10/2 They made it to their forever pots. Next Saturday we'll be hitting 2 months from sprout and as a whole its been a pleasure to grow these plants. They all are a very healthy green and seem to be happy. Temperatures in the region may have unexpectedly slowed them down (I grow in a basement) because temps have plummeted from around 78 with the lights on to as low as 71! I don't think they like it either. Growth has slowed with it. Never fear, space heater is here. Everything thing needs to be dialed in for the next few weeks because I want explosive growth over the next 21 days. Going to try a SST somewhere in there. Parsing through all this bro science isn't easy but it sure is fun to experiment. It allegedly gives you good root growth and provides crucial enzymes. Almost sounds too good to be true but I'm going to see how it goes regardless. I heard you can use I wide variety of seeds but alpha alpha is the only one I have on hand. Wish me luck. As for the plants: Moby= beast. I'd be a fool not to attempt to clone her. Vigorous grower and responds well to training. Not a demanding eater either, at least so far. Loving this freebie from NASC. Highly recommend them if you're in the northeast US looking for a local seed bank. GZ 1 = steady. Probably the biggest back slide if you want to call it that. Spotted some yellowing on lower leaves but they are shaded by this ones thick canopy. May not even be an issue but we keep an eye on it. Probably the biggest critic of the lowering temperatures because she's slowed down in the past 2 days. Gz2= trooper. She had a rougher upbringing and she's got a far different shape than the other two because of it. But with a little work I'm sure soon both GZ will be indistinguishable from one another. Banana daddy= forgot to take pics of her. Man have I been growing autoflowers all wrong. I may have fed this plant once. Though it should be noted that the soil I put her in was amended with alpha alpha, fish bone meal, and guano. She seems to really enjoy it so far. Not a single yellow leaf. Droopy at times though which is odd. Also some tacoing on new growth that ends up correcting itself as the leaf gets bigger. Double odd. Next time I do an auto run I'm definitely doing much less in terms of feeding and maintenance. Loving your plants too much can be deadly. Starting to figure them out though so I'm happy I did at least one. I'll post in a few days when I water my photos again.

2021-01-06(day 57): Entering the 5th week of flowering all looks pretty good. She's still budding up and smelling beautifully. Fed her with 2.5l of ph'ed water. I also defoliated her so the light can reach the lower buds. 2021-01-09(day 60): Fed with 3l nutrient solution as given above. 2021-01-12(day 63): Fed with 3.5l of ph'ed water. Looks like she's putting some weight on! 😁 Trichome pictures are for test purposes.

This is exactly the 🇲🇦 morroccan 🇲🇦 way of sifting resin from kief. Traditionally, apart the hand rubbing method, dry sifting through a mesh is the most used way to obtain resin, from 🇦🇫 Afghanistan 🇦🇫 or 🇳🇵Nepalese 🇳🇵 Mountains to 🇲🇦 Morocc 🇲🇦 Rif passing through Bekaa valley in 🇱🇧Lebanon 🇱🇧. The average size of meshes used vary from 90 to 180 microns and are mostly made by silk and for this reason uneven. I think the most productive ways to sift are Dry Ice and  rotating pollinator + CO2, I've tried a DIY pollinator built by a friend and it can reach up to 20/25% of resin extracted at 120 microns and 15% at 90 microns. But smell and taste don't reach that traditionally extracted but this is another story. Morroccan way is good compromise between a stashbox or more evolute methods. It requires less than 10 dollar of expenses. You need: a basin or pot  without handles a heavy-duty plastic bag that contains the basin a pair of chopsticks a good 120 microns net an elastic band tape Kif or trim q.s. Nice to watch growing OS. Kind of slow at first but then really picks up some pace nearing the end. 2 of the plants, the buds I will definitely keep. Really nice fat juicy buds. Smell great and taste great. The high is quite heavy✌️🏻😎✌️🏻And has a rapid onset. Good night-time smoke, if I smoked this during the daytime I’d probably just smoke all day and not move. I was not expecting to harvest that much as she was a tiny and quite slow girl, but the final yeld was very good! It was exciting to grow and finally harvest this amazing strain :)

Día 22. El estirón ha frenado. Las plantas están empezando a llenarse de flores. Se me hace extraño tener las plantas con esta forma, dado que siempre he usado cortes y LST. Se ven bastante bien, aunque cada vez que las miro, me dan ganas de cortarle alguna otra rama. Pero no quisiera mermar el rendimiento. Ya a esta altura sería más.contraproducente que otra cosa. Pero creo que debí haber sacado más ramas de las que saqué. Día 24. Fui un iluso al pensar que el crecimiento había frenado. Hoy ya las plantas tienen 5 cm más que hace dos días. Voy a tener que doblarlas si siguen a este ritmo. Tuve que hacer un video, ya que no tengo lugar para sacar fotos en contra picado. Veo que se están llenando de flores y empiezo a imaginar el resultado final. Día 26. Las plantas crecieron otros 5 cm en estos dos días. Ya estan 65 cm. Me empieza a preocupar, por lo que supongo que voy a tener que doblarlas un poco. Seguramente solamente doble las dos mas altas cruzadas entre si. Vengo ilusionado, pero sospecho que van a ser necesarias entre 7 y 8 semanas. Tuve que agregar solución, ya que había bajado mucho el nivel del depósito, y agregué un poco de bud blood. Voy a seguir usándolo hasta el momento del PK. Seguiré actualizando.
