Day 106. Joe is well behind, trimmed her a bit, catching up, but only 8 days left till harvest, will be week or so too early for normal time i guess... smells of rubbed leaves reminds very specific strain, cant recall yet ... very sticky already, bottoms miss light and penetration a lot ! But bulks ;) i see signs of fade starting too. Watered today, one more left. No work needed, just waiting ;) Mars TSL2000 is a bit too far in my mind, but stil gives enough power for Joe to have nicely stacked bottom parts. Good light , no doubts ! Happy Growing !!!

What a journey. Chopped on day 152 from seed. (21.7 weeks) Spent 12 days drying and produced 50.2 grams (1.79 ounces) of buds *Not counting larfy buds Time for curing now.

Week 8 - Oct 26 to Nov 2nd Alright so upon reflection in Week 8 of my Chem-Bomb Auto diary it was not the best week but nothing disastrous 🙌 Random November heatwave got the apartment room up to near summer temperatures but the airflow was fine with an open tent + second fan. Crisped the tips a bit with the heat and upping the nutes. This advanced nutes stuff is very salty for a soil grow and even the small amounts reported above, split between the 4 plants, still end up getting to the fan leaves. Using Molasses and plain water feeds between nute feeds this stuff is still very touchy. The Chocolate Mint OG Autos are bigger overall plants with more stretch in the last week. A lot more bud sites but overall the buds are still smaller so hopefully it finishes strong and really plumps over the next few weeks. More in Week 9! Thanks for checking in! Week 6 went pretty well, +30 during the day, +23 at night, a few yellowed leaves, next time I water her I will give her Espom salt so that she absorbs more magnesium, despite the high heat everything else looks good :) good luck to everyone.

Still working on my canopy. I did some defoliation in order to encourage growth at the bud sites and improve circulation. I have 3-4 weeks until her sister is mature enough to flower. I took a gamble and germinated another seed two weeks ago because the one I originally planted with her turned out to be male. I hope it will be mature enough to produce a decent yield. Even though it will only have been growing for 4 weeks. By that time I expect most of the bud sites on the older plant to have grown through the trellis, and I should have a nice even canopy. The second plant will just be grown as is with very little training. I don't want to slow its growth at all.

This week, we feed mycorrhizal fungi to the plants and it gets the excellent results. The plants grow extraodinarily.

I apologize for the few photos but unfortunately they really filled the box and I find it difficult. overall I have to say they look in perfect shape! So happy my gorilla glue have started showing their first signs of floweringlast night. One in the front is filmed ( non intentionally ) The back one was toped once. They are flourishing in their growtechgarden self wicking pots.

What a beautiful strain Orange Hill Special is, nice and bushy, great internodal spacing, sturdy and healthy. Happier and happier with how this grow is going. The less beautiful parts on top are my doing, my blind as a bat FIM destroyed half the top of the plant. More patience next time... The super soil is still performing great and I´m pushing up the dimmer to get the ladies used to more light, very carefully because leaves are folding every time. Some of you might be happy to find my European recipe/shopping list for super soil. I tried to make it with widely offered products throughout Europe. Feel free to use it and elaborate on it. If one product is not available in your country, please check the brands at the bottom, which might be available in your country, and substitute. The only thing one could add to the recipe (which I did but forgot in the shopping list) is some Epsom salt. Fed them again with my permaculture tea, all seem to flourish and smells are starting to come from the plant, with that same distinct dankiness I had in earlier grows with this tea. See the germination page and other diaries for more info on my Perma tea. Now they were big enough, some might even say too big, to start the real training. I always love to give them a little bend the week before, to get used to the idea. With some sterilized bamboo sticks I pushed the plants down to expose their sexy undersides.
