7/12: Back from Vacay. Plant has doubled in size. Definitely has been drinking. Drunk a half gallon in 4 days. Started nutrient schedule. Refilled reservoir with half gallon of nutes that I mixed in a gallon jug then split to a half gallon jug. Poured whole half gal jug of treated water in reservoir which brought it back to the first line (2 Gallons). Bumped light intensity to 40%. ***** For this Grow****** “Day Air Temperature” will be the max temp of tent for the week. “Substrate Temperature” will be the average temp of tent for the week. “Night Air Temperature” will be the lowest temp of the tent for the week.

Dramatic weather here, 2 violent storms have hitted my tent without mayor damages. I've bought a high density polyethylene film from farmer supplier, God blessed for this choice. Strong. But I've made a great mistake on Thursday because I was very busy cropping and curing Royal Gorilla that I've forget to water the sisters. I've watered them on Friday just before I started putting up the tent and the storm started with 90% humidity. It has become a tropical greenhouse, so to avoid mold disasters I drilled some side holes and raised the lower edge. Fortunately, on Saturday my little ones managed to dry themselves well thanks to a little sun and a dry wind. I've learned the lesson. Now that weather is a little bit better but colder I've realised that my plants now love to live under a greenhouse, flowering is accelerating. Saturday check after the storm, bud by bud, revealed to me a single rot spot on minor side branch completely obscured by upper buds and fully soaked by water. I've removed the affected part carefully, no metastases around. Some branches start to bend down by weight, buds are enormous. Now under the greenhouse plant is restarting to flower well, as notorious Special Kush don't like too much sudden changes of temperature. Do not want to repeat mistakes done with Royal Gorilla so the plant will be cropped only when 100% ready, not a minute before, not a minute, I think on Wednesday or Thursday if dry. We are talking about of more than a pound of shit! P. S. need some help from you guys to trim Royal Gorilla, need to smoke less, that shit has no respect! 😁😎

Hey hey everybody! We are back here this week at the beginning of week 13 and it is almost that time… time to flip? ….I wish…. No, no…. I am trying to be good but I think I came up with a plan that will give me a rough idea of when I will see that light at the end of the tunnel- or we’ll at least flip that light to 12/12 haha- No no it is almost Christmas and things have been crazy over here. With the holiday madness upon us, I can’t tell all of you how much I have appreciated the relative silence (you know how it is, there are multiple fans running) time seems to slow down and it just us and the plants. Quite enjoyable. So as you already know, we are going to be on coast until we fill out the rest of that 3x3 scrog net- however just today on my way into work, I came up with what might be my new definitive plan… I have had a bit of trouble waiting, no doubt it will be worth the wait, but the wait has been difficult none the less… so here it is.. Here’s what I’m thinking- I have this going and I also have some fastbuds growing in the same area. What I am most likely going to do- is wait until it’s time for the fastbuds to come down to open up some space in the 5x5 and the rock candy cake can have all that space to herself- I will shift the scrog into the center of the tent and then flip the light schedule to 12/12 and let it run wild- it’s at this point I will most likely employ a more hands off approach so it can focus all of its energy on producing buds worthy of such a wait. The canopy is getting pretty lush and I really need to get in there and defoliate- I really lucked out, today was the last day I had to work until after Christmas so you KNOW I will be in there tomorrow plucking away at leaves (strategically of course) half kidding I’m probably still a whirlwind compared to some, but I’ve noticed- especially when it comes to autos, that my leaf selection has become much more refined when defoliating. PROBABLY gonna see a BIT less of that tomorrow as I have to open up the canopy but I still plan on being careful. Something else that was super cool who may not be following along with the other journal, happened oddly enough just the other day when I was doing dishes- I was scrubbing away with my phone all propped up so I could watch/listen to dude grows. And I heard the dude mention a contest on their website that I had entered… of course my ears perked up, I leaned in a little closer to take a look and was thinking to myself how cool it would be, even to see my picture in the background and sure enough there it was and they brought it up and commented on the submission and seemed to be genuinely enthused by it and let me tell you I am STILL riding high off that one! One thing that was cool too was a rep at a nutrient company had seen that and congratulated me as well and it was again just so cool and I’m honored to have been on there! I listen to them practically everyday at work- yeah words are not doing it justice right now but I was stoked!!! Other than that, the holidays are practically upon us so I’d imagine it’ll be a whole lot of family activity with a side of unintentional neglect that I plan on keeping to an absolute minimum because we are right around the corner from some excitement in that tent- that thing is going to be HUGE! So we have that to look forward to! Excited Transplanted into 1 gal and added (too) much myko powder. 6/23 she completely drooped and is showing signs of stress or shock. 6/25bent her in half. She was starting to harden off(up?) But I wasn't sure what I wanted to do with her yet. I knew I was going to train or top or something. She wouldn't become much more than a single cola and a handful of buds(I assume). Either way I can shape her up as we go. 🙈🙉🙊 6/24/24 applied veg nutes. Terp tea grow 711. A single tsp or 5 ml per gallon of substrate. I need to remember to add uprising foundation as well

I did not top this girl, yet. Her top lowers started catching up to the top so I didn’t want to stop her yet lol. But all in all she’s looking healthy.

Thus, I've switch my 250w CFL for a Mars Hydro ts1000, heat increase to 24°C, I add 1ml of top bud in my water, buds have grown a lot and I can see some trichomes

This strain is total fire, in organic soil it was amazing and now in coco it looks just as good but bigger buds. Beautiful bud colour, chunky buds and unique smell. Top shelf bud🔥

Last few days then starting flush. I didn't have as much time I was hoping this past month so I wasn't able to give them the attention they deserve but none the less they are going to turn out just fine. Thanks for all the kind comments from everyone, much appreciated 😁

Day 31 - 38 (Day 32) I’m going to lower the humidity in the room to 55-60. Still no bananas but I’m still quite worried about #3 fully popping and ruining my whole crop. Since there is a good chance it’s going to herm, I’m going to give it with a small feeding today and watch it like a hawk this week. I think the boost actually made a decent difference in #5 from last week. I’m seeing slightly fatter main colas but that could just be from less topping/smaller plant or less nitrogen. I’ve decided to push my luck and give a boost to each plant. These things just aren’t filling out like they should. They look like they are on day 23 not 33. I’m going to top dress 3 tablespoons of 1-4-2 Destiny launch and later tonight I’m going to water in a low strength feeding of 0-0-15 kelp extract. I’m going to give a final heaping tablespoon of nature’s pride bloom to #5 so it can stretch to the end. I’m also going to lower the lights by a few inches. The tallest cola is now about 13 inches away and the rest of the canopy is at about 18–24. If I see signs of light stress I’ll raise it back up but I’m sure it could use the extra light on the lowers. (Day 33) I’ve been reading that bigger plants just take longer to mature and that’s probably why my plant hasn’t fully filled out or is about a week behind. I still could have done a better job defoliating some of the smaller larf branches on the bottom which just robs the good branches of energy. The more I think about it, the more I think I did a very poor job of defoliating the middle canopy. I’m still seeing lots of larf and small buds on the inside not getting much light. I’m still really worried about herms after finding that branch so I don’t want to stress them anymore. Removing suckers now is pointless. I missed my window of opportunity and now I have to deal with it. I’m going to slide an old DVD player underneath #6 to bring it up to canopy level. It’s lower buds are definitely not getting enough light. (Day 34) Ever since lowering the light, the canopy has gotten a few degrees warmer. I’ve noticed the buds don’t feel as sticky on top compared to the lower tucked branches that feel almost wet with resin. Outdoor weed grown in my climate will never reach the temperature where it degrades resin luckily. (Day 36) The buds are definitely swelling but not to the degree I want. Call me picky but I prefer my nugs as chunky as possible. I’m seeing lots of pistils but not much nug matter. Ive heard too many pistils can be caused by the overuse of alfalfa, kelp and seaweed extracts because of the natural PGR’s in them. I’m definitely going to reduce the amount of that stuff I use next round. I hope I’m just wrong and this tent is going to really fatten up this week but I have my doubts. (Day 37) A purple fade is starting on the underside of every plant except the bush who still is super dark green still. Last watering I got a nice amount of runoff so I’m just going to leave her until the end. I’m seeing a bit of yellowing on #5. I’m going to give it one final full strength feeding plus some rock dust and oyster shell tomorrow and that’s a wrap for nutrients. I might as well hit everything else with a final low strength 0-0-15 too. (Day 38) I’m amazed at how much this stuff smells compared to my last round. It smells very earthy and floral with a hint of pine. Definitely not that gassy smelling pine but more of a sweet pine.

Everything is going great I'm more worried about the chocolate haze. Mango haze. White widow they arent as big didn't start with the same nutrients but ive altered them to be the same hopefully they'll speed up

This is a great strain from a great seed company in Canada, 34 street seeds. I have had great results from germination to harvest with their strains and these Cookies are no different. Nice tight nugs, some great tasting hard hitting smoke 💨 They grew easily enough, no disease or weirdness that couldn’t be solved by proper NPK. This would be a great strain for beginners looking for an easy harvest, with some good bud to show. I definitely did not maximize the potential of this strain this go around, but I still have 2 seeds from the 5 and it will make it back to my garden again. ❤️🇨🇦😎💨

**** Week 12 growth - February 27 to March 5, 2021 - Week 4 Flower ***** These two girls are getting frosty and pheno 1 stacking up beautifully. The second pheno does a funny thing with growing horizontal leaves when happy and not point way up😃 Light intensity increased this week. Pushed up to 525 watts and then to 550 watts at the end of the week. This got the a little hot by the end of the week though. Working with a new light and finding the sweet spots takes a run or two. Learning how the girls grow anyway so the whole run is a lot of learning......its all good😀 Nutrients were pushed a little at the end of last week and the start of this week so backing off a bit more again. Given that they were pushed with light intensity they started showing some signs of nutrient issues. It’s good though as there is reaction time and back off to plain water feed for a couple of days at the end of the week and into week 5. Week 5 is going to be the start of the last stage of flower feed and work with that for two weeks, then stop feeding at the end of week 6........the plan so far anyway. Mimosa is longer strain though so they may get another week.👍 Little more detail....... Feb 27/21 - Day 22 - big feed day - all IPP line plus silica @ 1ml, CalMag @ 1ml, Rezin @ 1.5ml, enzymes @ 1.5ml - 1650ppm and 6.1pH - 4L for MM1 and 3L for MM2 - MM2 grows some horizontal leaves at the top. - MM1 is swelling and getting frost now!!💪😎 Feb 28/21 - Day23 - Microbe day but also added some CalMag - 3L for MM1 and 2L for MM2 - Natures Candy @ 1.5ml, Recharge @ 1/2 tsp/gal, Magnifical @ 1.5ml, Micro @ 1ml, Bloom 1.5ml, Terpinator @ 2ml - 950 ppm and 6.0pH - leaf colour almost looks light today. Mar 1/21 - Day 24 - dry out day. Mar 2/21 - Day 25 - plain water - 300ppm and 6.1 pH - 4L in MM1 and 3L in MM2 - light power pushed up to 550 watts today. - (too much from 16” to 20”........note!!) Mar 3/21 - Day 26 - plain water with two suppliiments - 4L for MM2 and 2.5L for MM2. - Terpinator @ 3ml, Rezin @ 2ml. - 525ppm & 6.0pH - stripped some leaves today......sticky in the middle😃😃👍👍 Mar 4/21 - Day 27 - no water added today - light power reduced today 450 watts. - been going too hard with intensity. Seeing leaf curl on other girls in the tent. - MM2 is showing light stress or Potassium deficiency.....related to CalMag?? - joys of diagnosing cannabis😂 - starting with backing off light and reduce ppm going in but not the ml👍 Mar 5/21 - Day 28 - hit with microbes again to help with stresses. - recharge @ 1 tsp/gal, Nature’s Candy @ 1.5ml - 375ppm and 6.0pH - 3L for MM1 and 2.5L for MM2 Moving right along we are through 4 weeks now and moving past the middle of flower.

Things are going well in this grow . The plants are growing a little slower then I would like them too but they are still alive and kicking and thats what I like too see . CheesyHeadband#2 seems to be doing some funny things she hasnt come out with her whole set of leaf yet makes me wounder if shes stunted of possibly dwarfed only time will tell tho ! Other then that no complaints coming from me this week things are going well and Im starting to look forward to these lady's growing up :) I'd like to thank everyone for stopping in and checking out the diary .
