Got some phat girls up in here! Everyone is looking pretty good. A few of the plants are starting to ripen up while some others have at least a few weeks to go. Just filling the reservoir and letting them drink it. These girls show that simplicity isn't always a bad thing. I pulled the slurricane 7 from the system and started flushing it with plain tap water. It got a heavy 10 gallon flush today and I will give it 5 gallons a day for about a week. Just going to keep pumping the juice to the rest of them.

Well I decided I had to pull the plug on this girl with all the weird weather we've been having. I've been pulling yellowing fan leaves off her for a couple weeks now and with our 2nd heat wave and all the smoke & ash thrown in for bad measure... it's been truly weird. Yesterday was a day for the record books around here - it was so dark I could tell my pets were spooked. Even they knew it wasn't supposed to be this dark in daytime. Probably how animals react to things like a solar eclipse. If they haven't got somebody nearby to reassure them of some sense of normal - the alarm bells start going off. I hadn't really gotten the impression this girl was all that fragrant during the flowering process UNTIL I was washing all that ash off her this morning - then I was like - WOW this stiff is pretty intense in the nose. One thing I'm pretty sure of is that the sun ain't coming out for a couple more days the ways the smoke be flowing around here. We'll see. Two more plants on the patio but they aren't far behind. September 13 >> Debudded the Widow late this afternoon to make space in my shed to harvest Jack Herer in the morning. She was still a little moist as I harvested her 3 days ago - but it hasn't been that hot. The smoke is still hiding the sun and the atmosphere is labeled "unhealthy". Hung her up in my front bedroom to finish the drying process. I should note the passing of reggae giant (many say inventor) Toots Hibbert, of Toots and the Maytals last Friday. I went looking for some pics of the last show I saw him at and coincidentally it turned out to be one year ago today, September 13, 2019 at the Independant in San Francisco. I was lucky to have seem him a few times. So I uploaded about 30 seconds worth of Pressure Drop from that show. RIP Buddy. 😪 ====================================================== September 21 >> Finished hand trimming the Widow yesterday while mostly listening to the last round of the US Open. In September... while they're playing Stanley Cup playoffs too. Very weird time.... both these things normally happen in June every year. The buds weighed in at basically 8 ounces (227 grams). The trim came in at 325 grams - and in this case I use the Trimbag - although I don't think she was really dry enough to get proper function outa the bag. I still spent over 6 hours hand trimming the remainder AFTER the Trimbag in this case. It wasn't really a problem because I had like 10 hours of US Open coverage for 4 days to burn thru. In the process of turning all that trim into hash at the moment... because I'm all configured to go at the moment after making Wonder Pie hash last week. I'll stick it in the garage to dry for a few days and add the weights later. One thing I've noticed that's probably pandemic-related is 90% isopropyl alcohol has become very hard to find (haven't had to look for like 6 months because I had a couple bottles that lasted). I've used it to clean my glass bong/dab rigs for years. 70% is there - but even that now it's like you have to ask for it. Hey all On the 4th week, they are starting to show signs of flowering, next week will go full on bloom nut. Didn't increase ppm this week because some yellow spots appeared on a few leafes and didn't want to risk overfert. Thay are still adapting good to my low skill training 😂 Also added some wannabe artistic pictures, just because I love to spend time just watching them 😍

One smells like Grapefruit...never had that before and the other more like anise. Maybe this will change in the next weeks, but it's interesting. Every HSC strain I tried was blowing my mind

The pistils are turning brown and I’m checking the trics daily. Flushing comes soon. Lowered the DLI to 38, maybe I will go even lower this week to keep the terps and to avoid foxtailing.

We had problems with nutrients but that was controlled with the adjustment of ph the growth is going well we are in the sixth week.

Wie mein Ablauf in dieser Woche genau aussah, habe ich hier für uns Dokumentiert. Ich wünsche dir viel Spaß & Happy Growing 🌱🤗: _______________________________________________________________ Ich starte den Keimprozess mit der Wasserglas Methode. Dafür nutze ich die Cannakan mit 50ml Wasserstoffperoxid 3% Lösung und 150ml Leitungswasse. Im Verhältnis 1:3 Nach den ersten 12 Stunden habe ich die Samen untergetaucht und nach insgesamt 36 Stunden ist er schön gekeimt und für die nächste Phase bereit. (Siehe Fotos👆)

So liebe Community 💚🍀 heute war es an der Zeit die Sunset zu ernten. Die Pink Sunset von Silent Seeds feat. Sherbinskys ist ein echtes brachiales Prachtstück! Sie ist von den Konditionen des Klimas zwar nicht sonderlich Anspruchsvoll. Dafür legt Sie einen immensen Stretch hin und Mann muss sie ordentlich bändigen. Die Blütedauer liegt bei ca. 9 - 10 Wochen, was sich aber definitiv Lohnt. Dies war mein zweiter Anbau der Pink Sunset und es hat sich definitiv erneut gelohnt. Ihr Aroma ist zwar etwas eigenartig, dumpf und nicht richtig in eine Richtung zu beschreiben, dennoch sieht sie einfach wunderschön aus. Sie hat eine sehr gemischte Blütenstruktur: Die Buds sind richtig dick und kompakt, ziehen sich dann aber doch ein wenig in die länge und es ist ein leichtes Foxtailing erkennbar. Sie wirkt definitiv richtung Ende ihrer Wachstumsphase definitiv wie ein sehr dominanter Sativa Typ. Stay Tuned!💚

📆 Semana 7: El cultivo avanza con claridad en el engorde final. Los cogollos continúan hinchando y compactando, con cálices apilándose con más presión y las puntas ganando densidad real. La resina sigue intensificándose, cubriendo por completo flores y hojas cercanas, mientras los tricomas comienzan a evolucionar hacia tonos lechosos. La absorción se mantiene estable y el metabolismo sigue limpio, permitiendo que la planta concentre su energía en peso, potencia y maduración. El aroma gana profundidad y presencia, señal de que la fase final del desarrollo floral ya está en marcha. Seguimos creciendo fuerte 💪!

Grow diary 11 stage 6 Day 51-60 This last 9 days she has continued to pop out the pistils. She is a little taller then I expected after the earlier topping. I got high hopes for this one. Development wise this one is also where I would expect her to be.

The colors this week are almost overwhelming! I am particularly excited as last time I ran her she wasnt nearly as colorful. The scent is also really starting to get up there & is noticable even with carbon filter. Shes starting to have a few pistols wither so she cant have long left. Check back next week to see just how fast she buds & remember its 4:20 somewhere!!

The girls bounced back very nicely from their topping! They are growing out, rather than up and are on their way to filling out my tent. I will be transplanting these ladies next week, probably to a 4 gallon tall pot. I am thinking I want to flower sooner rather than waiting the typical 8 weeks of Veg that I usually do…
