Day 74 and there getting chopped today! I thought the harvest was going to be broken into two separate weeks considering the times on the Choco was listed about 7-10 days sooner then the DD (wich was listed at 70 days for flowering) However looking at the tricombs on the Chocolate Marshmallow most pheno didnt start getting amber untill the DDs did as well! A couple DD pheno could have maybe gone a couple more days but we will see! Going for reveg on all the pheno, since i didnt get to take any clones. We will see how it goes!

Week 9 in the books and still waiting on ripening. The hardest part about this project is having to do the testing in such small batches due to my space restrictions. Still no issues with the grow and we’re getting some great pheno variation amongst them all. The consistent quality of them all is the slight pink hue in the buds which is characteristic of the Skywalker parent. The scent is unmistakably sweet like the strawberry parent. All told - we’ve got a good hybrid here that still needs refinement before we try to breed out S1s. P1 - still staying green, resilient, lower yield but best genetic specimen of the lot. P2 - winner pheno but needs to be grown out under perfect hydro conditions to be sure we didn’t have any deficiencies baked into the strain genetics. Best combo of the 2 parents and some awesome deep purpling of the fans. P4 - another winner pheno with prominent strawberry characteristics and heavy yield. A little bit of the purple has bled through to this pheno and it remains a more resilient specimen than P2. Again, worth testing in a better hydro medium like dwc or dutchies. Well chop and freeze the whole lot for bubble and pressing once the run is complete and trichs have fully matured.

The buds keep stacking steadily and resin production is increasing noticeably across the entire plant. A light fruity aroma is starting to come through, becoming more distinct with each day. Bud structure is very uniform, with every branch carrying solid, well-formed flowers and a beautiful dark purple-black coloration. I estimate the plant will need around two to three more weeks to fully finish.

She is growing so fast and super big beautiful fan leaves all over my lst is working well and she will be flipped into flower once the smaller one has vegged for a few more week and the autos are finished up don’t forget friends It’s 420 somewhere™️

Week 7 Doing some defoliation

I didn’t fim i just topped her at het 4th node and i also did some lst she is looking quite good i might haved f ed up i broke 3 branches while doing lst but she is growing a main stem +2 side branches aswel so top didn’t work on one

The smell of this plant is very special, it is very hard to explain what i'm smelling other then i can say it is complex and very delicious. Also she is very sticky at this stage and that is what the glue is about offcourse. The stems are not that stable so buds are a little bit collapsing and i had to take care to bring her out. After putting her back in the tent again, i had to support her a bit with a jojo. Next week i give her a final push and she will soon be ready. Thanks for checking 😋

04/12: final week for these girls have harvested and hung and will likely take them down in 5 to 6 days - looking good large and they smell great. flushed for final week.

I visited her for the last time today, and I'm going on vacation, I'll be back in 3 weeks, I think she'll be ready :) I hope the weather won't rain :) so next time I think it'll be harvest time:).

12/09/2022 - 36 days since my little girl sprouted from seeds🌱 The first week of flowering my BCN Power Plant 🌴🌴🌻 Nutrients: Jungle Indabox - This week I adjust the dose of nutrients to support flowering and added nutrients - flowering stimulators: Jungle Urban A: 0.5 ml Jungle Urban B: 1.5 ml Jungle Urban M: 1 ml Flower stimulators: Jungle Environ X: 1ml Advanced Nutrients - Bud Candy 2 ml Advanced Nutrients - Bud Ignitor 1 ml Advanced Nutrients - Big Bud 2ml Hesi Root Complex - 5ml - last week of adding this nutrient Atami - ATA Calmag - when growing under LED lights it is recommended to use Calmag and Atami is an excellent brand, I give the same as in vegetation: 0.5ml. Lights: I don't change Bloom light, I still use Mars Hydro TS1000 - 150w full spectrum, great light to use both in vegetation and flowering 💡💡 Training: LST: third attachment of all twigs where flowers are formed 🌸🌸 Defoliation: the first big defoliation took place in the middle of the week, I removed the large leaves at the bottom of the plants and those that shaded the flowers 🍃🌞 The little girl has only grown by 5 cm since last week, she is already putting all her strength into flowering. The pistils at the ends of the twigs already form white tufts 😊💓 I can smell a subtle scent of herbs and flowers, but very subtle indeed. In week 4 the plant kept growing to a real dense bush so I continued the LST and did some little defoliation every 2-3 days like in week 3. Additionally I started giving some Alg-A-Mic to help the plant handling the high temperatures (up to 35-36°C) inside my box.
