Hello my comrades! It was time for the fifth week of plants in my student's tent. He's lazy, and I don't have time to deal with his plants, but even the little we do has a positive effect on the progress of plants. Autoflowering plants did not train LST, but regularly did defoliation. Photoperiodic Bubblelicious on the contrary trained on the technique of LST, but did not cut off the vegetative leaves, because of this it turned out low, but fluffy. I'm tired of my student's laziness, he does not always perform the tasks that I give him, except for regular watering. But in General everything is fine, I watch his plants in the tent every three days to control the humidity of the earth and the color of the leaves.

Hey now, hope everyone has been well. Super excited football season is finally here so things are about to get busy. I went out of town for 4 days and the plants struggled a little bit with the PH getting slightly too high before I returned. I also came back to see that some type of insect was munching away on the lower leaves of my Sundae Driver which I sprayed the plant and coco with neem oil, but hopefully they didnt do much damage before I can get them under control I have never experienced insect problems indoors, likely because I grow in Coco and not Soil. However, I left a 5 gallon airpot full of coco from a previous grow outside for a couple weeks by mistake, and pretty sure bugs got into. I wont make that rookie mistake again. Anyways the rest of the ladies are looking pretty good, They are almost getting what I consider a full dose of nutrients, even though it half of the manufacturers recommended dosage. I am feeding all Gen Hydro cal mag, Armor Si, and maxi grow. I also add some food grade hydrogen peroxide to keep the reservoir fresh for around 10 days or so but I clean it once a week. Not sure why I cant select them on this site anymore, I know they got sold but they don't list them under either name. I did get all the ladies transplanted from solo cups to airpots on day 16, and it took 24 hours or so for them to recover from the transplant and start growing again. I am running 3 of the 3.4 gallon, and 2 of the 5.4 gallon just because that is what I had available. I hopefully top them all sometime this week for the first time, as soon as the roots are a little stronger. I let them grow to 7 nodes or so before I top them and make sure they're growing fast. Hopefully I can still mainline the Sundae Driver, she looks healthy other than those two leaves chomped off. I dont really do any LST until I get get the first toppings done, because my primary goal at this stage is to ensure she grows a strong set of roots before I start manipulating her. All the plants are on their 5th nodes, except for this Green Crack 2.0 which is only on her 4th node. We got another heat wave coming through my region that I am not too excited about but at least its earlly in the game and I dont need to crank this light up yet. I am only running it at 30% and its putting off plenty to keep this ladies happy. Hoping to get a topping done this week, then another one next week, and be ready to flip to flower by week 7 or so. I really enjoy growing and this strain is one I've spent a lot of time on. This is my largest harvest of Gelato Cake and it was only 1 plant, I have harvested 5 at once and just equaled what this one plant did. I feel really good about it thanks to the GD community for the support and diaries to learn from

All feeds with nutes use either a whole ratio or combination of "Veg Mix" and "Bloom Mix"concentrates DILUTED in water until a total ppm of add in is reached using a (Total Dissolved Solids)TDS Meter measured in PPM (parts per million). The "Veg Mix" concentrate will eventually be added in smaller ratios and "Bloom Mix" concentrate what will eventually replace the "Veg Mix" concentrate entirely with the ppm and ratios listed when I feed. Veg mix recipe is on week 3. Bloom Mix recipe is on week 5. Day 63 She didnt grow much over night but she seems to have already took to her new digs with no further signs of stress past last night's droopy leaves that have since bounced back today. PH tested the top soil 6.38,6.45,6.42,6.4 for an avg of 6.4125 - I tried to take a couple from the original soil and the soil divide of old/new - the numbers run close to the same so Im satisfied. Placed the ring back on - Measured 11 inches from soil to bar, but I can work with that as it's still level and the branches run past it all the way around. I also tried to level it. I didnt feel the need to tie any of the branches this time as they are mostly going where I wanted them to. PPFD is still lower power at 2 ticks from high and center colas at 510 and 500 with the outering at 430 lowest and 470 at highest with most at about 455 VPD is okay with temps at 74F/64%RH/33%ILV Day 64 VPD and PPFD still mostly the same about 520 to 440 on ppfd from center to lowest outer ring and 74F/64%RH/33%ILV she seems to be likely the new set up and soil is still somewhat tacky - Plan to water in 2 days. I could water tomorrow, but I rather make the roots look for new space in the outer ring before just giving more for now. Day 65 VPD and ppfd mostly the same - 73F/64%RH/33%ILV with lights at 520 for the center colas and 430 for the lowest of the outer ring She's mostly filled the ring and close to 15 inches including the ring meaning I should be able to defoliate and flip this coming weekend. So I'll prep for that. It has been 3 days since transfer and last feed. Soil is still moist but not wet on the very top. I prepped tap water to burn chlorine tonight and will consider wetting her a little tomorrow. No more than a gallon of straight water for now, then again with reduced nutes a few days after that. Day 66 VPD same; 74F/64%RH/33%ILV PPFD after watering was 430 at lowest and 520 at highest - also moved the lights because I finally got the stand for the 10 gallon pot. Lights are now about 33 inches from soil and since the plant is about 15 inches high that makes the light about 18 inches from leaves to light. Watered with 1 gallon of 6.4ph de-chlorinated tap. Used a spreader water can and spray bottle. I used the whole gallon and there was no run off. Day 67 VPD okay at 74F/65%RH/33%ILV took 4 ph tests in the top soil got 6.64, 6.65, 6.67, and 6.54 for an avg of 6.625 (actually higher than I wanted but still well with-in range of acceptable. waited until later in the day and defoliated lower leaves - mostly the larf leaves under the ring. Also used HST and LST to break a few branches and tie others. The goal is to set a more level top before flip. But one that can be secured with the ring later if needed. PPFD now has 600 as highest and 430 as lowest she's spread quite far from center to outer rings now. Overall she looks close to flip and I think I might be able to at the start of week 10 day 70. Day 68 VPD was normal at 74F/65%RH/33%ILV - PPFD ranged from 400 to 600 with most around 500 She seems to be recovered mostly form the HST/LST/Defoliation - or at least is accepting the training as the colas that were bent are now pointing up. There are a few leaves showing stress and possible deficiency but all I can do is monitor and treat with my next feed if I see it spread more. Took measurements too - about 16inches tall with a diameter of about 22 by 22, so I am happy with this wing span and no scrOG Day 69 Normal stats with 74F/65%RH/33%ILV ppfd also the same as yesterday ranging from 400 to 600. Tomorrow will be 4 days since her last water feed - I plan to feed about 1 gallon of de-chlorinated tap water with about 50 ppm of each veg and bloom juice mix. I also plan to flip to 12/12 tomorrow. Schedule will be 3 hours later and earlier from current times. Decided to put her into a MarsHydro 24x48x71 tent and start giving UV/IR light treatments through flower. So that's the tent I also have a Bloom Plus XP2500 LED Grow Light - a set of Spider Farmer UVR40 40W UV & IR Supplemental Lighting Bars and I am using a iPower 6 Inch Smart Vent. I measured the distance from soil to lights and placed it back at 35 inches like it was with the ViparSpectra XS2000 in the other tent - I then dialed the lights down to the same ppfd as it was. I am giving her 30 minutes of UV light 1 hour before bed and then 15 minutes of IR after lights out and before lights on again - which is now 3 hours later.

19.08.2024 officially D140... the additionnal week, have been benefict to this fat lady. as i can see some ambering trichrome on the remaining cola. so far so good she get is second harvest. the 3rd and final harvest should be in 1 or two week, as i will need space in the tent for the camperberry clone, and will give the time to the leftover small and unripped nugget to finish their job. the 1st harvest is dried a d have been trim for total weight of 121.5g. it already smell more fuity that its little sister, it have been put in a growbag for a nice curring. the 2nd harvest give 1454.6 g of wet sticky bud expecting 180g of dried flower as they are more leaffy and have more stem comparing to the 1st harvest. the 3/4 pound is still in sight.

La LSD 25 auto évolue avec brio malgré son démarrage un peu trop "gourmand" en azote. Les premières feuilles ont fait un clin d'œil jaune, mais rien de comparable à la banane purple punch qui a décidé de prendre un virage jaune express. Est-ce la sénescence ou un petit coup de mou en azote ? L'avenir nous le dira, mais croisons les doigts pour que notre traitement porte ses fruits et atténue ces petits caprices. J'ai opté pour un rééquilibrage en donnant un quart de la dose recommandée d'azote, pour finalement arriver à la moitié. Les têtes sont déjà en pleine maturation, certaines ont même déjà fini leur course en seulement 47 jours. Imaginez-vous, une plante de cannabis qui nous offre des têtes en un mois et deux semaines ! C'est tout simplement impressionnant. Je prévois de patienter encore deux ou trois semaines, histoire de laisser la magie opérer un peu plus. UPDATE: Day 2 of week 9 Saturday 17th October: Nutes in today and more LST. Defo running out of space, so LST is proving more tricky and stems are less bendy now and much easier to crease! I’m tempted to not try too much more teasing of the plant and purely work on light height from here on in.. I don’t wanna mess up all my hard work by trying to force the plants too hard, damage them and stress them out. Other than that all looking great and pistils coming through lovely 😊 UPDATE- Day 4 of week 9: Monday 19th October Nutes in again. Increased the BioBizz Top Max this week to 3ml/l so let’s see how they respond. One girl looks like she’s a little slower than the others but other than that happy days. Oh and the crease I made in the main stem on one of my ladies last watering, doesn’t seems to have suffered any for it thankfully.. UPDATE: Day 6 of week 9 Wednesday 21st October; Nutes in and a little defoliation. Have a mild case of thrips, so I’m concerned about what products to use as I’m now in the 3rd week of flower and don’t want to spoil the buds or taste.. Argh! Since putting in the dehumidifier temps have soared which is what’s causing the thrips.. Gonna use the cardboard box method for the dehumidifier to get it out the tent, just need to pickup an aluminium hose and ducting tape. Pretty pissed as I’ve had such a smooth ride up till now.
