The CO2 heater is also running significantly longer. So, although there are no immediately visible differences, there are indeed some changes. Today is the last short night of 8 hours, and tomorrow will be the first night of 12 hours. I am contemplating doing a 10-hour night first and will decide later tonight. After closely reviewing the video footage, I noticed some divergent colors on the leaves. My pH is currently 6.4, which I had adjusted to compensate for the low pH last week—a foolish decision in coco, I know. I plan to make videos of each individual plant for my records to investigate further. The light is too intense to inspect them up close, so the videos will help me get a better look.

Day 19 since flip, not much to report. Top dress today of 4-8-4 rose and flower mix from down to earth with a little worm castings. Almost done with stretch. Back two are Gary Poppins (Gary Payton x Red Runtz). One on the left is stretching to the moon, definitely a Gary leaner, and the one on the right turned out to be the smallest plant of the five, definitely a Runtz leaner. Plain ph’d tap water and that’s it 🌡️: 77-80 F 💡: 65% @ 20 inches 💦:60%

This week I installed floraflex automated watering system. Also I started feeding FloraFlex V1 and V2 nutrients 600ppm + Botanicare CalMag at 200ppm for a total of 800 ppm.
