I didn’t see a lot of vertical growth this week but the buds are starting to really fatten up and get frosty. Humidity was a real problem this week and I had to purchase a dehumidifier as this far into flower consistent levels in the 60’s we’re quite concerning. I’ve still been watering every morning at around half a gallon and will feed a compost tea tomorrow.

Cantaloupe haze needed a good flush brought runoff from 2000 ppm to 1100ppm will continue to monitor.

Week 8 Growing gradually, healthy. All plants are enlarging; forming structures with lot of branches. Just a difference around 5/10 cm height between the 4 strains. Been a minute growmies but I’m back with some updates. This week I realized I was going to have to get a new tent ASAP. Was really trying not to have to but it is inevitable. She is huge now! Even tried throughout this week and next to do some tie down with string to fabric pots. Sorry for wait…. I know she was sad towards the end of the week 😞. 8/31: Started new batch of nutes. Did a massive defoliation today as well! A lot more light through the canopy now. Cut dying bottom branches. 9/1: Did a lot of defoliation today. Even removed some of the lower branches not getting sufficient amount of light.

30.4.25: This worked out very nicely 👌 I just found Ecothrives' new, Trace! I was looking for Cal-Mag with no NPK. I came across this, I'm genuinely so excited to get using this! Ecothrive has the best products, hands down. As fate would have it, the plants are looking pretty dry! I'm going to be watering with the Trace and Biosys. Let's see what happens 😁 6 litres of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.1 contained: ♡ 3ml of Ecothrive Trace ♡ 1/4 Tsp (2.4ml) Ecothrive Biosys The plants received 3 litres of this feed each. PPM 475 PH 6.0. So after I watered, i decided to tie down a very large branch that had grown significantly taller than the rest of the canopy. It decided to bend instead. Luckily, it didn't snap. The outer membranes are all intact and unbroken. So I guess it needed a supercrop instead! 😅 I'm not worried at all, I just need to remember when I'm moving the pots around. Otherwise, it certainly will snap! 🤞 Let's see how we're looking in a few days after the first Ecothrive Trace application! 1.5.25: I mixed a foliar feed with my new Ecothrive Trace. I filled a 250ml spray bottle with dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.0 with 4ml Ecothrive Trace. I used the entire bottle in 3 plants throughout the course of the day. The fan is very strong, so it didn't take long to dry. However, I did keep the lights dimmer to ensure no leaves were burnt. Additionally, I spent more time than I care to admit massaging the foliar spray into the leaves 😅 I also moved the LED lights up as Northern Lights is still stretching. Par was about 600-700. Which may be too much. I'll keep an eye on it. I also watered with 1.5 litres of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.0 to Northern Lights. I added 1/2 Tsp of Sea K(elp) by Greenleaf nutrients. PPM was 645. 2.5.25: I watered 1 litre today. With Greenleaf Nutrients Bud Explosion PK booster 1/2 Tsp dissolved in dechlorinated water PH'd to 5.9. There are certainly chunky buds beginning to form here! 😍 She has pretty well stopped stretching, and so she's shorter than Northern Lights, which is still growing vertically, this is a little unfortunate as they're no longer a Sea Of Green. Unless Northern Lights is a tidal wave 😅 So because the canopy is no longer uniform, the lighting is difficult to dial in. Which has never been my strong point. Her leaves are still very dark. I'm going to top dress with Ecothrive Life Cycle, but because of the darkness of leaves, I won't add the Ecothrive Charge. Which is mainly more vegetative growth needs. Which will contain more nitrogen, which we certainly don't need any more of at this stage. Plant top dressed with; ♡ 2 Tbs of Ecothrive Life Cycle ♡ 1 Cup Worm Castings ♡ 1 Cup Canna Coco ♡ 1.25 Cups Perlite I watered in with 2 ltrs of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.3 containing .25g of Ecothrive Biosys. This next week will just be monitoring of excess/ deficiency of nutrients and probably another foliar spray of the new Ecothrive Trace. I have removed a few fan leaves at the lower canopies. Day 10: They have been growing nicely. Beautifull green leafs, no deficiencies or stress. I did some Defoliation and I'm planning to top some plants but not all of them since they make nice main colas as well. Also nice roots so far, will let those grow for another 1-3 days before repotting them into 7L pots. While doing that I will add some new clay for beneeth the pots to have a good run-off. I will add some mycorizza as well to improve the roots and I will water them again with lots of Regulator(anti-stress) and Rhyzotonic( root stimilator). Some days after that, they are ready to get pushed into flowering. Sativas like to grow twice and sometimes even more in size. So the size which they are at the end of this week will be enough. So at the end of this week you will see them being in 7L pots and in a bigger grow space under lots of lamps. There are like 3-5 plants not growing nicely. Might have to kill them. I'm not going to waste time,energy,nutrients on those if they don't grow in size in a couple of days. So might end up with just 235 plants. Il update again at the end of this week. Day 14: I almost finished the rest of the grow room. I still need to adjust and replace the lamps some more and other things. Did many defoliation below the plants. Thoose branches are never going to preduce nice and thick buds anyways. Such a waste of energy and nutrients. Because of the removing of branches and leafs, They get a better airflow and better exposure of light as well. So for now they look a little bit ugly haha and not so bushy anymore, but they will grow into fine looking ladies. I kept 5 or 7 branches each plant and some bigger plants I even topped because I don't want them to stretch alot. Another reason is that I want bigger stems. If other plants that didnt get topped, not improving stems I can still top them until the end of week 1 of flowering. I'm putting them into flowering, by putting the lightschedule to 12hours of light and darkness. It will take a few days before they start preflowering. The first buds will be seen in like 10-14 days. Untill next week!

They seem happy so far, the living soil is a bit more dense than I'm used to so the soil has been taking longer between waterings than I would like. I just gave a deeper watering with 2 liters. And I'm aiming to maintain it with 1 liter every 2-3 days. I add a bit to the bottom first to see if it sucks any water up. And then usually top water the remaining liter.
