What we have here today is a gem that I have been looking forward to growing ever since the release of it in 2022. I am a huge citrus fan and I have heard this one is to die for 🤤 This week was good for her! Nothing but water and she slowly fades into harvest. I will update once more before harvest. She is smelling like a HI-C juice box with hints of lemon. Sooooo mouth watering 😱 She veged and is now flowering under the beaslty TSW 2000 from Mars hydro. As of day 21, the Blackberry plant is doing well! It is growing vigorously and will need to be controlled as it increases in size. The FIM has already helped a little, but I have started some LST with the Atlas plant trainer to start making the canopy wide and flat. A few of the newest leaves have the very start of yellowing in their tips, so I think this plant is maxing out at 1.1-1.2 EC. I am going to keep it around 1ec for the rest of vegitative growth, as EC can drift upwards in the reservoir very slightly while the airstone is running. Runoff, PH, and other parameters are right where I want them! I have a new gallon of Calimagic coming, so I am switching back to it this week in preparation for early flowering. Outside of removing a few low growth tips that will never develop, I am going to try to leave as many leaves as possible. If this maxes out my humidity I will start taking a few lower leaves, and those that are too tightly squeezes in the center of the plant. Considering the plant's size as of day 24, I am hoping the flowering stretch isn't too strong or I will have to really work to contain this plant! Day 25: earliest signs of flowering. Day 26: runoff quantities were edging towards being too low as the plant has more foliage to transpire through, so watering adjusted to 5x per day, 15 second intervals. This is an increase from 60 seconds per day of watering to 75, and should accommodate the needs of the plant as it continues to grow.

Week 2 for the solo Afghani went smooth. Looked a little slow to develop her first proper set of leaves, but the root development should help speed up her progression. Still feeding off the slow release 444 and is now regularly drinking about 2oz of water every other day. I also spritz the bottom of the outer cup to keep moisture levels high for stretching roots. She's about 36" from the light. Hoping to get a little stretch to make training easier. Added a couple new pics to get the week caught up. Stay tuned, week 3 starts training.

Impregnation complete, it's a little later than I would like to have seen it happen but I'll roast the plants for an extra week minimum to make up for it. The smell coming off these plants is hard to pinpoint at the moment I'll have to reassess as they grow larger and really start to stank up the place.. All in all a very good week!

Hello Everyone, I didn't felt like updating last week, sorry for that. It was like 25 to 30 degrees celcius for the last time this summer. I enjoyed the beach, bars and restaurants. The plants had a good sunny week as well. Photos for this week are made at the end of week 5 of flowering. 3 of 6 plants are ready for harvest. Somehow it didn't suprised me, the plants stayed small and developed fast. I was thinking about a flowering time of 7 to 8 weeks but those 3 only needed 5. Why? Well they didn't drink that fast anymore, pots stayed heavy for a long time, all the Pistils on the buds started to get brown and the thc was looking milky and the buds are full with it. Gues i will keep flowering the other 3 for 1 or 2 weeks. Lets see how it goes. I did run out of PK 13-14 last week and Green sensation at the end of this week, So a kind of good timing. I will just increase the base nutrients a little bit to compensate it. I know many growers just growing with base nutes and get good harvests as well lol. As long as the 3 remaining plants like to drink their feedings fast and the Pistils stay white, I will keep giving them nutes for another 1-2 weeks. When they start to struggle I will start flushing. And there ready along with there big sister 67 days in flower to achieve the best smell I’ve ever smelt, these plants weren’t touched at all, not one leaf was removed throughout the entire grow, no nutrients, no PH the water, and I think it just shows for its self. same plan for drying and curing as the big one, will be back with a smoke review. So my timelapse concentrated at this plant failed this week... 😭 But she's growing well. On the face of it she's only grown 10mm, but she's put out quite a bit of new leaf growth.

Ok, week 11, here we go! These girls are getting stinky! Upward growth has completely stopped, no change since last week, the main stem from about half way up has turned completely purple, it's now pushing to the leaves. Buds are starting to fatten, and nutrients have been consistent. Older fan leaves have faded in favor of bud production I suppose. I'm guessing about 2 more weeks to chop.
