Fo' Twenny Back with another update on our Orange Sherbert from Barney's Farm! 8/24 - Day 17 of Bloom: I did some selective defoliation to help increase light penetration. Next watering will be a flush with 2 tsp/gal of Fox Farm's flush agent SledgeHammer. Everything is growing strong with this classy lady and she has an abundance of growing shoots. I may need to do some additional lollipopping, but I am being conservative and trying to spread out defoliation/lollipopping to avoid shocking her. She isn't stretching a whole. However, she is very bushy and I to think that will make up for the minimal stretching as far as yields are concerned. Leaves all look pretty healthy and are a nice shade of green. 8/28 - Day 21: Flushed the medium with tap H2O run through 2 KDF filters with 2 tsp/gal of Fox Farm Sledgehammer flushing agent and pH adjusted to 6.2. I started by giving 5 gallons. After checking the PPM of the runoff I ended up adding 5 more gallons mixed to same specifications. 10 gallons total was shared by 3 large flowering photoperiod cultivars and 1 smaller autoflower. She probably ended up with about 3 gallons give or take. I didn't measure how much each plant received. I just kept flushing each and checking runoff until it was under 1600 ppm. First Week of flowering Week without too much hassle. A small excess of fertilizer but nothing serious. Uniform color. High water consumption (10L every 2 days), you can feel that they are in good shape. Semaine sans trop d'encombre. Un petit excès de fertilisant mais rien de grave. Couleur uniforme. Grosse consommation en eau (10L tous les 2 jours), on sent qu'elles sont en forme. Una semana sin demasiados problemas. Un poco de exceso de fertilizante pero nada serio. Color uniforme. El alto consumo de agua (10L cada 2 días), se puede sentir que están en buena forma.

Effettuato il lavaggio delle radici. Direi al massimo ancora 2 settimane per raccogliere. I fiori sono belli profumati, resinosi e compatti :)

My gorilla melons transitioning into flower this week. Not much change in height yet but I will get a good measurement next week. I haven't had to water this plant much at all this whole summer but now that I have the canopy up top I'm gonna have to start watering more. Last day of this week got a mix of compost tea with some liquid fish. It got around 8 gallons.

Day 127. Chop day !!! Think two weeks would be perfect for them to finish up, but 17 autos waiting in veg/dry room and I go for holidays, nobody will invest time like me, so simple watering left for Auto grow without training, my friend will cover this easy task for me. Happy Growing !!!

Plant with rustic 3-pointed leaves demanding in nutrients, from what I see about this genetics it is to be taken as normal even with high amnesia it always takes time even with ruderalis, very strong citrus scent, more demanding plant in PK, just water without flushing Watch out for trichomes and see more fattening. 😚

Week 11 July 16-22 hello friends and followers, welcome to week 11. I started seeing trichomes last week on Gaia and Circe. I don't smell anything from them. Only cream caramel gives off any fragrance. After flushing for 3 weeks, I've reintroduced fertilizer. I am using 1/3 to 1/4 the recommended dosage. How do I know what is the correct range for ec and whether I've unlocked the nutritional bind.? 7/16 flushed each with 1 gallon of water. 7/17 flushed each with 1 gal 7/18 fertilized at reduced strength each got 3.5 liters. Tps1 15ml, cal mag 1 top, big bloom 6 tbsp, signal 2.5 ml. Pictures and video. 7/19 no water, tent cleaning day, vacuum, wipe up dried spills. Took the girls outside for a few hours. 7/20 reduced fertilizer in 2 gals Tps1 7.5 ml, signal 1.25ml. Each girl got only 2 liters today. There was very little run off only Gaia with EC .80, ppm 570. Their tent mate cream caramel is very sticky and fragrant. This week has been very busy. I packed up more geneology albums and shipped to my sister. I found my some of grandmother's award winning photographs and awards, certificates and brass plaques. Until WWII women did not work outside the home. If they did, they were teachers, nurses or secretaries. During the early 1920-40 she raised her son as a single mother and found work during the depression as an executive secretary. Her family men were bankers and merchants so she had awareness of business practices. During her employ, she won an award of $2 for a human resource suggestion on the proper attire for women in the offices and women on the manufacturing lines. She continued working until the 50s. Her family always had cameras . That's how i have so many pictures from 1900. But she immersed herself in photography once she retired.. So when my Dad was in post WWII Japan, he bought her a state of the art camera. I came across so many self photos. She was the queen of selfies. Interesting to see the fashions over the years. Let me know if you would like to see some fashion pics. 7/21 made cookies. See week 1 Natronas recipes. The almond flour cookie is the basic recipe for cookies. The r3cipe calls for chocolate chips but It is versatile in that you can add nuts, dried fruit, caramels etc. If you want to taste my cookies the way I make them, you have to chop Lindt 78% dark chocolate bars and use that instead of chips which are sweeter.This time I added macadamia nuts as well. Yummy. 7/22 light defoiliation , and no water or nutrients.

The journey begins

This is my first grow and I’m excited to start. I will be growing in a space tote (2 50gallons stacked on each other with 2 150w lights and will be adding a 3rd soon ).Took the glookies seed 3 days to germinate via the paper towel method. Once it sprouted I immediately planted into its final home a 4 gallon pot. While the glookies were germinating I learned of a seed bank near my area which recently opened and they sold already rooted clones. So I purchased a doc og clone and planted it at the same time I planted the germinated glookies seed. I planted both and then watered until water started draining from the bottom. I used pride land’s premium potting soil as i was told that it stores enough nutes for 3 weeks.

21.07.2024 we finaly had a sunny week with a nice day and night temp. The camper berry look have nicely recover from the last week lack of sun. with this better condition the 300ppm nuts solution was just fine. as the roots has show nice developement they wiil hit their final dwc setup tomorow.

She got slowed down a lot because she was grown during winter in temperatures between 16 and 20 celcius
