Hello Growers and Tokers! 👋 👩‍🌾 🧑‍🌾.🔥💨 PURPS ARE HERE TO STAY OH YAY!! Thinking about changing the title of this diary to that right there.. Like i said last week, purps are here to stay, nugs are 100% all purple though leaves are green. The smell has really come in this week. In spain we call this the Cali aroma, that high grade aroma. 😂 Kind of bummed that the buds aren't as big as I imagined but then again I wasn't expecting the purps so yeah, you get what you get I guess... They are getting a bit denser, so that's nice. Things are running smoothly.. In flower I use Enzymes once every 10 days or so to help out with the roots.. That's it.. hope you like the content. Week 2 of the flowering phase flew by 🌱💨. Unfortunately, I may have overdone it with potassium or kept the water level too high – the classic signs of clawing leaves were evident. Thankfully, they seem to be recovering now and are back under control 💪🍃. My IR night experiment is showing clear results 🌌: The plants exposed to infrared radiation at night stretched significantly more. This might be especially beneficial for this indica-dominant strain as it leads to better canopy distribution, improved airflow, and reduced risks of mold and disease. Plus, the light distribution is much more efficient now, which I’m excited to see pay off. On the downside, my Orange Sherbert turned hermaphroditic 😔. It’s hard to pinpoint the cause – overfertilization seems unlikely since I’m using only organic nutrients. I suspect it might be linked to an E-field experiment I’ve been running. To confirm this theory, I’ll conduct a new grow with a similar strain next year to see if the electric field negatively impacts cannabis development. Stay tuned for updates! Leider habe ich wohl etwas zu viel Kalium gegeben oder den Wasserstand zu hoch gehalten – die typischen Anzeichen von Adlerkrallen waren sichtbar. Zum Glück scheinen sich diese jetzt zurückzubilden und sind wieder unter Kontrolle 💪🍃. Mein IR-Nachtexperiment zeigt bereits deutliche Ergebnisse 🌌: Die Pflanzen, die nachts mit Infrarotstrahlung bestrahlt wurden, haben deutlich stärker gestretcht. Das ist besonders bei dieser indica-dominanten Sorte wahrscheinlich von Vorteil, da es zu einer besseren Verteilung des Blätterdachs führt. Dadurch verbessert sich die Luftzirkulation, das Risiko von Schimmel und Krankheiten wird minimiert, und die Lichtverteilung wird effizienter. Ich bin gespannt, wie sich das weiter auswirkt! Leider hat meine Orange Sherbert gezwittert 😔. Woran das genau liegt, kann ich schwer sagen. Eine Überdüngung halte ich für unwahrscheinlich, da ich nur biologischen Dünger verwendet habe. Ich vermute, dass mein E-Feld-Experiment eine Rolle spielt. Um das zu bestätigen, werde ich nächstes Jahr einen neuen Durchlauf mit einer ähnlichen Sorte machen und prüfen, ob das elektrische Feld tatsächlich eine ungünstige Rückentwicklung der Pflanze verursacht. WEEK 10 - 10/4/2021 - 16/4/2021 10/4/2021 - Day 1 flowering! 13/4/2021 - Something came up and I have to leave my plants for 2 days. I thought of hooking it up to Autopot again but then I would have to do a major flush again and that would stress the plants. I think they can wait for 48 hours. I'll fertigate again before lights off tonight. 20 gal water mixed with the following: Liquid silicon - 1ml/L - 76ml Cal Mag - 5ml/Gal - 100ml Micro - 2.5ml/Gal - 50ml Gro - 2.5ml/Gal - 50ml Bloom - 2.5ml/Gal - 50ml Fulvic acid - 2.5ml/gal - 50ml Hydroguard - 2ml/gal - 40ml Rapid start - 1ml/gal - 20ml Chitosan Olligosaccharide  - About 30 ml. I ran out of pH down and improvised with Chitosan. Managed to bring down the pH to 6.2. Improvise. Adapt. Overcome! :) pH - 6.21 EC - 1.28 mS/cm T - 26 14/4/2021 - The HLG 550 light seem a little dim these past week. After checking with a Quantum PAR meter, the PPFD was only around 400 mid section at 24 inches height from canopy. At first I thought it was the LED diodes but after disconecting the dimmer potentiometer, the PPFD went up to 1200. So it was the dimmer malfunction. So I just left the light as full brightness 24 inches above canopy since the girls are in bloom now, 16/4/2021 - Major defoliation done for all 8 plants. Basically removed any large leaves shading the lower nodes as well as to improve air circulation. Did supercropping on several branches to maintain even canopy.

Day 63 - 21/01/21 Most of the girls are happy. The girl with the deficiency is completely depleted but still slowly producing flowers. I think she will be first to come down as I will be doing a staggered harvest. I will keep this diary updated over the coming weeks. Thanks!

Well this week I had to give the girls a fairly big trim they were beautifully bushy but they were struggling for space so I cut back the heavy shade leaves that were covering bud sites I am also adding bloom to there feed from now but they are doing really well and the smell in the tent is devine. 💚🙏🌱🙏💚🙏🌱🙏💚

Cheese.. Un nome, una storia, una garanzia. Vecchia scuola, la mia preferita di sempre. La crescita è stata perfetta, non ha mai mostrato sintomi del minimo stress è ci sono andato abbastanza duro, tanto da spezzare il ramo apicale per aver tirato troppo con LST intorno alla settimana 4. Non ha sentito niente. Ha proseguito crescendo sempre di più e dicendomi "stronzo vacci piano..ora ti faccio vedere io". " 🤣😍 Ibrido pazzesco cresciuta strutturalmente più dalla parte sativa. Cime dure, gelide, puzzolenti. Ha infestato casa. Non c'è una sola cima pop corn. Perfetta. Grazie in primis a voi di Fast Buds per queste prelibatezze.
