Nearing the finish line! OMG these ladies are blowing me away 😳 the Tricomes are carpeted, the buds are fat and dense. I’ve been. Tapering off all the nutrients and feeding ph’d water until I get 10-15% runoff from the pot to help break up the pockets left behind and to use up what’s left in the plant. Have some very distinct phenos, all of them are stellar but there are a few standouts… won’t be much longer 🇨🇦👊❤️

Popped 20 seeds and all seemed to be fine. I encountered a problem with one of the pink kush seeds. It seems to be sprouting with a very small root and it released itself from its seed shell in the paper towel. It died I have tasted all the strains except the G 13 Haze. So i hope to get 1 or 2 good plants. Especially from the Pink kush and orange sherbert. 10x Pink Kush, 5x Orange Sherbert, 2x Cookies Kush, 2x G13 Haze and 1x Utopia Haze. Growing in biobizz Coco mix. Using a soil nutrient for the first week or two

I'll give the lemongrass a few more days to develop, otherwise I'll add fresh seeds again :-) . The ones that started to take root were repotted in 0.5 l pots with a mix of Canna bio and Canna coco. First they get it enough nutrients from the fresh soil before you start fertilizing with Green House Powder Feeding Bio. The repotted ones were also placed in the heated greenhouse with a hood 👍. Everything is on point. I’m at day 35 of flowering. I remember a while back there were a lot of Barney’s farm haters saying they only got hermaphrodites or whatever their bs. Either you just sucked as a grower or you got an absolute fluke. Everything I have ever ordered from Barney’s farm has not only been stellar. First of all, I’d like to give a HUGE THANK YOU to Fast Buds for allowing me the opportunity to grow their new strains! I'm starting out with CC this week and will start the CA in a couple of weeks. There is some data out there on the CC strain that seems very legit to me. If that info is correct one of the C's stands for Cookies. I really love the Girl Scout Cookies I grew from Fast Buds, if CC is related to GSC she should be amazing! 👍 Dropped the seed in the soil today, I'll update once she pops. She's front-center in the group pics. My Perpetual Harvest strategy…. Originally my plan was to start 2 seeds each month, but had some seeds from one breeder that did not germinate early in my rotation. Ultimately, this caused single seeds to pop and messed up my 2 at a time plans. But, that seemed to work out OK, because now I think starting one seed every 3 weeks is a better strategy. This should provide me with 4-5 plants at a time, instead of 6. However… Since Fast Buds has been kind enough to allow me to preview their new CC and CA strains I am now going to be starting a new seed every 2 weeks. This should allow me to get all of the plants I want to grow this season in the perpetual harvest rotation. I need to shut down over the summer because my tent is currently in the attic. Plants get fed once weekly on weekends. Seedlings get water only. Plants in vegetation get water and Recharge. Flowering plants get water, Recharge or Big Bloom (Fox Farm). Feeding is done using 2 gallon watering can. Any additional waterings during the week are given on an as needed basis per plant. I lift the plants to help determine which plants are more dry (lighter) and provide water any plants via water bottles and watering spikes. I give each pot a quarter turn every day in an effort to make sure the plants get equal lighting from all sides. I rotate the plant in place by turning the pot 90 degrees (I am not rearranging the layout of the plants in the tent on a daily basis). The soil is an ‘organic super soil’ I mixed myself using organic top soil, organic potting soil, organic compost, organic peat moss, organic perlite, organic vermiculite, lime, epsom salt, expanded clay pellets and Jobe’s organic fast start. I am also recycling my soil and water with Recharge when using recycled soil. For plant training I have tried a variety of things, but my plans now are to do LST bending only, no HST anymore. I may decide to go back to HST again in the future, but I’m curious to compare LST training only to see how that goes. Around 3 week I'll do a FIM cut/pinch once there are 4-5 nodes established. And some defoliation around the 3rd week of flowering. I have been doing HST bending and having good results, but think the HST may be causing the plants to take longer to harvest. I hope LST only will help increase harvests while getting me to harvest sooner. Welcome visitors to growfessor theatre! Tonight we have LSD and Green Crack entering their final week, 9F, with a flush! The LSD still has a strong fruity, citrus smell, lots of frost and is very sticky. The buds are not as large as I was hoping for, but they do seem to be very dense. Green Crack bulked up a lot last week and I'm very impressed with the size and density of the buds. She's also frosty and sticky, with a smell that is potent but hard to describe other than it smells like weed. Stay tuned for harvest, coming in 5-7 days! Thanks growfessors for stopping by 👽🌳💚

Older leaves on bottom and middle of the plant are starting to yellow now that they don’t receive as much light, the branches have created a nice canopy surrounding the plant. I cleaned up the middles and bottom of plant by removing leaves as they completely yellow day by day, and remove small suckers that appear at the base of the branches to keep the energy going towards the tops. Plants will get another round of Jobes organic granular feed to help the new branches fatten up and provide adequate bud sites for flowering period! 5 gallons will receive 1 cup while 15 gallons will receive 2 cups of granular feed, weather predicts rain the next few days which will help the plants getting their nutrients

Ladies are smelling strong and ready to be harvested. Chopping Venezia to be hung out to be dried tonight. Cheech can still go another day or two under the light with the lower pistols still a little blush.

Fast Buds CC still has more yellowing in the leaves than I like. I've been ph'ing my water down to 6.0 and giving her extra Recharge (1 tbs/gallon). The bud sites are looking good. I think I'm 2-3 weeks from harvest here. Looking forward to having a taste of Cream Cookies. If she's anything like Girl Scout Cookies, its going to be a hit! 👍

I’ve got some curling going on. Have been trying to get temp humidity stable so I got a humidity controller and now run lights on timer 6 hrs off. Also my humidity gauge I used to set in the middle of the tent but I now put directly in the pot behind the plant and different readings. It’s one of those cheap humidity temp gauges that comes with led lights. Just need to get this curling thing down. 1 of the plants shows no curl so maybe it’s the fox farm soil is too hot. Or maybe that 1plant got better plant coverage, I’ve since adjusted the fan and may get another one.
