More Incredible Developments this week! I started adding General Hydroponics Bud on the first watering of the third week of flower - it has resulted in some surprisingly big and fast growth over the past week. You can see from going to the previous week and this one, the bud sites seem to just getting fatter and searching out for their neighbors above and below them with the white pistils - I know I keep saying this but as a lifetime cannabis user, this is the first time I have had the opportunity to watch my own garden closely through the entire plants development and life cycle, and so far this is VERY exciting and entertaining to see the developments each day. The topping and LST techniques I used (no experience, only watching videos and researching) have resulted in my plants taking on almost a bowl or basket shape, where the outside branches have reached far far above the middle canopy during their "final stretch" or first week or two of flowering. Now, the middle of all of my plants have numerous smaller bud sites that are developing - I am looking forward to how the lower canopy buds develop! I am currently watering them every other day - 8 cups of water each. This past week I increased their water intake from 6 cups to 8 cups - So far I am seeing no sign of stress in any way shape or form - only VERY happy plants working on bulking up on their flowers. I plan on letting them do their thing and working on maintaining their environment so it stays consistent. Definitely a big increase in smell this week - the Cherry Gorilla x Sol Sonic seem to be moving along and bulking up a little more than the GMO. When picking leaves off the GMO, I can already start to smell and recognize hints of the tremendous gas garlic stank I have been looking forward to - Appreciate the Likes and Follows! 3/14: Came back from a 4 day vacation to a lot of dry, wilted, dead leaves on Amnesia. Trainwreck is super starved as well. My automatic watering system didn't kick on, and the humidifier ran out of water within 24 hours, so there's that. It may be for the better though, as the PH of the nutrients had risen to 7.5. I tossed that mix, and made another 2 gallons of half strength nutes, molasses and epsom salt. I watered them both to runoff, and now I'll wait for Amnesia to prioritize which leaves she thinks are worth saving, and then I'll defoliate the dead ones. Hopefully trainwreck will just bounce back to green. She needed to be defoliated anyway, so this situation makes it easier for me to find the dead leaves. Edit: Came back to feed the last of the nutes and decided to pluck the crispy goners. I found that pulling the leaf stem downward will make the most dead leaves fall right off, allowing me to test a majority of the leaves and give Amnesia a major haircut. Luckily I left a lot of leaves from prior defoliation, as Amnesia REALLY sucked them dry. 3/15: Amnesia looks no worse for wear than last night. Trainwreck as well. Went ahead and pulled as many dead leaves off Trainwreck as I could. Some leaves were a mix of crispy brown and healthy green, which I think is pretty goofy, so I avoided taking any green fans but removed the crispy ones. The colors of the leaves around the buds are really fun to look at. 3/16: Amnesia is starting to SHED her dead leaves, allowing me to pick the leaves with almost no effort. I tested as many leaves as I could, giving another haircut. I would say this isn't a good thing, but since it's my first grow, I'm rolling with it. As long as Amnesia keeps the buds and its nearest leaves alive, it will slowly grow, albeit stunted. I'm not sure if this condition will cause it to finish sooner, but I'm going to need to watch the trichomes under a microscope every couple of days just in case she's ready for harvest. Trainwreck looks about the same as it did before. No new leaves are ready to be removed there yet. 3/19: Amnesia is still shedding leaves, but also bulking up. Trainwreck is slowly bulking up, and turning purple as well! Going to keep an eye on Amnesia's trichomes. Edit: because amnesia is yellowing so much, and because it's been 5 days, I'm going to feed both plants a quarter strength nutrient mix just in case I've been overfeeding them somehow.

Alrighty, guys and gals it's another res change and another opportunity to make mistakes haha. All in all, I actually got a lot of helpful advice through the questions forum so a big shout out to anyone that helped with those issues. Unfortunately with the rest of the canopy being somewhat the same height, I decided to leave the lights on 100%. I can't raise them any higher and I just have to better in veg when it comes to keeping the canopy even and encouraging bud sites. I'm super tempted to trim up the top big fan leaves but I honestly am not sure if it would help any at this point in time. I'm looking forward to giving the buds more time to grow though and I'm hoping a surprise myself with a great turnout. I'm still at a loss for when to harvest as far as what to look for with the buds aesthetically. I've heard the trichomes cloudy bit so many times but I guess I just cant tell if I should harvest what's larger done and cloudy then harvest the rest later etc.

6/19/2024 this plant is short and stinky as fuck even as a cutting. Excited for this next run I'm doing. The last clones from this nursery, were the rs11 and purple octane and those were phenomenal. Let's see where this goes yall 6/25 been staring at her trying to envision how to go about training or topping. She's short and the lower branches are fairly prominent and reaching close to main stem. I will probably Top her after she starts growing regularly and gives me some more to work with.

Weekly update. Sorry it was a late update this week I was out of town (Bizcon2024). Wow have they grown, I'd say doubling in size. I've upped the watering to 1000ml daily, this week I'll do a major defoliation and lollipoping. All in all Happy Growing

This week the strawberry pie has come along fine, she is as low as i can get her and has probably finished stretching. All 4 strains in the tent are quite close in development still. Notes Day 50 manually feed this weeks nutes Day 51 nothing Day 52 nothing Day 53 autofeed water. Day 54 nothing Day 55 autofeed this weeks nutes Day 56 big defoliation. 538 ppfd, 34.8 DLi. Took me about 3 hours to take everything off. Looking forward to the next half of flower. Grape slurpee is the only one with trichs so far. And they smell super sweet already. Wish me luck.

3rd time trying to write this diary entry and maybe if grow diaries feels like it you will be able to read this entry... [rant over] What a great week all 3 skywalkers are growing well, a lot of pistils and the first trichomes are already popping out. No sign of stress after pulling the ScrOG at the start of the week. I kept an eye for hermies and no sign of it. To the nutrients Plagron's Green Sensation and Power Buds have been added, I keep it at 1ml/L as recommended. The past week I fed 3times with nutrients and in between about 1L Water/plant.
