Hi Guys Let's continue now with the vegetation week three and one thing is for sure there are still some... 👉 Lighting The Lumatek was increased from 80 watts to 120 watts on vegitation day 20. This corresponds to dimming from 40% to 60%. This corresponds approximately to a PPFD of 400. 👉 Pot size On day 19 of the vegetation phase, the size was changed from a 1.5 liter to a 3.5 liter pot. This was done due to slight deficiency symptoms in the lower part of the plants and due to their size. 👉 Climate Has remained the same. Grow Report: -------------- The plants also grew well during the week and still look healthy and happy. Once again, the genetics coped well with the stress of transplanting and got used to the new pot very quickly. Unfortunately, the plants were a little too dry before transplanting, but they also coped well with this. This week they were also watered with fertilizer for the first time, 2ml BioBizz Fishmix per liter of water. The plants are watered as soon as they are close to being dry. The plants are watered with a total of approx. 400 ml in two stages of 200 ml each. I wait approximately 5-10 minutes between watering. Have fun growing, HiSpycy 💜

Eight weeks of flowering I raised the PH to 6.3 and the plants that showed phosphorus deficiency no longer presented the problem, the absorption must have improved since the fertilization was the same. But as not everything is wonderful in this life in the last week here in the city where I live we had a great cold front 10º C. Inside the grow the temperature varied at least 13.5ºC during the night and light off and 20º during the day with the light on, the cold always stops growth but the formation of buds is going well apparently. Definitely plant # B3 is either photoperiod or locked, it has white pistils on the stem indicating pre-flowering but even before entering the flowering period I don't know what to do lol.

She is getting so dense and very sticky freaking covered in trichomes

Starting 7 seeds, only six made it to the solo cups. ETHOS genetics seeds are ; Planet of the Grapes 55ind/45sat, Cotton Candy Grapes 70/30, Grape Diamonds 50/50, Apex Kush 90/10, and Skunk Hero x Afghgan Kush 100/0 ; DNA Genetics seed, Cataract Kush 99/1 Ind. dom.

OVERALL: ~ Very happy with the grow, I really dialled everything in well this run. ~ She grew super fast, I put it down to the constant oxygenation of the rootzone along with consistent and constantly optimized light DLI and leaf to air temp variance. The extra Co2 helped push the plant to its limit in terms of heat, allowing it to push its hardest. ~ The lack of HST and Defoliation I feel let it finish faster due to lack of stress and stunting. The faster finishing time along with the big yield and efficient MarsHydro light, it hugely reduced my electricity costs per gram and freed up space much sooner for the next plant. ~ Turned into a very dense bush of buds, there is even smokable dense buds at the base of the plant due to the under canopy lighting (Not as dense as top canopy buds but still decent) ~ Ran a thin line between stressing the plant and letting it flourish. The buds came out big and very dense, also it's hard to see on camera but they're very frosty too (Prob from UVB) YIELD: ~ 145g (dry) in just 9 weeks from seed. ~ 753g (Wet) ~ 0.91g/watt GENETICS: ~ MSNL - Gorilla Glue Auto ~ my favorite strain, as you can tell by my username! STRAIN REVIEW: ~ Heavy hitter, like an indica but has some of that "feel it in your face" sensation of a strong sativa. Not as heavy or as strong as other GG#4's I have smoked, which would make me question the genetics used to produce the auto version. I will wait till after a cure and judge it again. TRAINING: ~ No defoliation or HST (Bar last week for pics) ~ A little LST and leaf tucking but largely just left the plant alone to do its thing. I felt chopping healthy parts off the plant would slow the plant down and leave it with less chlorophyll to photosynthesize the light. ~ I did prune by lightly plucking dead leaves away, when the plant was ready to let them go easily. DRYING ~ 20/21'C 50% RH with air circulation. ~ Homemade Drybox made using: 2 x Bankers Boxes ~ 2 x USB Desk Fans ~ 1 x Carbon Filter ~ 6 x Clothes Hangers UPDATE: Day 5 after Harvest: ~ Fast dried some small batches, as we couldn't wait to sample. ~ Chopped off branches as some are down to 12% moisture whilst bigger buds are up at 18%. Moving to paper bag for couple of days to even moisture out then transferring to jars CURING: ~Curing in jars 3/4 full. ~ Dark closet/18'C/50% RH ~ Jars burped once Hygro passes 65% and sealed when it drops to 58%. ~ Stabilised it at 62% and after 2 weeks I'll drop it some more and stabilise it at 58% to bring out more of the flavour. ~Sitting in jars with Boveda 62% at this stage. ~ Already tastes and feels great. so far so good, keeping up with the hydrogen peroxide water, mould on the surface of the soil is non existent now :) Lowered its concentration down a bit, was free eyeing it in the jug before guessing it was about 10ml @3% per Litre, put it down to about 5ml @3% per Litre. Reason was I noticed some unique burning on the leafs of one plant then started to see it on a second, figured it was a direct result of to much peroxide as it only started a few days after its first introduction. The burning seemed to look like what happens when water droplets magnify the suns rays on a leaf during a hot summer day, brown and dry crinkly spots, mainly on the top fan baby leaves. thought it could be the LED's but i have had plants growing 1" away from them and they don't burn like that. Funny thing happened as well where one plant lost some of its purpleness and another plant pick more purpleness up. Two of them are still green from day one, no sign of it turning anytime soon. green ones are in the back of the case, purpler ones in the front. Also decided to give it one more blast of Gaia Power Bloom, made a mistake on the first time I added this one, was only 30ml added per plant not 60ml, will go back and correct that now in the diary, wanted to match the 4-4-4 Gaia All Purpose input to the 2-8-4 Gaia Power Bloom. Had a fan malfunction, it use to keeping the tent as a steady 25c (77f), but when it broke temps went up to 35c (95f). I gave it a good hit and it started back up again. May die again before the grow is finished, not to worried about the increased temps if its only for part of a day. worst thing is it fully breaks and I prop the door open a bit. I feel autos do not like super hot or it can cause them to hermie or just stunt if its longer term. I think they do better in colder summer days in the 23c (73f) - 25c (77f) range, maybe a 28c (82f). but this may be more plant specific and have relation to its genetics. and with its higher temps I had to increase the watering for the day. got 50% more per plant per day. The smell is there but not over powering, I notice it after spending anytime out side of the apartment, but does not leak into the surrounding units or common areas. Had a plant from Royal Queen Seeds before "Fast Eddy" and it made my entire deck reek of skunky weed. It was only one little auto outside, would hate that inside. over all waiting for the buds to come into themselves more and get big, fat and sticky. Hoping this setup allows for that. Only time will tell or someone who really knows what they talking about could probably tell me right now lol :)

My strawberry pies are getting cut down on day 82, they all have some huge thick, dense buds and smell like strawberry cheese cake! By far my favorite strain to date I have grown can’t wait to give a smoke report! Thanks for following & happy growing friends!

Day 21 - as of today, the Alaskan Diesel(@seedsman) is showing her girl parts. The Face Fat(@atlasseed) did the same yesterday. Which means......I got 5 girls, as I suspected I would. But it still blows my mind🤯. I love when they do that😍😁. Thanks to @fast_buds, @atlasseed and @seedsman🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

SOOOOO sorry guys!! I’ve been slacking on this diary ive been doing so much work on the new grow room and been pretty busy with this beautiful harvest I just chopped 😍 Buttt The WET BETTIES have been doing amazing you can totally tell the difference in the pheno’s 2 of the girls are growing super tall and lengthy while the other 4 are staying short and bushy! About 2 and a half weeks ago I topped them and kept doing so until I had about 16 top sights I’ve been letting them grow after that so those tops can turn to colas ! This is the last week or so of Veg for these girls before turning to flower and getting to see those beautiful buds from this exotic strain! I’ll be moving them into 5 gallon fabric pots this weekend so they have all the room they need to stretch out their little roots. I’m super excited and can’t wait to show you guys the next batch of seeds we’re growing!! #GarciasGarden @exoticgenetix P.S. I know you guys see some of the leaves on one of the phenos are light around the edges and dark in the middle .thankfully was able to fix the deficiency and get her healthy as a horse 🌹

Our journey with the Sticky Orange XXL Automatic strain from Sensi Seeds has come to an end, and it’s time to share the results! 🌱 This was an easy-to-grow strain with no major issues. However, out of three seeds, one didn’t sprout, and another one, although it sprouted, grew abnormally: in just two days, it stretched 10 cm with a thin stem that broke. But our main girl grew from the start with a thick stem and sturdy branches. After 76 days, we harvested 110 grams. 💪 This strain pleasantly surprised us with its strength and unique flavors. The aroma is unforgettable, and the effect is absolutely explosive – it literally pins you to the couch. It feels like you’ve been shot out of a cannon and are flying into space! 🌌 The effect is strong and long-lasting. Not a fan , small buds , vigorous growth low yield , plant weighed 2kgs , yielded 103 g .

10/13/2024 Reduced light to 85%, which has dropped tent temperatures a few degrees. Daytime air temp high is around 82 again with leaf/bud temperatures around 78. Seasonal changes have dropped outdoor temperatures and therefore indoor temperatures as well. Night temperatures are getting down around 69F. Lung room humidity is bouncing between 45-50%. The plant is looking strong with some definite signs of fade setting in around the canopy. Trichome development is great, a lot of white showing up and starting to look frosty! For the last few days I have not pruned many leaves to allow the plant to pull nutrients if needed. Mainly because I still have not done a full water change in the system. I have continued to water with a reduced strength nutrient solution with the same ratio to maintain the 600 - 650 PPM window. 10/18/2024 It has been a pretty stress-free week. Humidity has dropped a bit lower than I would like so I have had to use the humidifier to keep VPD in check with daytime temperatures in the low 80s. I have spotted a few seeds developing around the plant (maybe a handful). From what I can tell it does not look pollinated and I cannot see any nanners. Either pollen from the second plant was mature enough and stuck around after culling, it pollinated itself, or parthenogenesis is at play here. Regardless, going to finish the plant as planned. Trichomes are about 95% white at this point, by inspection with 30x loupe. 10/19/2024 Started the water change to reduce reservoir PPM to about 450 by pumping some off and replacing the water with pH-adjusted water. About 5 gallons cycled. Reduced lights to 80%. The fade is really taking hold and looking quite nice. Plant is still very healthy and the smells are amazing! Trichomes are about 98% white by 30x loupe.

Girls looking very healthy and happy. Due to my short trip had to leave my 🍌💜👊 girls unsupervised for 3 days. Was stunned when opened my cabinet on the Dec 5th. Athena stretched like crazy. Good 3 inches. She better slow down as not much roof space left for her. May tie some taller branches to netting if necessary. Introducing blooming nutes for the first time this week on December 6th at smaller dosage and on the second watering as listed. Week 8 Dec 4 - Dec 10 Dec 5 Leaves tucking Dec 6 Heavier selective defoliation on both girls. Athena fully lolipopped and Xena at 75%. Watered with 8 ltr beetwen both with perfect runoofs PH 6.4. Girls were very thirsty 🤤 Dec 7-8 Just enjoying how my girls developing. Frost has landed and they are start showing colours. All is looking great. Dec 9 Second watering for this week 7 ltr beetwen both. Runoffs PH 6.4 Even with so much difrence in size of my 🍌💜👊 girls it seems that they are drinking my juice almost equally. Dec 10 Applied selective defoliation and tied 3 tallest branches of Athena to netting to avoid any potential burns on these beautiful baby colas. It's the end of the week!
