Day 43. After many thoughts what have changed since week 4 or 5, i think i found whom to blame. The only variance both tent got - molasses. I bought new brand for me and it worked wrong. Later i found same companies canna version of molasses, but i still will avoid that company in my gardens. Gave both tent epsom salt with 6.2 phed water, next watering they got Ecothrive Biosys Instant Microbe Tea, again 6.2 ph. Was checking run of, ppm is lower than in, ph 6.2 in , 6.4 out, but my normal ph for watering is 6.5-6.6, so it kinda explains swing. Everything else is just fine ! Tallest Kush on two weeks water diet before chop. She will fall first. Day 45. Tallest Kush is having water from now, till New Years morning chop. Smallest Kush still packing, Middle Kush will be lanky, airy, but a lot of nuggy nugs ;))) Girls smells undescribetly well ;))) Will push other girls till end of week 9 at least ! Could not hold it, i want to try it out, something deep inside of me whispers, thats the highway to youth memories, do it, do it NOW !!!! ;)))))) 24 hours on heater, harsh taste, but i think it worth the sin. Bottom branche, underdeveloped, too early, but smells like you are ready to kill for it ;))) Real Killer Kush !!! ;)))) Day 47. Waste of weed is impatience ;))) but ... first time i will chop girls in breeders recommended time after first ever attempt to grow, when following recommendations brought me to early harvest and far from best result. Look at Tallest Kush - she is ready , hope she will bulk up a bit in last week, but smell and trics coverage - really nice !!! Happy Growing !!!

Hi growmies, The only plant that kind of almost strived during the heat we experienced while I was traveling. She keeps on developing an amazing root system and finally started to stretch since I flipped her a week ago.I have tide her down quite a bit and have remove a lot of the inner foliage, as well the unpromising shoots in the lower canopy. As of now, I am counting around twenty promising looking colas, which should fill the tent nicely. Depending on her continuing stretch I might ScrOG her, but hope that won’t be necessary at her current size.

Week 2 Think there's still signs of overwatering from solo cups being dodgy, the leaves were turning abit yellow I have transplanted into 5 gallon now and they should be getting air, will let it dry out for a few days before watering again. Should see leaf colour healing now

I brought a microscope with me to check the trichomes. On the LSD plants, they have already turned cloudy, and surprisingly, some even have a significant amount of amber.

Update14/09/20 - Most of the girls afe growing nicely. 1 of the blueberry's is challenged (Pictured left). From sprouting there were a few mutations to early leaves. 1 leaf began to twirl as though re-vegging, branches were very short and growth very slow. All other plants growing nicely. Ph 6.0 Humidity 50% Co2 Water temp 22c Day temp 24c Night 18c. With the Blueberry, I decded to top at the 4th node. Branches were small or really almost non-existent. I also gave it the 'Kyle Kushman' Chiropractic proceedure, by firmly squeezing the branches (similar to super cropping although no bending just popping inside of branches, as branches are way to small to properly Kyle Kushman so I tried it this way) to hopefully form knuckles and push energy up into the lower branches, and together with the topping will hopefully prove a great idea and really bush out the bottom branches and strength the over all plant. I am aware that this may push the plant into flower, although going by my previous grow (2nd Grow diary) my Auto Blueberry has been slowed in growth by 2 weeks by topping and lollipopping in mid veg, so either way it's OK which way it goes "Flower or slowed growth. As long as the plant can have an opportunity to grow at it's full potential. I know this type will give the plant the right direction to place its energy to grow properly. (The plant needs help) 14/09/20 - Defoliated and light LST bending branches out lightly. 16/09/20 - White widows, Blueberry OG & Brooklyn Sunrise have begun to show signs of sex, exactly 5 weeks + 3 days (Day 38) from Seed for the Glueberry, 1 x White Widow & Brooklyn Sunrise. 2 x Blueberry & 1 x White Widow is exactly 1 week behind 4 weeks & 3 days (Day 31) Continued with LST with bending only for training. Blueberry that was topped is progressing nicely although still very stunted. I'm OK with that as all others are growing nicely. * The structure of nodes etc on White Widow, Glueberry, Brooklyn Sunrise & the Blueberry left untouched is awesome! Works well for LST. We have had another very hot week. All my girls are suffering and display some ugly looking leaves. But so far the buds are doing well. Both plants look good but I prefer the sturcture of the mainlined plant. It gets cleaner and longer colas,

All I can smell is Garlic and onions when I enter the vicinity of these plants…. After a few weeks fighting a systemic infection in the hydro system and res the plants have stabilized and are PUNGENT… loudly pungent!!!

D-70 : At this stage, I'm a bit.... surprised that the Desfrans are not taller thant they are. The smallest one is 35cm wich is really small for a 100% sativa strain. The tallest one is about 56cm, wich is also quiet small I think. If I compare with some other diaries, the tallest one could be in the target if we take into account that I trained them a lot during their first weeks. But the small one is almost the half she should be... There's no sign of deficency, none ! I have 420w @ 50 cm from the top, so it's not because of the light. The container is a 20L smartpot. I simply do not understand. Is it juste because of that phenotype ? Will she grow during the next 7-9 weeks untill she'll recover her late ? I Modified a bit the position of the light so the Lumatek 100w FullSpectrum on the side of the box is really pointed to the "slow" girls. We'll see if it change anything but I really doubt about it... The only lead I have is : Desfran loves HEAT and Light. The 2 smallest are on the coldest side of the box, even if it's not cold at all. But it is the side near the window...

Our White Widow is moving past simple hairs, now we can clearly see the beginnings of tiny buds forming. It’s the second big flower stage in her journey, and the structure is starting to express the true White Widow personality: compact, resinous, and promising. I took her out of the tent for another photoshoot, capturing her in detail with the Sony A6000. Close-ups show her leaves, structure, and those first clustered flowers. I also filmed short videos, including one where I share how I talk with my plants daily. For me, it’s not optional — it’s part of a symbiotic relationship. Plants respond to energy and care, and I believe everyone should try it. 🌱💭 ⸻ Light Strategy – Emerson Effect Simulation A special note this week: I recorded a screen video from the TrolMaster TM+ app to show how the lights are scheduled. 🌅 Wake-up: The reds switch on 15 minutes before the whites and blues. 🌇 Wind-down: At night, the reds also stay on 15 minutes longer than the other spectrums. This is designed to simulate sunrise and sunset while taking advantage of the Emerson Effect, a synergistic boost in photosynthesis efficiency when far-red and red light are combined with other wavelengths. The result? Plants wake up and settle down more naturally, with smoother light transitions, reduced stress, and potentially increased energy capture. It’s a small tweak, but it reflects how every detail of this environment is tuned with intention. ⸻ Environmental Changes This week, a big addition: the AC unit. Before, the room was running hot at 31–32°C and more, but now it’s stable at 28°C (occasionally 29°C). Combined with ~66% RH, this gives a steady VPD of 1.33, right in a comfortable zone for flower. CO₂ naturally fluctuates between 450–800 ppm, and the plants are thriving in these conditions. Even during the hotter weeks, they adapted beautifully, proof of the resilience of both the genetics and the environment we’ve been building. ⸻ Feeding & New Recipe Until now, she’s been on the Aptus base recipe: • Regulator – 0.15 ml/L • CalMag Boost – 0.25 ml/L This week, I introduced a Plagron trio to push flower development: • Power Buds – 1 ml/L • Sugar Royal – 1 ml/L • Green Sensation – 1 ml/L Why now? Because she’s transitioned from stretch to actual bud formation. Power Buds helps with compact flowering sites, Sugar Royal enhances metabolism and energy (especially under high light), and Green Sensation supports resin and bud swelling later on. Together with Aptus, it’s a blend of precision and experimentation, trusting experience, intuition, and past results. ⸻ 12/12 From Seed – A Quick Recap This run is about exploration: • Started from seeds, with early germination struggles (mistakes included, lessons learned). • This White Widow is the sole survivor of those early days. • Straight into 12/12 from seed, she grew compact and resilient, surprising us by taking her time to flower despite the cycle. • Now, at Week 6, we see her first true buds. GHS gave root first both varieties, CG waited 3 days and decided to add a second seed, after 24 hours both gave root :) Solucion - local Argentinian manufacturer. Coconut substrate - Plagron. Water : 110 ppm + 0.5 (HV+HM+HM)=350 ppm. Wanted to twist the sprout with a Lemon Orange spiral because it stretched out, but broke it in half :( 26.06 - 2 Marshmallow and Milky Dreams. P.S. the biggest one is Milky Dreams. Puse las semillas en remojo en agua con peróxido de hidrógeno 10 gotas por 200 ml. GHS dio raíz primero ambas variedades, CG esperó 3 días y decidió añadir una segunda semilla, después de 24 horas ambos dieron raíz :). Solucion - productor local argentino. Sustrato de coco - Plagron. Agua : 110 ppm + 0,5 (HV+HM+HM)=350 ppm. Quise retorcer el brote con una espiral de Naranja Limón porque se estiraba, pero lo rompí por la mitad :( 2 Marshmallow y Milky Dreams. PD: el más grande es Milky Dreams.
