Week 9: Post-Vacation Bloom & Humidity Vigilance Update: 22.07.2025 | Day 70 Back from vacation - ladies made huge progress! Weather shifted from hot/sunny to rainy/humid (22°C). Mold prevention is now top priority. Strain Check: Green Crack Developed beautifully but has fewest bud sites by far. Buds thicker than others - constant humidity checks essential. Gorgeous structure with spot-on mango aroma. Resin queen: sticky like flypaper to the touch. At least 2 weeks to go. Forbidden Runtz Looks fantastic with the best fragrance of the trio. Resin production accelerating, but buds show slight foxtailing (heat stress from previous weeks?). Solid 15-20 bud sites. Should finish in ~2 weeks. Bruce Banner Still the star with perfect even canopy. 20+ long candle-like buds forming. Resin/smell least developed but has 3-4 weeks left. Critical: Defoliation for airflow to prevent mold in this humidity. Critical Actions: -Daily inspection for curled leaves inside buds (early mold sign) - Reduced Bokashi feeding (1:150 weekly) - Strategic defoliation: Remove only touching leaves - LST adjustments to increase branch spacing - Morning stem shakes to dislodge moisture Stay blazing, keep growing! After 4 days of heavy rain, the first mold appeared... So I spent about 18 hours searching for plants and picking out mold with tweezers After last year's experience with another seed bank, I expected the plants to be very affected by mold, but I have to say that Fast Buds genetics coped very well! Mold appear mainly on blisters to which the stem of the leaf leads water, which then collects between the stem and the blister I trimmed the plants more so that the air flows better and that water does not stick to them The plants look healthy and the flowers are gaining strength Especially the dark purple phenotypes look very dense and hard. it also looks very resistant to mold Very pleasant sweet fruity scent I haven't seen my children for 3 days, it's raining extremely ... the last time I was chased out by swarms of ants in the early evening, I've never experienced this before, there were maybe a million of them and they sat on me and on the plants I'm finally going to visit them tomorrow, I expect I'll have a lot of work to do with mold and I hope the swarms of ants haven't harmed them in any way

Hi Growmies So here we have it , the end is nigh !. After and interesting 99 Days from seed and 70 days in their flowering phase of an expected 63. It is not unusual to pass the stated times and even early harvest on occasions so I am not hung up about the timing and is another reason that I use the trichromes as a guide to the right time to pull them. The #1 has definitely reached her harvest window now with some Amber tricks now being visible on checking. She looks so sweet now and I did begin to trim her up a little before I started the update pics. I do plan on using the bowl trimmer for speed this run and will video how it goes for the next update. I hate trim-jail so will use the spinner to help. Some of the buds look a bit small low down and I expect drying will shrink them to a Nug but all adds to final yield. I am not too stoked about the overall bud sizes and suspect the products did have an effect on that outcome for me but tje quality and number are its saving grace . The #2 Lady is looking chunkier than her sister although not as big in footprint. Her trichromes are beginning to cloud now so I expect at least another week before her harvest is due #3 is the most impressive for looks and appeal for sure. , she is covered in medium sized colas amd has some of the purpled leaves that the strain is known for. She is also as frosty as hell to highlight her even more. Like #2 she needs the ripening time now so I expect next update to be the final before harvest results. It has been a simple grow with no real dramas to contend with. Thanks for riding along with me. Be well.

Las flores no son para nada llamativas, una variedad más cruzada con rudelaris, que para mi gusto es perder el tiempo y el dinero invertido en cultivar cosas así… no merece la pena en interior, el ratio de gramo watio se me quedó en 0.5 , de los no peores resultados que tuve en los últimos 5 años. a sido una genética con la que no disfruté nada cultivarla, es complicada, es bastante sensible. Parece que ha terminado de estirar. Practico una defoliación intensa para airear los futuros cogollos y dejar mas espacio en el cuarto de cultivo. Agrupo de nuevo las macetas en su lugar optimo para asi rellenar por completo la carpa @marshydro. Me quedé algo corto de nutrientes pero estoy muy contento con los resultados, cada vez le voy encontrando mas su punto optimo. Siempre es mejor quedarse corto que pasarse.

After germinating the seeds are transplanted into small pots with soil (see tutorial in VIDEO above). The soil is prepared with water mixed with a little bit of BIO NOVA Roots (0,5 ml/l), which aids the development of the seedling. Transplanting is very easy now, because they have grown a STRAIGHT tap-root while hanging during the SERIOUS' WAY of germination. This straight root allows for easy potting of the seeds. Simply make a little hole in the center of the soil with your pinky finger and carefully place the germinated seed with the white root pointing DOWNWARDS into the hole. Best is to lay it onto one side-wall of the hole with the seed shell right at the surface. Then I push the other side inwards and enclose the whole root with soil. At the end only the top of the seed-shell peeks out of the soil. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT to plant the seeds NOT TO DEEP into the soil. The seedling only needs extra strength to work itself upwards thru the soil and you run the risk of the soil drying out and the seed dying off. When you PLANT THE SEED VERY SHALLOW into the soil (=with the top of the seed-shell still peeking out) your seedling can grow out right away and you have a small plant already 24 hours after putting the seed into the soil. The small seedling sometimes still has the seed-shell on its 'head', it normally falls off by itself, but sometimes you have to carefully help and take it off with your finger nails. Be careful to NOT clip of the seedling accidentally when you do this! The seed-shall has an inner lining, which feeds the small seedling when it germinates. This inner lining sometimes gets tangled around the stem of the small seedling after the shell has fallen off. This little skin MUST be taken off the stem right away! Once it dries up, it gets hard and can strangulate the seedling around the stem. In order to avoid this, the skin must be taken off as soon as possible! I show it in the pics above and also made a video about taking off the inner lining of the seed.

8/21/24. Going into week 8 flower Are we there yet? Haha.. no. Day 57 out of stated 70. 13 days? Hmmm I don’t know. I thought she might go longer than that, BUT now I think it’ll be less. I suspect another week and she’ll be ready. Appearance wise, I’d say she’s pretty much there.. trichomes say other wise. Still quite a bit of clear with the start of milky coming. It’s all gonna be about ripening now. Water/fed her today. She’s yellowing heavily or I would have already stopped. I’m guessing this is just her type of fade. No real colors going other than yellow. Maybe that’s because she’s a banana 😄 I increased the light to 80% a couple days ago just to be a pushy bitch. I’ll decrease it way down to probably about 40-50% in a few days because I like to do that when they’re finishing up to help bring temperature down and I think it makes them wrap it up. These pictures don’t do justice to the fatness of these buds. They’re obese and not ashamed. Body positivity with this girl. Somehow some of the buds have suicided. Aka jumped out of their spot in the trellis and tried to hit the floor. I can’t do anything about it really. Can’t reach them and can’t be bothered. Smell? Skunky rotten fruity…idk. And coffee? You can smell it through the place and maybe at the neighbors LOL Wellp. Waiting game now. See yuh next time ✌️

Overall nice strain the line has obviously been stress tested as she held up amazingly during a heat wave that saw temp rising to 33c at the worst. Would recommend to anyone who enjoys the old skool skunky terp profile and is looking for something abit milder in effect but still leaves you feeling nice and high.
