Edit: I came home from work after making my weekly log entry yesterday and I could smell my grow from my driveway... so I asked for help. THANK YOU OOZLEFINCH FOR THE HELP.. THIS IS WHY WE ASK FOR HELP... I left a question on here stating that my new canister wasn't working and asked for generic advise. He left an answer that pointed out the fact that my exhaust fan might be set waaaay to high... and it was! It turns out there's a limit to the amount of air that filter fan 'scrub', and my exhaust fan goes way over that limit even on 6 or 7.. I turned it down to 3 and the smell got better immediately. ☮️ Still on auto pilot at this point... I'm really close to harvest.. and I'm not even on day 60 😲. I created videos this weeks, they capture the plants in ways that a still picture just won't. My entire house stinks.. my neighbors are looking at my funny, and my wife thinks a family of skunks is hiding in our walls... I've never had this problem.. I even got a brand new carbon air scrubber and its not helping 🤣 Process/ Environment changes since last week: - To help preserve the terpenes I've been trying to lower my temperature, which is hard without an AC unit I'm not plugging in an ac just to grow some plants. I'm at 24- 26 degrees C (75 - 82 F). - I've been lowering my humidity accordingly to keep VPD in a good range - I lowered my lights closer to my plants, turning them up would just add to the heat. - I'm defoliating as much large fan leaves off as possible - My watering pH is at around 6.7 to 6.8.. I will not be flushing these plants - I rotate my plants every day to make sure I'm getting light to hit every node it can This week I'm pulling out the digital scope and doing the first trichome checks for these babies. The cheese auto is going to get the chop by the end of next week.. I hope you like the video I added of it.. it's the easiest plant I've ever grown and she's going to be FIRE. The blackberry auto is giving off a gas/berry smell and is very sticky to the touch. A beautiful triploid... my first and I hope to get many more. The Forbidden Runtz smells just like a zkittles does, it's bang on. Very dense very sticky buds. I almost tossed her during the seedling stage too due to her mutation. Apple Pie. mmmmmm 👋Top is a clean cut, no confusion for the plant, road ahead is clear, by completely removing the main growth tip, the auxin source is eliminated. The plant permanently halts vertical growth from that main stem and immediately sends its energy and hormones to the two new, evenly spaced branches just below the cut. Fimming slightly different because a small tuft of the top growth is left behind, the auxin disruption is temporary and less severe. The plant recovers more quickly and sends its energy to multiple surrounding growth points, often creating four or more new shoots from the same spot. It will eventually regain some vertical dominance after a few weeks if left to its own devices, but with a little more LST, bending the apex to the same height as the rest of the internodes, this shatters dominance, hopefully creating around 8-9 main shoots growing at equal height once recovered and grown out. Reduced environmental intensity for now and let her focus on dealing with this new stress for a week or two. When H+ ions are added to soil, the first nutrient displaced from exchange sites is typically aluminum (Al3+), if it's present, followed by calcium (Ca2+), magnesium (Mg2+), and potassium (K+), because aluminum and these base cations have different binding strengths. The order of displacement depends on the lyotropic series, where ions with a higher positive charge and those with weaker binding strengths are displaced first. The specific order of nutrient displacement is determined by the lyotropic series, which ranks the strength with which cations are adsorbed by soil particles: Al3+: Most strongly adsorbed, so if present, it will be displaced by H+ ions, leading to increased solubility of aluminum and potential plant toxicity. Ca2+: Displaced next, as it is more strongly bound than Mg2+ or K+ but less than Al3+. Mg2+ and K+: Displaced after Ca2+. The displaced nutrients can be lost from the root zone through leaching, becoming unavailable to plants. As H+ ions increase, the proportion of acid cations (H+ and Al3+) on the exchange sites increases, while base cations (Ca2+, Mg2+, K+) decrease, resulting in a lower soil pH. The amount of photosynthesis (water splitting) directly determines the availability of H+ ions (protons) in a plant. 90% of water is for cooling of photosynthetic apparatus the other 10% is split for its H+ among others things. Carbon sugars, like glucose, do oxidize in soil through a process primarily driven by microorganisms, which break down these sugars for energy. This oxidation converts the sugars into carbon dioxide (CO2) through cellular respiration, a key part of the soil carbon cycle, though some carbon may also be incorporated into soil organic matter. The rate and extent of sugar oxidation depend on factors like oxygen availability, the presence of Fe oxides, and soil redox conditions, which can all influence the process. My understanding of why we flush. Just plain water, what does it do? Strips the medium of salts and nutrients making it empty. What does that do? Triggers nutrient recycling within the plant. What's nutrient recycling? It is a natural part of plant senescence, which can be triggered once you know the switches. A 24:1 carbon-to-nitrogen ratio will also trigger. Why won't it trigger autophagy for me? Nitrogen needs to be gone, gone, gone almost. Ammoniacal (organic) nitrogen takes 4-5 times more water to separate it from soil particles than nitrates so what happens is most people jist flush the nitrates, leave all the ammoniacal in there and this prevents autophagy initiating. Nitrogen decays differently depending on its form during the dry. Ammoniacal nitrogen will oxidize in the air, leaving no trace. But nitrates do no decay and turn volatile and smelly and remain trapped until smoked, no matter how long you cure it does not oxidize. This is why you need to trigger it and begin the denitrification process prior to harvest to get rid of all the nitrates. Otherwise, you will smoke it. Flush till autophagy begins, just make sure you add no nitrogen afterwards. Micronutrients for trichomes. Don't leave the medium empty for 2 weeks, that does nothing but reduce yield 10%ish. Trichomes are another thing. Trichomes themselves are not directly affected by flushing; rather, flushing affects the plant's nutrient uptake, which influences the development and final state of the trichomes. Trichomes are filled with antioxidants in the last weeks, which is what makes them cloudy. A lot of the processing of antioxidants requires energy and nutrients (mostly micronutrients ), so you don't want that soil empty for 2 weeks, you just want the carbon nitrogen ratio 24:1and no higher. She still wants what she needs to ripen. Processing antioxidants is energy-intensive; heat and light accelerate the rate at which THC converts to CBN. This is why you lower DLI, lower temps. By doing so, you reduce the oxidative workload caused by photosynthesis, which opens up the oxidative capacity for the production of antioxidants. THC is mostly processed at night when the plant's oxidative capacity is generally moreso "free and available" for work

As suspected. As expected. As predicted. Guess what? SHE'S STILL HEAVY. 😂😂😂 Actually... "Heavy" doesn't really seem to cover it anymore. Our beautiful Amnesia Haze Auto Pheno A is reaching the point where the plant appears to have completely forgotten that gravity exists... and gravity is doing everything it can to remind her. 😂🌿🌸⚖️ Thank God for the yoyos. Seriously. THANK GOD FOR THE YOYOS. Because the number of supports we're using on this girl has officially entered ridiculous territory. 😂😂😂👑 I look at her and think: "How many yoyos does one plant actually need?" And then I look at another branch... "Apparently one more." 😂 Then another... "Okay, two more." And another... "Where the hell did I put the next one?" 😂😂😂 This girl is not little. She is absolutely NOT little. She's big. She's dense. She's compact. She's heavy. And she's carrying an impressive amount of flower throughout her entire structure. So this week... we're giving the Queen exactly what she deserves: The spotlight. 👑🌿🌸🔥 ──────────────────────── 🌱 WEEK 13 – THE QUEEN IS STILL HEAVY There was never really much doubt about what this week was going to look like. She's still heavy. And she's still asking for support. 😂👑 If anything, the weight seems even more obvious now. The branches are loaded. The flowers are dense. The plant is compact but absolutely packed with developing flower structures. And everywhere I look... another branch seems to be leaning under the weight of what she's built. This isn't a tall, airy plant carrying a few long flowers. This girl is doing something completely different. She's building compact, dense structures. And lots of them. 🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸 That's why the support situation has become so ridiculous. The plant is simply carrying too much weight to pretend gravity isn't part of the equation. 😂⚖️ So yes... the yoyos remain. And yes... there are a LOT of them. ──────────────────────── 😂 THE YOYO DEPARTMENT HAS LOST CONTROL At this point, I think we need to stop calling them supports. That one looking like it's thinking about moving? Probably another yoyo. 😂😂😂 I'm starting to think this plant has more support equipment than some entire gardens. But you know what? I'm completely okay with it. Because those supports are there for a reason. She's heavy. Very heavy. And the fact that she needs this many supports tells us something pretty damn obvious: She's carrying a serious amount of flower. The yoyos aren't the story. The flowers are the reason for the yoyos. And that's a story I don't mind telling. 👑🌸😂 ──────────────────────── 🌸 DENSE, COMPACT AND HEAVY This is probably the best way I can describe her right now. Dense. Compact. Heavy. She's not producing those extremely long, stretched-out flowers that some of the other girls are showing us. Her style is different. She's building compact structures. Tight. Dense. Substantial. And she's doing it throughout the plant. That's what makes her so interesting. You don't look at one huge cola and say: "Wow, that's the plant." You look across the entire structure and realize: "Wait a second..." 😂 They're ALL carrying weight. Everywhere. That's why the support network has become so extensive. She's not heavy because of one single flower. She's heavy because she's built a whole plant full of them. 🌿🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸 And honestly? That's fucking beautiful. ──────────────────────── 👑 SHE'S NOT LITTLE – NOT EVEN CLOSE I called her "little" last week. 😂 I'm officially withdrawing that statement. 😂😂😂 She's not little. She might be compact. She might have dense architecture. She might not stretch out into enormous, long branches like some other plants. But little? No. Absolutely not. She's a big mama. Just a compact big mama. 😂👑🌿 And I actually love that about her. Because size isn't always about height. A plant can occupy less vertical space and still carry an enormous amount of flower. And that's exactly what she's showing us. She's compact... but she's packed. And apparently... packed equals heavy. Very heavy. 😂🌸⚖️ ──────────────────────── 💎 DENSITY IS BECOMING HER SIGNATURE The more I look at this girl, the more I notice the same thing. Density. It's becoming part of her identity. The flowers look substantial. The structures look compact. The branches are carrying serious weight. And the whole plant has that feeling of: "There's a lot of material here." 😂🌿🌸 That's different from a plant that looks enormous simply because it has stretched everywhere. This girl doesn't need to stretch forever. She seems much more interested in filling what she already has. And that's a beautiful thing to watch. The structure is there. The flowers are there. The density is there. And now gravity is sending us the invoice. 😂⚖️ Luckily... the yoyo department is open 24/7. ──────────────────────── 🌿 THE PLANT BUILT THIS – WE'RE JUST HELPING HER CARRY IT This is probably the most important part of this week's report. We didn't create this weight. She did. We didn't create these flowers. She did. We didn't make the branches heavy. She did. Our job is simply to support what she has built. That's it. And I really like that philosophy. The grower doesn't always need to be the one doing something. Sometimes the plant does all the work... and the grower simply makes sure the structure can safely carry the result. So when I add another yoyo... I'm not changing the plant. I'm helping the plant. 😂🌿👑 And there's a big difference. ──────────────────────── 📸 LOOK AT THIS GIRL The photographs really tell the story this week. You can see the overall structure. You can see the density. You can see the flower distribution. You can see the support system. And you can see exactly why we're using so many yoyos. 😂📸 Wide shot: "She's big." Shit got out of control, i had to perform an LST to keep the big sister under control and she is the biggest plant I’ve ever grown although She is developing buds everywhere and im not really sure but for me this is bad as i think sometimes less is more, its clear that the plant just can’t distribute the same nutrients on 10 buds/20buds, so i expect them to be soft and not potent, maybe THAT xxl pheno, im sure someone else could have get even more, shame that I can’t clone her Little sister is looking so nice tho, Perfect structure, just amazing looking and beautiful to its maximum

The ladies are still doing great and stacking very nicely! The leaves do look very very dark green with slight tip burns, so I doses down the nutrients slightly from 1100+ to 950 ppm! The grow light makes the leaves look more light green than they actually are (check the night shots) both pheno’s smell like a nice and strong gelato (vanilla/gas) 💪🏻

WEEK 7 It was a good week for my plant. It settled in nicely in the new large pot and has gained quite a bit of volume. For me, this is now a solid foundation to start the flowering phase. Other than that, I didn’t do much this week — just one round of feeding with the additional nutrients, and shortly after repotting I used the Boomboom Spray again. Now I’ll set the lights to 12 hours and send the plant into the flowering phase. I’m already excited. 04/27 - Day 30 ~510PAR across the canopy. More training and a little trimming to get some air flow under the girls. 04/30 - Day 33 ~540PAR across the canopy. Switched over to the VIPARSPECTRA KS5000. Coverage is a WHOLE lot better and will allow me to start the next batch soon. All the girls are starting to drink more, adding 1 gallon back to the reservoir daily for the last couple days. Noticing some yellow tips on leaves, but getting super bushy.

Wir sind voll im Stretch, haben den Dünger langsam über die vorige Woche gesteigert und sind jetzt beim normalen Düngeschema. Die CapJunky ist sehr buschig und klein und beim "Stammrubbeltest" riecht's nach verschwitztem Cappy, ein echte Verarsche der Strain, wie ich finde 😄

107 days!! Here is another great experience :) The girl has matured, 330 grams of wet, full of sticky, resinous shiny, pleasantly smelling flowers :) I think it will be about 90 dry :) although the girl is definitely not the biggest, but she looks great, the smell is also amazing :) I also got some sugar leaves from which I will make bubble hash, For me personally it is really beautiful and good growth, which I think will definitely be confirmed by the dried and cured flowers :) there will be a smoke review, as well as the total dry weight. good luck to everyone :).
