Week 1 of flower in the books and they’re all stretching nicely. Root mass is in good shape and starting to conform to the Rez walls so it’s gett’n tangled in there. We’ll move over to full bloom nutes in the coming week and hopefully cotton balls within the next 2. Alls good for now.

Welcome to the second week, the plants continue to grow steadily and healthy. The temperature in the tent is a steady between 22 and 25 degree Celsius. I am beginning to add my nutrients to the water. I use Canna, I always start with the CalMag additive, and from there i add the proper nutrient for the plants current phase. Its a bit difficult to type in the exact values of what I use in the diary, so I will have it exactly written in the Week comments most likely. I prepare a 10L watering can, there i add CalMag, and after that Terra Vega. As this is the first dose for the plants, i start off easy with 8ml/10L, that water should suffice for the next two days. After that is used up, I will raise that continuously. Im happy with how they are growing. Thanks for everyone who’s tuning in and have a good day :)

📋 Nach 16 Wochen Gesamtlaufzeit ist heute der Tag der Ernte für die Mimosa x Orange Punch von Barneys Farm gekommen. Die Pflanzen stehen voll im Harz und haben ihr biologisches Ziel erreicht. Ich beende den Run punktgenau und bereite alles für die Trocknung vor. Die Genetik hat über die gesamte Zeit eine beeindruckende Stabilität gezeigt und liefert jetzt zum Abschluss genau das optische Bild, das man von einer Top-Sorte erwartet. 🌡️ Die klimatischen Bedingungen in der Zielgeraden waren stabil und auf den Punkt. Der CO2-Wert lag im Schnitt bei 736 ppm, was den Pflanzen geholfen hat, die Blütenmasse bis zum letzten Tag kompakt zu halten. Maßnahmen gab es diese Woche außer der Kontrolle der Werte keine mehr, die Pflanzen haben nur noch ihr restliches Wasser verbraucht. 📸 Ein Blick auf die Fotos zeigt den hervorragenden Zustand der Buds. Die Blütenstruktur ist extrem dicht und zeigt die typische kompakte Form mit leichten Ausstülpungen an den Spitzen. Die Harzproduktion ist massiv, die Trichome überziehen nicht nur die Blüten, sondern auch die Zuckerblätter wie eine dichte Schicht aus Puderzucker. Farblich hat die Pflanze ein wunderschönes Spektrum von tiefem Violett bis fast Schwarz in den Blättern entwickelt, was einen starken Kontrast zu den hellen, harzigen Blüten bildet. Die Stempel sind fast vollständig braun und zurückgezogen, was das Ende des Reifeprozesses markiert. In der Nahaufnahme sieht man, dass die Trichomköpfe perfekt milchig mit ersten bernsteinfarbenen Einschlägen sind. ✂️ Jetzt geht es in den Trockenraum. Die Buds sind beim Zerlegen extrem klebrig und verströmen ein schweres Aroma von Zitrusfrüchten und süßem Treibstoff. Die Dichte der Blüten ist beeindruckend, da gibt nichts nach, wenn man sie leicht zusammendrückt. Die nächsten Tage verbringen sie bei kühlen Temperaturen und kontrollierter Luftfeuchtigkeit, bevor es ans Curen geht. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Harzbesatz und der allgemeinen Vitalität bis zum letzten Tag. Das Ergebnis im Glas wird sicher ein Genuss.

This week has a fun surprise, Of the two seedlings I operated on as they where growing sideways in the medium one of them survived. It is quite small and is is going to be playing catch up all grow so may move it outdoors in the summer and just clone the shit out of it if I like the way the other plants go. Also if it bounces back fast I could try and incorporate it into the SCROG. but I kinda have my mind set on just three plants. Also starting a lot of my hot pepper in this tent with the Honey Mints, hopefully they will pop up in the next week or so and get good sized before they need to be transplanted outside in 8-10 weeks. Their seeds always take so long. Other then that plants are looking good and healthy. The bigger one has a bit of leave warping, nothing to worrying as its not progressed or gotten worse, likely from me giving it a bit to much water trying to flush out the high EC from before. Other then that nothing else to report, thinking of doing an early top on them to mainline all 3 of them. Ya comenzamos con el lavado! Flawless para terminar con un buen sabor y buena ceniza! Tratamos de bajar la EC lo mas cercano a 0 que pueda. Esta es la ultima semana antes del corte, asi llegamos a las fiestas con flores secas y frescas! Muy contento por como se ha dado todo este ciclo, pero con muchas ganas de corregir ciertas cositas que he ido aprendiendo en este cultivo, muy agradecido con la planta y con este aprendizaje! Felicidad absoluta En la expocannabis de Uruguay pude analizar 2 muestras, f5 y f2. El f5 tiene mayor thc y mas % de terpenos! Mas presencia de limoneno, luego linalol y un poco de myrceno! Mientras el F2 tiene mas presencia de Myrceno, limoneno y linalol. Menos thc que f5 y menos terps, esto ya es otro nivel! Entender quimicamente como esta tu flor, esto otro juego! Saludos Jardin33ro

Been a good week no signs of shock at all. I have only been watering them with Mills Vitilize silica supplement , i think ive been doing 1 mls per gallon, slowly increasing the dosage. topped 2 plants in here , now am i wishing i did it for some of the others . Day 1 for all of these was the 03-08-24

Pics taken right before chop, currently hanging for the next 8-12 days and then a cure for a good few weeks. Pictures speak for themselves, I had high temps, supercropped the help out of them and yet are still the nicest looking bud I have ever grown since I started in 2003. Can’t wait to test how they smoke. I have two phenos but off to buy some more to do a more in depth pheno hunt.

Flowering is really stunned in this very cold weather, still a fun thought seeing my plant still alive while all the tree already have lost their leaves. Today i chopped the remaining branches on my right maincola, the left will stay 1 to 3 more weeks, im gonna push that one with all the risk of every risk🤗 i wett trimmed the branches again and hanged them, after i took away the first drying batch from 10 days ago. I weighted that what was still hanging at 49 grams dry weight, adding up to a total of 64 grams so far... Im guessing the total amount of dry weight on this plant will be around 300 grams unfortunately... If this would have flowered lets say 1,5 month earlier( like it was fking expecter to do!!!) It would have made a kilo for sure

Hmm, now the peat and coco are looking quite different. The coco plants have thicker stems, but they also look like they could still use a bit higher EC. On day 14 I watered the peat plants and did some defoliating, that's what you can see in the pictures. There's not a whole lot to see yet, but I really like this plant already. I'm having positive experience with coco. the peat plants got 1.7 EC water with 2.2-2.7 EC runoff (1100-1350 ppm), 6,5 ph The coco plants got 2.0 EC water with 1.4-1.7 EC runoff (700-850 ppm), 5.5 ph as per the recommendation by plagron
