Week 8 Flower The last week of flush for these two. They were taken down on Day 56, after a 16 Day flush. I think Twin2 could have finished at 7 weeks, but of course I hadn't planned for this, or I would have flushed sooner. So she was taken to the originally planned 8 weeks. Twin2 has also foxtailed quite a bit, from only slightly higher temps and also because she's having a last attempt at catching any pollen in order to reproduce. Although the pots were slightly damp still when I harvested, it is best to take them down when they're dry. The only reason I didn't, was because I knew I'd be too busy the next day, and there were plants in veg that were desperate to be thrown into the flower tent! The pics do make them look wetter than they were though. Their fan leaves were taken off and they were each hung in seperate boxes, where they'll dry as slowly as possible for between 6-10 days. I dont suffer with very high humidity, so I'm able to do this without any issues. When I feel it is too humid, I simply burp the box for the first day or 2 once a day. The slower the dry the better the buds will taste/smell. Once she's dry enough she'll be trimmed and jarred for curing. It's going to be a pretty tough one for keeper pheno! They both have similar but very different smells. By that I mean, they both smell very floral and sweet, but T2 smells extra sweet (although definitely not as dense). That doesn't mean T1 doesn't smell just as nice. Hers buds are thicker and more dense, so even though I've favourited T2 in the pics, I think I'm leaning towards T1 still. But in all honesty it's still down to dry weight and the taste test! This can all be looked forward to in the harvest update! It's been a seriously fun diary with these two twins. The mephisto is has bounced back and pushing hard. All the plants still have a high runoff but has been pushing hard this last week or so. Ph run off has been around 7.6 from around 8.4ph😬😬 I kinda gave up on the freeze berry but I started checking it out and I didnt notice how well the branching is on that plant and how frosty it is. the freeze berry has been getting set up nicely hoping it fills out nicely because the branching and spacing on that one is not too shabby I'm not sure wth is going on with the big bomb that one decided to just grow like a bush real fast and has soo many bud sites but is flowering super slow.. I started all the seeds at the same time except the mephisto is about a week or two younger than the rest. The crystal meth is about ready I'm going to start flushing that here sometime this week when I get my new ph pen.

What can I say this thunder fuck is so smooth to smoke, I just can't stop growing it! I am in uncharted waters here because I've gone full organic no till. This will be my first time using grassroots living soil pots and first time using this brand new soil mix. Also to help with costs I decided to make a 5 gal tea reactor, to grow out the EM1 which will save me about 75% on all microbe products, and also save on feralization when used in conjunction with foliar sprays. Mostly cloudy and rain this week, they are a determined bunch considering the growth without much sun. I did my best with the video walk around, love being legal this year with four only!🤟

Day 64 🌤️🌥️☁️☁️ 11-19 degrees and the humidity is around 65%. I started into the tenth week with an intense check of the main buds. Some of the trichomes are milky but the most are still clear. Maybe I‘m wrong. Some days ago I could spot some amber trichomes but the flowers expanded and it‘s not possible to find anymore amber ones. Watered 500ml pure rainwater. Day 65 🌤️☁️🌥️☁️ Today Tropicana needs a rest. She just want to sit and do nothing except waiting for sunshine warming her heart. In the evening she asked for water, potting soil lost enough weight. 600ml with 60ml light fermented flower and herb tee. ~100 ml drainage with PH 6,2. In the main flower it was possible to find a small amount of amber trichomes. Day 66 🌤️⛅️🌤️🌤️ 10-21 degrees, humidity 45-65%. This morning I understood, that Tropicana was not thirsty yesterday, she need to breath oxygen with her roots to feel happy. The beautiful smell is way not so intense since last night. I missed the strong smell when I opened the door to our balcony in the early morning. So no watering yesterday would be better. And my banana peel tee is not free of nitrogen, same with the herb and flower tee. Less is more will be written in my diary in the next days (weeks). Watching Trichome TV: I see more amber and I see that she needs more time after all this stress which I made for her. She told me that she is not only sick of water, she told me, that she hate to be moved all the time, too. Every move from A to B she would loose tiny roots and this would stress her a lot. When I checked the moisture I spotted too many of this root fly castings. Their mamas and papas had their orgie about a week ago and now they are eating the mulch layer roots as if there will be no morning. This is not Tropicanas day. But the sun is shining and tomorrow will be another day. Hopefully with a nose full of this tasty fruity and woody citrus smell. Day 67 🌧️☁️☁️☁️ 13-19 degrees, humidity 42-80%. This morning the smell was more intensive like yesterday but still not like before. The leafs show the first signs of fading and I‘m very nervous. This night will fall a lot of rain for several hours. But a part of our balcony is canopied, so Tropicana will be a little bit protected by me this night. I don‘t want to make another mistake, so I use this possibility. Anyway the plants are always wet after a strong rain, it‘s just a little canopy, but not soaked with water. Day 68 🌧️☁️⛅️🌤️ 15-21 degrees and the humidity is 74-85%. Tropicana feels better. The smell this morning was much more intensive then the days before. Day 69 ⛅️🌤️🌥️☁️ 15-22 degrees, humidity 46-89%. Tropicanas flowers are swelling and while she is maturing her smell is getting more intense and complex. Right now mandarin and an earthy woody smell, sometimes even a bit sour like a mixture of pineapple and lime juice. It‘s possible to find new colors in the flowers. There’s purple and pink, orange and ocher brown appeared. Tropicanas main flower looks like the harvest time is near, but the trichomes are still clear and just started to get milky. Anyway she is incredible fast, especially if to remember the extrem conditions with minimal temperature around ten degrees in the early mornings. Day 70 🌧️☁️☁️🌧️ 17-23 degrees, humidity 63-94%. In the next days we will have humid thunderstorm weather. There is even a warning for huge hailstones for tomorrow. So there is a risk of damage and mold because of high humidity. I will have an eye on this. Tropicana looks healthy, so I‘m not worrying too much anymore.

**** Week 13 growth - February 27 to March 5, 2021 - Week 4 Flower ***** These girls are looking a little more different as we get further in flower. Pheno 1 is starting to swell more this week and here leaves are a nice rich green colour. Pheno 2 on the other hand has lighter leaf colour but is reacting less favourable to the amount of nitrogen and clawing down at the end of the week. It could be that she is also reacting worse to the increased light intensity this week. The frost production on Pheno 1 is also coming out more now. These two girls seems a little more reactionary to nutrient levels. Light intensity increased this week. Pushed up to 525 watts and then to 550 watts at the end of the week. This got the a little hot by the end of the week though. Working with a new light and finding the sweet spots takes a run or two. Learning how the girls grow anyway so the whole run is a lot of learning......its all good😀 Nutrients were pushed a little at the end of last week and the start of this week so backing off a bit more again. Given that they were pushed with light intensity they started showing some signs of nutrient issues. It’s good though as there is reaction time and back off to plain water feed for a couple of days at the end of the week and into week 5. Week 5 is going to be the start of the last stage of flower feed and work with that for two weeks, then stop feeding at the end of week 6........the plan so far anyway. Little more detail....... Feb 27/21 - Day 22 - big feed day - all IPP line plus silica @ 1ml, CalMag @ 1ml, Rezin @ 1.5ml, enzymes @ 1.5ml - 1650ppm and 6.1pH - 4L Feb 28/21 - Day23 - Microbe day but also added some CalMag - Natures Candy @ 1.5ml, Recharge @ 1/2 tsp/gal, Magnifical @ 1.5ml, Micro @ 1ml, Bloom 1.5ml, Terpinator @ 2ml - 950 ppm and 6.0pH - 3L - leaf colour almost looks light today. Mar 1/21 - Day 24 - dry out day. Mar 2/21 - Day 25 - plain water - 300ppm and 6.1 ph - 4L - light power pushed up to 550 watts today. - (too much from 16” to 20”........note!!) Mar 3/21 - Day 26 - plain water with two suppliiments - Terpinator @ 3ml, Rezin @ 2ml. - 525ppm & 6.0pH - 4L - stripped some leaves today......sticky in the middle😃😃👍👍 Mar 4/21 - Day 27 - no water added today - light power reduced today 450 watts. - been going too hard with intensity. Seeing leaf curl on other girls in the tent. - joys of diagnosing cannabis😂 - starting with backing off light and reduce ppm going in but not the ml👍 Mar 5/21 - Day 28 - hit with microbes again to help with stresses. - recharge @ 1 tsp/gal, Nature’s Candy @ 1.5ml - 375ppm and 6.0pH - 3L Moving right along we are through 4 weeks now and moving past the middle of flower.

2/26/24. So I flipped these girls 3 days ago. Not sure what’s going on with them? They look like they have little buds starting or something..and they kinda looked like that before I flipped them. I think that’s maybe not normal? I’ve looked at lots of diaries and haven’t noticed that until a couple weeks in. I’m hoping all is okay. The tops all seem very light in color as well, compared to the rest of the plant. Also getting a bit of what appears to be some sorta burn on the tips and some light coloring in between leaf veins-which by looking at deficiencies is similar to magnesium def. So kinda wondering what to do. Slight tip burn and deficiencies? Hmm could be lighting issue maybe. Going to keep an eye on it. Gave transition feeding. Seems early for any smells from what I’ve researched.. but yeah.. there’s a slight smell coming from the tent 😳

Excellent quality and quantity with this harvest! Will look to to control the stretching phase of flowering next grow.

LCC2 is very close now. She'll get harvested by the end of next week. LCC1 builds a beautiful canopy. The smell is gorgeous and the plants are still very healthy. I never had the need to completely flush the system. I lower the nutrients gradually, (N, P, K) but keep the humic acids and enzymes, the maintain soil activity.

I use all 3 General hydroponic nutrients and they are two different pot sizes the Moby Dick is in 30 liter and the blue amnesia is in 18 liters has a very strong odor and blue amnesia is maturing at a faster rate then the Moby Dick. a scrog net is being used in order to give support to the upcoming buds. I am also actually on week 4 I just made a mistake calculating the week. this is my first grow ever. also I'm not sure if using the scroll net it's a good idea for support rather than tying those branches up . I am watering every two days feeding nutes every single time at 900 to 1000 PPM ph at 6.2 the plans have not show any signs of stress but I am worried if it is too much nutrients the plant seems to grow very fast after every watering and seems to be loving it. the blue Amnesia XXL Auto it's growing in soil with 30% Coco and the Moby Dick XXL auto it's growing in hydroponic soil. the seeds were germinated on jiffy's and 100% germination rate plus the genetics seems to me very resilient to heat and everything else including lots of nutrients. the moby Dick XXL auto are the two in the front closest to the camera the two farthest to the back of the tent are the two blue amnesiaXXL auto. today day 31 i did some pruning actually lots of pruning hopefully don't cause stress to the plants or even worse cause them not to bud that nicely regardless the scrog net seems to be working just fine helping them access more light and making it easy for cutting leaves that are no longer needed. 32 yesterday after watering and sleeping today they have show no signs of stress in fact they starting to stretch in the buds that we're not getting sufficient light have start to grow also yesterday from the 16 liters I prepare instead of 3 ml of grow formula I add 6 1/2 to compensate for stress and the need of healing and having new grow stretch. also temperature has dropped dramatically outside making my house cold down from 24 degrees C to 19° at night internal temperature is remaining the same from 30 to 26 C. Day 33 I have been raising the scrog net every day and the light everyday this plant is growing very fast I also notice that where the fan is hitting all the time that plant is bigger I have been moving the fan to other sections of the grow tent to see if any reaction happens and it looks like it makes the plant grow faster . I will not be moving the Scrog net any higher Rather I will introduce another one once they require more support . Day34 notice some of the top leaves are showing a curving down like over-watering without actually over water I think they're showing signs of too much nitrogen .for the next water session I will hold back on nitrogen until I see signs of a fully recovering meaning leafs pointing up. thank you for reading have a happy grow.
