I'll set up cultimate S with first nutritive solution a few days too. 2025/03/27 : TC popped out! 2025/03/28 : As tap root is out of easy-plug, I'll give easy-pyramid mini a try (1.2L). I watered it with Terra Aquatica "first roots" schedule and will let it enroot under SF300. I finished Cultimate S setup and figured I need more expanded clay so, back in 5.5 pHed water... While we’re a week or so away from harvest, the plants are responding beautifully, showcasing stunning fades that highlight their unique genetics. This fading process is a critical part of the journey, helping the plants naturally finish their cycle while preserving those complex terpene profiles we all love. The Mold Incident: A Teachable Moment This week brought a challenge—a few buds succumbed to bud rot (Botrytis), particularly on the Papaya Zoap and a single bud from the Gorilla Melon. While disheartening, it’s a reminder that mold can occur even in the most well-maintained gardens, especially with dense colas and a full canopy. After a thorough inspection, all affected buds were removed and discarded to prevent the spread. A quick note to all growers: defoliation plays a massive role in airflow and prevention of such issues. This is why mid-flower defoliation is a game-changer, and I’m grateful it kept the rest of the garden healthy! Papaya Zoap’s Unique Quirks The Papaya Zoap continues to be a star of the show with its frosty buds and… albino tips! These tiny white tips are likely from being too close to the lights. While it’s a cosmetic detail that doesn’t affect quality, it’s a fascinating display of how genetics and environment interact. A Frost-Filled Wonderland The room is absolutely glistening with frost. Its day 61 currently, i’ve given her the last feed and will start the flush now, even though she’s discarded most of her leaves already and is using up the remaining nutrients in the remaining leaves on her own. Most of the pisitls have started turning orangey-brown so harvest is right around the corner, and i dont have a loupe for looking at trichomes but i’ll be taking macro pictures using my phone’s camera and will harvest as soon as i start seeing a few turning amber. There isn’t enough detail in the pics to know if the trichomes are transparent or milky, but its easier to see the amber ones, so thats how i’ll proceed. Hello guys and welcome to week 9! Today my dehumidifier broke so I have to keep the tend open during the day. But for now everything is going smothely. The EC is pretty high at roughly 2.4. I will bring it down to 1.3 until the end of the week. I‘m ipressed how big the buds are getting even tho they aren‘t maturing yet. But I’m not familiar with this strain so we’ll see whats going to halpen. I hope I don‘t get mold issues later on so I‘ll keep a close eye on the humidity. Now I'll show you how to do LST & Defolation on Autoflowering strain You should do all this in the third week of vegetation, after which 90% of the plants will continue to vegetate for another week (5 weeks instead of 4) and grow very large autoflowers
