End of week three and she’s looking excellent! I’m excited to be this so far along with a relatively deficiency free plant finally. I’m hoping these next 4-6 weeks or so are more of the same. I did a final defoliation today. Defoliated quite a bit under the net that would have been light deprived and also too heavy to where the limb would eventually flop over. I’m wondering if I should have defoliated more of the canopy. My thoughts are “more photosynthesis (leaves), more energy directed to really healthy and strong flower production” so I was hesitant to pull more leaves from the canopy. I did angle up the lower oscillating fan so that it would blow into the bottom of the canopy. Hopefully between that and maintaining a good flower VPD I’ll keep mold away. My past three grows it wasn’t an issue since most of the leaves were dying by now lol. The strains signature smell is just starting to develop. I’m noticing a citrusy/lemony smell.

Very robust plant with a lot of big buds. It smell very sweet like a mango with citrus and floral. Amazing.

Such a good week, introduced bloom and the girls are taking off. Got a Mars hydro exhaust fan and carbon filter to help with the incoming smell, what you guys think? Am I doing alright for my first grow? Happy growing

The HOLY GRAIL is fantastic 3 weeks to go and the buds are already gigantic i can't wait to see how they will be at harvest time. She demands a lot of water, the smell that is starting to popping out is amazing. I have to think some way to sustain those buds because they will be heavy, any suggestion? beside the trellis net cause i have to put the pot outside the box to water.

They got moved into the 4x4 with the jimmy rigged 180w quantum board light built from ceiling tile grid. The tnb co2 is newish but I gotta get the heat up and bring in a more powerful light to take full advantage.

I had to bring her back inside this week. She was still growing in the greenhouse, but stuck in preflower. She was getting taller and taller with no budlets in sight. Hhmmm i wonder??? You guessed right, SHE IS A PHOTO PERIOD! FXCK! so i had to take my Zkittles that was in preflower outside earlier than i wanted, in order to make room for this huge lemonberry haze that i had to start 12-12 on. Three days of 12-12 is starting to give me pistols....so she IS NOT an auto. She is still GROWING, and the 2 main tops are getting close to the leds. I had to tie her down using pipe cleaners and the tent frame. I sure do hope she doesn't get to much taller. I don't want the leds to burn her up, as i cannot raise them anymore. The LEDS are zip tied directly to the tent support frame and the support lines have been double looped to half their original hanging length. There is not much more i can do but start tying her down to the tent poles. THIS GIRL IS GOING TO BE A MONSTER YALL! Stay tuned! Other than the inconvenience of it being a photo, if i can pull this off with the limited space i have, she should yield HEAVY.

Hey now! So after 8 days of drying, and 6 days of curing, I just tried the Sour Diesel in a glass water pipe, and she is freaking amazing. She burns nice and slow, with thick clouds of smoke, and tastes exactly like she should, like a sour/citrus/fuel with a very nice aftertaste. I ended up with less than 20% of wet weight, but I am so ecstatic with the quality, I could freaking care less! I have a fantasy football draft on Saturday night, and I can't wait for the rest of my league to sample her! I had so much fun with this grow, from constructing the watering/draining system, to learning more about photography and video, to meeting everyone in this community, and finally to smoking Nugs that I actually grew! They took a long time to grow and mature 10 months in all. They produced amazing flowers with a genuine high. Left a lot to be desired in flavour profile however not awful to smoke. Would grow again for sure as they were a high yielding, ‘set and forget’ type of strain easy and resilient enough to grow and highly impressive to see grown outdoor.

So far no real issues. Started some pruning and training this week. Also fimmed her. Will trim the top leaves soon as she gets some more foliage elsewhere.

Made multiple mistakes on first grow but it seems they are surviving any tips will be helpful. Mistakes - 1)putting 4 plants in one bucket don't know how that will play out. 2) left window open at night temp was low for night. 3) didn't provide enough light they were under one cfl bulb till now.

By the start of the week I’ve noticed magnesium deficiency on plant A and B, so I started adding Biobizz Calmag on Froglord’s kind recommendation. Otherwise I started slow defoliation process and I’m currently removing around two leaves per day. Plants definitely grew larger than expected but I’m not mad :D. They’re taking a bit longer, but it should be worth it. I’m expecting harvest on plants C and D soon.
