My baby and I are reconsidering the path of our relationship. I made some mistakes that slowed her development. To be more precise, I placed the pot directly in the run-off water tray of her sisters. I couldn't get it why she was showing signs of overwatering until I made the connection: - She was sucking on the runoff water. So... that fucked things up a bit. It resulted in slow growth and eventually Nitrogen deficiency. I basically didn't feed her anything this week(not on purpose at least). I transplanted her in an 18l pot today, and I'm considering taking her out in the greenhouse in 4-5 days when I'm going to flip the other ladies to 12/12. I really like her genes so far, so easy to play with! <3 👆 So the thought is that she would get about 10 weeks to mature into a fine lady in the greenhouse until the coco ladies will be finished, then I will move her in and bloom her. What do you think about that idea?

So... welcome back! Last week was rather uneventfull. Just the way I like it. They are all getting more substance though. The middle one is more leafy, the two outer ones are more developed and although the biggest buds are maybe only the size of a lighter. Most buds have filled out with calixes and only little leaves. They are dense and compact. The smell is getting heavier. When close to the buds it reminds of expensive herbal perfumes like Rabane. I distinctly have a 'hug from your poppa' kind of association with it and memories start flowing.... It is citrussy but in the ethereal way, it is spicy in the 'spicetrader' way, a mixture of ginger, cinnamon, black pepper, with a huge funky basetone. This combined, its as if a master perfumer had composed an exquisite fragrance. The funk of an attick full of weed to serve as the musky base undertones upon which, a layer of earthy spices, upon which a floral and citrussy fresh layer. It is bloody amazing and I wished ya'll were with me to smell it and taste it when the time has come. I want to exersize patience but my god this smells better than any weed I recently acquired and we have some excellent dispensaries here. So I've started giving them up to 4 ltrs ( a gallon) of water each, every two days or so. They seem to need it, no drooping but also bonedry earth till deep in the pot. SInce two days ago with less feed and today only the Biobizz Topmax and PH correction. Although not really convinced of flushing, Im trying it to see if I get a more pure taste and experience. So trichomewise I find it hard to see, my magnifier is not strong enough to see the individual trichomes. I do see area's on leafedges etc that seem more amber, trichomes look milky from this distance but have get a better magnifier to get better view. On the images I see that there are many clear ones and not many ambers so we have some weeks to go which is correct according to Advanced Seeds, this Gelato #33 Fast has to flower 45 to 55 days, We are on day 39... The plant itself seems utterly healthy. Some white points and very little heatstress from checking absolute minimum for these lights. You don't know until you find out. For anyone else looking for reviews on Rubol V3 100 watt QB's in a three in a row setup, with 10 cm spacing between each board, the minimal distance is 28 cm or one foot, when flowering, gradually lowering to this point btw. These lights are excellent, good value for money and with the two years of waranty a good investment. Also great service from Justin at www.rubol.nl. They are helpfull, considerate and very knowledgable. July 12: Lemon Cream Kush is looking good and fully recovered from me breaking a stem a couple weeks ago. Replaced barley (which was sprouting) with malted barley as the top dressing. Should use malted barley which means it has already been sprouted. I mix it with Power Bloom at 1:1 and use as a top dressing. July 14: everybody got an Epsom salts foliar spray which they seemed to like. July 18: she looks great and starting force flowering tonight.

Day 36: Girls looking pretty happy. Still some discoloration going on. Doesn't look to be spreading though. Day 37: Ok, the girls obviously were not happy this morning. I watered with quite a good amount of runoff and measure the PPM at 3200!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm surprised they are still alive! Had to make a quick run to get some water for a flush as I only have 5 gallons worth. Ran 2 gallons through each of them at a ph of 6.4 around 9:30 this morning. It's now 5pm and they have pulled through great. These OG Kush are extremely resilient. Day 38: The girls look way better today after flushing yesterday. Two of the pots were almost completely dry already. Went ahead and fed at 500ppm with runoff. Day 39: I think it's dialed in now. They are looking amazing and still stretching pretty good. Went ahead and pulled off a handful of leaves between the 5 of em. Day 40: Did a little more defoliation and opened them up a bit. I am super worried about getting any type of mold or any issues in particular for this first round. One of the girls needs a touch more but ran out of time. Girls are looking super healthy! 💪 Day 41: They are looking super awesome. Got the runoff dialed in. 750 going in and roughly 800 coming out. May up it in a week or so. Day 42: Nothing new to update. Girls still looking amazing. I think the stretch may be slowing just a tad.

Another fun week! Really starting to believe in this strain. We have now filled 80/81 squares with atleast 1 bud, most have 3. The lower flowers have made a sprint for the surface so happy with that. Applied some high stress training this time around as I really wanted a flat canopy from this point. A dozen or more branches bent off at a 90 degree angle to achieve that. Only one casualty. Upped the food to about 125% what ghe recommends along with some future harvest ton o bud. Did a really good flush and clean with half strength solution as I refilled. Decided to add a little phosphoric acid as i hadn't been for a few weeks. Flower set is coming along nicely. Plant 1 is still way ahead, but fairly docile whereas plant 2 finally put on some flowers and had started to stretch. Plant 1, oddly enough, has actually slowed its internodal growth and is starting to pack on the buds🤷‍♂️ As far as the phenotypes go, I think I lucked out and got two different purple varieties. I could be dead wrong, but both plants seem to show purple on early flower set. The mature fans look oddly lanky for a pure indica🤔 I have a half dozen clones that will hopefully take as I'd really like to give this strain another go. Til' next week🙌

Today is day 36. I had to tie up some branch’s this morning. The colas have been slowly leaning in every direction, and I wanted to get them back standing straight in the light.i will flush her for a few days seems last batch of nutes burned her a little. I also believe there is to much nitrogen in her roots as some leaves have started to yellow up top. This is just my opinion from what I have been reading. I know Leaves will yellow during flowering, but from my understanding it is usually is the lower leaves. Any feed back would be appreciated.

In my quest for the perfect modern grow room, I got my hands on a super cool device: SensorPush. Each SensorPush is a tiny low-energy-bluetooth thermomether+hygrometer. I have 1 sensor in the indoor tent and 1 sensor in the outdoor micro greenhouse. Both are connected to the "SensorPush Wifi Gateway", allowing me to access to the datas at anytime from anywhere in the world. SO COOL! I started to collect datas more than a week ago and it has been already so helpful, I noticed that every single adjustment (side fan speed, thermostat mix/max, window opened/closed, driver dimming..) has a direct and immediate impact on the environment, and being able to see the detailed live statistics is the perfect way to adjust the parameters. I had one important issue this week: my timer was acting weird and the light was turning on 40 mins while the plants were in the middle of their night, but thanks to SensorPush I was able to notice the problem immediately and fix what could have gone dramatical. I love these sensors so much that I've started to dig into the SensorPush API, and guess what: after a few minutes I was able to get the datas showing up on my webcam feed, so now my webcam app is also showing me the temp+RH!
