DWC stripped to the wood no suckers only AAAA quality buds I’m looking for especially if she’s a leafier bud. It’ll be a challenge keeping her in Veg any longer but still looking at minimum two week before she sees the flower tent. Week 7 Flower, frosty, smells great, she really puts on the weight late flower so it’ll be interesting to see where she stops.

I know that it may seem like a lot of nutrients at first. It’s not. A lot of those mycorrhizae ingredients are mixed into my soil well before the germinated seed goes into the pot. I make my own mix of soil using some of those ingredients. I like to use the great white mykos because of its powders consistency. Makes it easy for a clean transport from germinated bean to its forever home. For watering, they have been given only plain RO water with a neutral ph. Just yesterday I gave them a little tiny mix of Medusa’s magic, Zeus juice, and Gaia mania. I have used Oregon’s only brand products for a while now and I absolutely love them and better yet, I understand them. They have responded super well already to their first drink of bottled nutes with a ph of 6.3 . I’m keeping a RH between 50 and 60%. I’m also keeping a temp during the day at around 78-81°f. Right now I’m not worried about a night time temp but I do run cooler lights for about 4 hrs every day, dropping to around 70-75°f. Eventually I will add my second light boosting me from 600w too 1200w. Also they will begin a 20-4 hr light cycle. I find these autos do amazing with a little rest for 4 hrs. Allows me to pull more resin and color in later stages of life by dropping the temp lower than usual with the lights off. Alright I've updated this postmortem and cure just to give an idea of what I was up to during the dry and cure weeks. This grow was a ton of work and I'm very please with the results. I learned a ton about soil and environment control and really feel like I'm gaining confidence and coming into my own as a cultivator. I've been playing a lot with ice water hash and rosin and have set some neat goals for the future like hunting ice water hash cultivars, going perpetual and expanding the amount of canopy I can work with by building a network of remote-operated satellite flower tents in friends' and family's abodes . I'm not sure I'll go through all this effort of documentation here again, but please follow along on my instagram, stay in touch and chill out with me sometime @Fullmeltalchemist.00 All in all, I was running 1000w of quantum board across three tents and pulled just over 1100 grams, which was a big goal of mine. Start of week 3, the three survivors are doing great! I did happen to find some algae growing on top of one of the rockwool cubes. (This was my fault for not fully covering the tops of them with hydroton to block out light.) As an attempted fix, I cut some square pieces of black cloth that I laid of the top of the cubes to block out the light completely. Hoping removing their light source, the algae will die off and discourage any further growth. If it gets any worse I’ll try using a hydrogen peroxide solution. Day 17, the three ladies are looking nice. Starting to see some nice healthy roots populate inside the buckets. I went ahead and upped their nutrients today. We will see how they are doing in the morning. -FloraFlex - 1.5g/gal of each V1 and V2. -Advanced Nutrients - 1/2 strength MGB and hobbyist additives. **Algae update: seems like using the black cloth to block out all the light has killed off that algae growth and I don’t see anymore so it’s working!** Day 18, I thought one of my plants had root rot. Which was weird for it to happen that fast in less than 24 hours since changing the res. Come to find out it’s just nutrient stain from the Advanced Nutrients, so thank god. #1 and #2 which are growing with FloraFlex got FIMmed today. I’ve topped plants before but never FIM. Not sure if I did it right, but that’s the fun in all this, is experimenting to see what works. Day 20, #1 and #2 are responding well after being FIMmed couple days ago. I decided to FIM #3 as well. I also decided to leave the 4th one out of this diary from here on out since she’s behind. We will stick with the original three that survived from the start. So far I’m really loving their bushy appearance and thick leaves. Their roots are coming out super nice as well! Pretty soon these babies are going to just take off!

Week 1 Day 1 - 8/12/2023 1st Water change Day! Such a special time it is when you remove the little bit of Nutes that you gave them as an appetizer and you give them their first real meal. Added 39 Gallons of Water to my system SILICA= .5mil/Gal = 19.5 = 20mil Root Drip = 1mil/Gal = 39mil Cal Mag= .25mil/Gal = 9.75 = 10mil FLoraMicro= 3.0mil/Gal = 114mil FloraGro = 2.0mil/Gal = 78mil FloraBloom = 2.0mil/Gal =78mil ORCA= .5mil/Gal = 19.5 = 20mil Week 1 Day 2 - 8/13/2023 Everything is looking good the roots are making thier way to the water and the new grow is looking nice and green. Week 1 Day 3- 8/14/2023 Everything is right on track, they are looking beautiful and in the praying postition all leaves happily lifting towards the light. Week 1 Day 4- 8/15/2023 Looking beautiful today and looked like she could use her first haircut.. gave her a TOP off. Roots are laying in the water everything is looking right on track.. Week 1 Day 5- 8/16/2023 walked in and the humidity was under 60.... ohh noooooo.. So I added 2 humidifiers to the tent and attached them to my InkBird controller which is set to 62. She had roots nicely in the water.. this grow is on!!! Week 1 Day 6- 8/17/2023 Humidity was a little low this morning, so I refilled the humidifiers. Other than that, the temp looks great, the PH looks great, the PPM looks good the plant is in the praying position and all damage from the little drowning seems to have been fixed. Happy Happy. Week 1 Day 7- 8/18/2023 Yay.. week 1 in the books, roots in the water growth has started first hair cut given and both side nodes are growing. Everything is looking good and on track.. A lot better than week one of the last grow when I had them drowning week 1. Really excited on how this grow is going to come out.

12-13 Friday the 13th before Christmas. Kinda neat. Well lets see how I set up this ride. Watered around 2.5 l. Weird, to full saturate my pot, without run off AND to feel the bottom of the pot wet-ish. Anyways. 5ml cal/mag, 1 ml drops of balance, 3/8 tsp-ish recharge and 1 ounce EM1. Hopefully coasting and watching them swell. Scc still getting taller. Sheesh 12-15 Big plain water, I strike again 😂 Saw some yellow tips, at first I figured hungry, makes sense, top dress due. Let check the run off and see where we stand. NOPE, slight burn. GD!! Ppm 1580 ph 6.6. so now they both around 900 ppm. Bulk time. Coulda waited a week and then top dress. Maybe next time I can think and check my run off before I top dress. Even if youre not supposed to in organic. Ok rambling. 😁😂🤘 .

A microbe product, PH going into the medium is around 6.5-6.8 and coming out is between 5.5-5.8, so something is acidifying it up. Also noticed the runoff last week was a bit higher at times. So lowered the feed down quite a bit, going in at 1.4EC vs 1.8 will bump it up to 1.5 and 1.6 in the next few weeks. I also added in a bit of a PK booster. nothing to crazy only 60ppm worth on a total allowance of 700PPM Lights now running at 100% with V1 spectrum, decided to go with 100% now vs after stretch, will see how it works out. this is a very easy one to grow with an enormous bag appeal true her all cycle, a must in any garden, her trichomes production is out of these world, as are them grams on them fruits, a true must for us all to grow

Flowering day 77 since time switch to 12/12 h. Hey guys :-) Finally the time has come . The lady was harvested and hung upside down in the dry tent 😍. Before that, she stood in the drying tent in complete darkness for 2 days and the large leaves were removed. The small leaves stay attached during the drying process so that they protect the buds and allow them to dry more slowly and evenly :-) . In the dry tent, the temperature is 18-19.5 degrees and the humidity is 54-58% 👍. In this environment they are now allowed to hang for 10-14 days before they are fine-tuned and trimmed clean by hand. then after trimming they come to ferment for 6-12 weeks in dark jars with bobeda packs 62% to keep the perfect humidity. After a few weeks, the Boveda packs 58% are used so that they can slowly dry out :-) . Of course there is one last update after trimming. Until then, I wish you a lot of fun with the update.
