3/22: I’m really just loving her structure she’s perfect. Can’t wait till I get my Optic 4 XL’s this upcoming week and see what that does to her, I’m starting to see the 1st hairs since flipping....it sucks ordering something and then have to wait a month and a 1/2 For something because it’s extremely back ordered. 3/25: As I keep saying I’m really digging her structure I’m not gonna be really doing much with her until harvest she’s a beast she’s the biggest medicine plant I’ve grown thus far. I finally got the notification of my Optic 4XLs being shipped so now I can get the real growing on and get rid of this cheap Chinese blurple.

I have had a blast growing this plant inside this LEAF unit. There was very little I had to do in order to have so much plant. I cannot wait to add another diary with some more grows. The smell of the plant is incredible and will only get better. The smoke is gentle, and it actually leaves a Minty feeling in your mouth, this was surprising but really cool given the name of the plant. #1 stretched a good amount and has great structure and normal growth. #2 is a mutant I put up some mutations on the fan leaves that look pretty cool. Tough structure to work with it's short and has strange internodes. Everything is healthy as it could be right now. The heater made such a big difference I couldn't be happier with how these are growing at this point hopefully it keeps up. Been removing fan leaves here and there but I'm trying to hold off until day 21 and I might give them all a pretty heavy leaf strip. I read something saying defoliate heavy on day 21 and 42 to increase yields so I might give that a shot. These lights are the real deal I got a meter and even tho I barely know how to read it I'm getting much better canopy penetration and the flexibility of having 4 separate units instead of 2 is going to come in handy. Soon I will put all the shorter plants on one side and tall on the other and adjust the lights accordingly. Grapewalker kush are booming the one that sprouted already topped I decided to go with main lined kind of training it's gone to a lovely shape , may even put in the scrog who knows The gold glue all I'm gonna say is the topping went down a treat , it has formed really thick stems and branches and seems to be quite tall hopefully this and training will unleash the beast

Had a small issue this week where temp dropped a bit, I was on vacation for a few days and a window got left open to the room the tent is in. The room got down to 62f with the lights on. lights off temp wasn't much cooler. I noticed some canoeing on leaves near the center of the room, I am hoping this was just caused by the temperature stress that happened by the sudden drop. I fixed the temp and issue and it should be back to normal. Trichome's look great under microscope. Getting tightly packed and very cloudy, very little amber color at this point. Cheese #1 Has swelled up quite a bit over the last 5 days, The buds on it are noticeably larger than the ones on Cheese #2 I have moved the led light to cast more on cheese #2 in hopes to get the buds on it to catch up to #1 Still dealing with small calcium deficiencies, I will do a light flush this week of 1/2 strength nutrients and Cal at 6.5 Mid Weekupdate: Flushed plants with 1/3rd nutrient dose and full strength cal mag. Adjusted ph. to 6.5 to allow for better uptake of calcium. The calcium issue isnt bad just some small spotting but I am trying to get ahead of it as there is supposed to be 4 weeks left on the strain. The buds have started to tighten and get more dense. Hairs are about 40% red, some are receding into the bud. Smells like citrus.

I was not going to make a diary on this plant because it’s my first time outdoor growing and didn’t want to embarrass myself if I went wrong lol but this girl needs to be seen! She’s an absolute beast and there’s still another 3/4 weeks till it started stretching during pre flower, I’ve only ever worked auto flowers indoors and usually they end up a quarter the size of this plant and I average around 60/100g per plant, I am so excited to see what this bad girl will produce :D I’ll update each week peace people happy growing :)

It’s-a-growing... Not too stoked on how quick the top layer of soil is drying out with the hot weather. Definitely see a decrease in predator mite activity on the surface... hopefully they’re still busy down below. I added straw to help keep the upper layer from drying out... This decrease in beneficial bug activity could also be from switching to tap water... I did some rain water from my barrel to begin with, but got scared of pathogens because I know crows take lunch breaks on my roof and their scraps definitely means rodents coming in to clean up 😩 The tap water has no chloramide in it, so that’s a good thing. Hopefully my tiny air pump and stones bubbling a 5 gallon bucket for 24 hours gets rid of enough chlorine to keep the micro biological ecosytem in balance 🙏

This week I started the OG SPRING. I never used this technique before but it looks pretty cool hopefully it works.

This week we increased the quantity of fertilizers and transplanted it into a 5 liter container. Next week we will start LST. The total height decreases due to the transplant. We use mycorrhizal fungi (Mykos) in the transplant.
