WEEK 15 - (06/06/2021 - 06/12/2021) Week 7, Day 46 - FLOWER: 06/09/2021 Tap water: 227ppm, 8.3 pH, 69.3℉ + HydroGuard: 7ml/7 gallons + pH Down: 15ml Mixture: 233ppm, 6.0 pH, 69.1℉ ppm/ppm = runoff/soil JB#1 - 1020/787, 5.4 pH AP#1 - 637/404, 5.8 pH AP#2 - 477/244, 6.0 pH GC#1 - 873/640, 5.5 pH -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Well, this week didn't really have much going on. There was only 1 watering. What an odd week. I managed to get a couple of up-close recordings of 2 strains. The Jelly Bananen has started to yellow. It seems to be all over, and I haven't exactly started flushing yet. Or maybe she has begun flushing. She is supposed to finish up right around 63 days and the last nutrient feeding was only 590ppm, so it is most definitely a possibility. The next time I water will be with recycled water with extremely low ppm (under 100), and I'm expecting to do a 14-day flush. I'm slightly concerned that the Jelly Bananen may have to be harvested early if the yellowing spreads to the sugar leaves. Guess I'll be finding out in the next week or so. Anyway, if you've read this far I want to give a shout out to you! Yes, you reading this! You're the best, and I want to personally thank you for checking out my journal. See you all next week! 😁🙏 “If you go off into a far, far forest and get very quiet, you’ll come to understand that you’re connected with everything.” – Alan Watts

They're fattening up very well. Plenty of resin too. It's becoming more yellowish, lacking resources. The soil's nutrients are dwindling, and so is the flowering. 12/12 from seed Watering with filtered tap water every 2/3 days, when the pot is lighter, 500-1000ml Soil: peat, coconut powder, perlite, carbonized rice husk, sheep manure and worm humus. essential mineral mix, vegetable flours, vegetable cakes, biochar, bokashi EM1 and other organic inputs, Algae ascophyllum nodosum small pots 3,7liters // 1gallon light: lm301h-evo 120watts

Original sensible seeds Girl scout coookies 27th Jan 2020 No preflowers on her that I can spot , but she is starting to stretch a little. She is a funny structured plant . Has long branches but doesn't seem to have a lot of foliar coverage. It almost has a skeletonal look to it . But if those branches form into buds I dont really care how she looks to be honest. Stem rubbing releases a very pungeant aroma that gives me hope of some Good Shit coming . This week I decided to give her the same cup full of Bud and bloom soil amendment as the already flowering girls received as I'm sure it won't be too far behind them. I also gave her some of the High tea i brewed up for 24hours. Checked Ph with the bluelab soil probe and it's still sitting on 6.5 so no worries there. Thanks for checking in on my update Catch ya next week. 👍

Welcome to week 8 / week 5 of flowering! Many more pistils have turned amber and harvest time is closing in. I’m aiming for a nighttime smoke, so I’ll hold out until she has 50% amber trichomes. ✅Day 50: 100oz of water. No runoff. Seems like she isn’t drinking as much lately. Bud trichomes are mostly still all cloudy. ✅Day 51: No water. The fade is really kicking in now. Some sugar leaves are looking black! ✅Day 52: No water. ✅Day 53: 144oz of water. No runoff. The pot was very dry. She needed a big drink. ✅Day 54: No water. ✅Day 55: 136oz of water. No runoff. She is smelling even stronger now. ✅Day 56: No water.

The Red Hot Cookies are looking beautiful. Very nice looking buds with fantastic colors. Very promising in terms of bag appeal :) The pheno 1 shares many traits with the GSC. The effect is amazing despite of the quite boring terpene profile which is unidimensional (very sweet base notes along with creamy peach head notes that reminds me of the peach flavored campino hard candys). The high has the soothing and calming effect of the GSC while being more uplifting and energizing. The pheno 2 is more on the Tangie side for both the effects and the terp profile. The high is energetic but a little bit racy. The limonene content seems far higher than the myrcene, and it translates itself in both the taste and the effect. I will be looking for a Tangie-dom pheno that is richer in myrcene, in hope of getting more of the tangerine taste/aroma and the relaxing effect that we can find in the Tangie and Tangerine Dream strains. As for the Amherst Sour D, they all share the same woody and tropical aromas with subtle specific nuances (pepper, fuel, skunk/sulfur, lavender). The effects go from slightly sedating to highly energizing and euphoric. A great afterwork hard hitting sativa that tastes awesome, without being the terp bomb of the year. The Dinamed CBD plus is a very short, bushy and stalky plant. The Pheno 1 smells like straight pine/fir on sweet and fruity base notes. The structure is nice with lots of lateral branching and the buds are looking very good too. I could have got a way better yield be giving her an extra 10 days of veg. The pheno 2 is more one the fruity/fuely/tart side. Definitely not the best pheno. Very slow growth...

She's doing amazing this week. The smell is really starting to come through nicely now and the buds are starting to fatten up. Should be another 3 or 4 weeks until harvest now :)

I had originally planted 2 purple kush and 2 fucking incredible autoflower seeds by crop king seeds. 1 purple kush never sprouted. So I planted in its place a white widow.

Week 5 for the Green Papayas from super sativa seeds club. Some of the lower leaves are letting us know that the mother plant need a lot more food. we added additional PK booster to her. The clones seems to go a lot better, these buds are bigger also, but happy in general. I still need to get used to all this organic nutrients. Lots of things to learn and a long way to go, always happy to learn new methods of growing! For the rest, as always just water!

This is a fantastic train, and I am excited to see how the drying process goes, I used the New Horti Line from Green Planet Nutrients; this was dead easy to use, and extremely stable, harvesting 10 plants grown in a 4x4, and the yield was fantastic, but could have doubled that with additional space, I was still able to put 2314 grams of wet flowers into the dry tent. I am trying to keep the environment as close as possible to 60F / 60% RH, but with the current temperatures, I will be lucky to keep it around 65. I am looking forward to the terpenes moving towards the skunky aromas.
