As week 8 started, buds are gaining size. Plant is drinking lots of water. About. 3/4 a gallon a day to day 1/2. Added a second light to setup now. Hoping to help the flowering buds with extra light. Relocated my fan to help circulate air flow around more of the taper colas. Should have a around 3 week a left til harvest. Can’t wait to see how this first grow turns out and what to learn from it overall at the end.

The buds on WW#1 are packing on weight, the heartiness of these plants amazes me, I feel it must be the great genetics from Dinafem and RQS because it’s certainly not my skills as a grower. I think I’m nute burning the buds a tiny tiny bit, I’m currently doing a 3:2:1 ratio of the florabloom series 2-3 times a day till run off. Going to slightly lower the amount of nutes and see where that leads me. The smell coming off the two strains is incrediblely distinct and delicious smelling, I find myself standing in front of the plants wafting the air towards me. My carbon filter seems to not be working very well, although I’m not really complaining as stealth isn’t an issue for me, I’d wear this as a cologne... lmao End of week comment: things are well. No major major issues. WW1 nugs are massive and sticky, extremely dense. Lower buds are super lose, probably due to the looming beer bottle nugs above them blocking light. No idea when to harvest though- if anyone has any advice I’d appreciate it. I literally cannot tell the difference between trichomes with my 40x loupe. They all seem clear to me. Maybe some cloudy ones.

The permanent markers are doing alright. They're still really short compared to the others, but they're finally starting to take off. I can kinda see them catching up soon. The new year is off to a frosty start! We've had snow falling for what feels like forever. My kids are loving it, of course. They're building forts, having snowball fights, and turning everything into a winter wonderland. It's been a lot of fun to watch them enjoy it. Week 12 for Lemon OG by SSSC I know she started off terribly but i think she maybe making a come back maybe?? Got her canopy as flat as i could she's looking good. 😎 She's got a lot of catching up to compared to her sisters but she might be wroth keeping in the garden anyway. She's been getting sprayed down with water every evening and she's got no pest issues.

The plants have reached a stage where they have enough foliage and growth on them to begin training and defoliation. I cut most of the side growth and major fan leaves off. Using safety pins and twine, I started their LST.

At the and of the week all lST supporting thenfs were removed: canopy is formed and all the stems are hardened. The progress is very slow, but I like how the plant looks, it seems to be healthy and has more flowering points than I've seen on any autos I grew before. I also adjusted the fertilizers ratios to get more optimal for flowering stage and added pH-down to improve the solution assimilation.
