Day 14 from planting directly in substrate. Do my plants look healthy? i don't know cause this is my first grow.

I think I was pHing wrong. My cheap digital meter isn't helping. Switching to drops shows that my run off is pH 4. I am currently doing a flush with 2 tablespoons per gallon of Hurculean Harvest pH'd to 8. Questions: 1) For the flush, do I just keep running water through all at once until the run off changes? 2) How do I save this plant? 3) When do I begin trimming? 4) How and what do I trim? 5) When do I begin Sog or Scrog training? 6) How do I flush and avoid root rot? 7) When do I switch to flowering? Grown from seed. Gold Leaf. Grow medium: Strawberry Fields. Initially germinated in Happy Frog. Light: MarsHydro 300W LED Grow Light Full Spectrum for Hydroponic Indoor Plants Growing Veg and Flower Pot: 5 gallon Smart Pot watering schedule: about every 4-7 days pH: runoff is 4. Food is pH 6. Day 57 Day 15 flower - what can I say? No issues reported so far, did some more defoliation below the scrog and tidied up some of the flower sites, removed a few of the old fan leaves and checked on Zkittlez OG, she is frosty already and starting to look really sparkly and beautiful 💎😍 The others are also showing some frost and bud development is going well!! Exciting times ahead! 290319 day 59 flower day 17 - no issues apart from slight heat stress for the girl in the middle, will adjust the light tomorrow to ease the stress. Bud candy just arrived so I will add 1ml/l on next feed tomorrow morning! Overall the bud sites have came through in numbers and are looking very strong and healthy, OG Zkittlez auto has turned into diamonds of trichomes and the others are following suite 😍 more updates to come! Hopefully skittlez is finished in the next 3 weeks! Also added a rotating flow to get good air flow in the tent, there were some dead spots. 020419 day 63 flower day 21

Soo far I flushed twice. Run off water ppm is 290-319-328 I noticed on all three girlz, the trichomes are milky/cloudy with very little amber on the leaves. I'm waiting for more amber. Hopefully by tuesday when the soil id totally dry more amber will a appear. I purchased another 3x3 tent because I know for sure my 2x2 tent will not be enough holding room. Funny thing, I trimmed the baby buds at the bottom that wasn't going to grow much. I placed it on the side in the tent for two days and decided to roll them up and smoke it. Surprisingly, I did get a high but the tatse was a little strong.
