Hello Growers and Tokers! 👋 👩‍🌾 🧑‍🌾.🔥💨 As soon as I walk into my grow room I can smell them and when I open the tent it's a slap in the face. Though it's a lovely slap it isn't gentle, it's a 'where've you been?' slap. A 'welcome to Caramel city' slap. 😂😂 Jokes aside. This strain's aroma has me "Enamorado". Pictures taken day 42 of flower. The Green Sensation seems to be doing it's job. Buds are really starting to fatten up fast and are looking very very luscious. I should have started using it in week 4 so I'm a week late on that. *Made a little reminder for the next run.* I can't seem to get a good shot of the buds but i'm working on it. Let's see if for next week I can get a good close up. In flower I water with nutrients in every feed and every 10 days or so I water with only water and Enzymes to help break down the old roots, gives life to the microorganisms, helps out the new roots and helps to prevent root rot. It's great if your using mineral nutrients as there's times where those minerals stay stuck to the roots and can cause root burn. I use alga based nutrients so I don't have a problem with that but I like to use it, I've noticed a great difference im flower before and after using. Day 43 - Starting week 7 and she’s looking good. She’s starting to stretch more every day and flowers are starting to fatten up a bit. Gonna continue with the foxfarm feeding schedule. Can’t wait for her to finish! Day 44 - The room is really starting to smell amazing. Just keeping on with the foxfarm nute schedule until she’s ready to be cut in a couple more weeks. Still plenty of fattening and growing to go. Day 45 - No major changes, she’s just chugging along. Gave a feeding of just water today and tomorrow will be the foxfarm feeding. I love her look and the smell starting to really come from her. Day 46 - No major changes, just continuing to fatten, grow and definitely getting really frosty! Day 47 - What can I say? This thing is an amazing grow and smelling amazing. She just growing and fattening each day. Still to early to really look at the trichs but wanted to look anyway. Got a few decent pics and there’s a few cloudy ones in there. Gave her straight pH’d water today and tomorrow and will give another feeding on Saturday. Day 48 - No big changes, just continuing to fatten up. Held off on watering today, she didn’t really drink munch compared to the GC. Will give her an actual “feeding” tomorrow. Day 49 - All is looking good and she’s plumping up each day. Gave her the foxfarm feeding today. Tomorrow starts week 8 so will continue with the feeding schedule until the end. She’s really starting to smell up the room in my house and loving it.

Sep 21: fall is here with 12 h of darkness and red tinted sunlight both of which help with flowering. One problem with growing dope here is the UV light is weak this far North in the fall so for most people it’s better to just do autos outdoors and timing it so they ripen during the stronger summer sun and you’re done by the end of August. But if you want reliable big yields these fast flowering photoperiods are definitely the best choice. Sep 23: seems a bit off colour so I added some Alaska Fish Fertilizer for N. Always warming the water to about 26C these days to help keep the plant and soil bacteria warm and happy. Sep 25: this plant and Bruce both got blown over twice today. This is because the small 5 gallon bags aren’t big and heavy enough. The plants are fine. Oh well, the advantage is that I can move them around easily to maximize direct sun. Don’t take flash pics of your plants unless you’re going to immediately use a 730 nm far red light to put the plants into dark mode. It’s a great trick as a bloom booster and moves up finishing time here by a couple or three weeks. Sep 27: harvest will be tomorrow because of some bad weather moving in. Tomorrow will be okay but then rain and cold overnight and even snow forecast for late next week. C’est La vie.

******************************************************************** START OF WEEK Went to the grow store and wound up with an AC Infinity EVO6. It should be a nice light for the future, and when my warranty replacement comes back, assuming that won't be an issue, it'll be nice to have a decent back-up. That's the bright side, but I am a little bummed about laying down the cash with ten to 14 days left. That part is the kick in the nutes. Fine, moving on. As for the grow, it's plowing forward. These plants are doing all the things we want them to do right now. They're getting fat, they're getting sticky, and the fade is fading away. Some branches may call for some last minute support, but for now the sucked-in tent walls will continue to suffice. The feed is still at 1100ppm and pk boosted, but the plan is to finish this week around 750. ******************************************************************** END OF WEEK Day 63 of flowering has arrived. I've backed off the nutrients. We're now sitting at 850ppm with about 6-8 gallons in the system remaining. This should equate to a Thursday refill with no feed, and then a Saturday or Sunday chop. VPD has been running a touch high this week, but that's not a concern. It's staying in the ideal range for most of the lights on period, and then trailing up in the last few hours to around 1.7-1.8. No biggie. The new light is really nice, but it runs hotter than the combo of the S22 and S44 (500W total), and that's with the EVO6 driver outside of the tent. This also isn't a big deal. The max tent temp is around 84, and before that wouldn't get past 82. Not a huge difference, and potentially better for the plants with the additional heat. I've got two CO2 mushroom bags in there, so more temp should mean more production at that level. I'm excited for this grow to finish and I'm looking forward to sampling the variety. I'm definitely using half, if not more, to make bubble hash. I'm probably just going to run it all together, as opposed to having runs for each pheno. I'll sample the tops independently, and smash rosin by pheno, but I'm not sold on isolating the hash. Seems like triple the work, but I've got a week to make further considerations, so we'll see. This will be my last grow until I sell this place and move into my next place. I'm going to miss growing. It's brought me a ton of peace by giving me something to anticipate, study, and take pride in. It's such an enjoyable hobby. I'll miss it in the time being, but I'm grateful that I won't need to step foot inside of a dispensary in 2024. Big win there! Everyone should grow their own.

Hey guys, allot happened this week. Mid week on Wednesday I did a major heavy defoliation, she was very bush and allot of internode growth. I clean up everything and allowed more light pen. Also nipped any undesired off growths. Shaping how I want the plant to grow. Basically lollipoping. As you can see I also started to install 4x 1/2 bamboo sticks to help support the plant once she gets bigger. I had problems last year late into flower and don't want to repeat same mistake. I also amended the pots with 70/30 ratio of 444 to 284 @ 2tbs/gal. Iv only water once in the past 7 days with the Aquabak. Not enough data to review the product. We will see. Other than that we have had plentiful thunderstorms and have not required to water. Thanks to the felt pots, they did not get flooded with the amount of rain we got. Prolly 50-100mm worth of rain. Another smooth week with the continued issues ive previously addressed. Trichomes are multiplying and buds have grown some. With the dehumidifier running pretty much constantly, it has bypassed my carbon filter. (I have my dehumidifier extract from outside the so I'm not adding additional, unwanted, heat.) Smell is very evident within the entire room. Final week of feeding and I have turned my reds down to 50%. Took trichome shots for fun around the front of the plant.

The one on the right is still stalling putting bud on. Coming from dry amendments to coco has been fun but back to soil on my next run

Flowa-Bloom es la estrella de los nutrientes a incorporar, pero todos son importantes... Así que sigo la tabla de fertilización de JUJU Royal al pie de la letra. Eso si, primero humedezco bien el sustrato con agua, para aprovechar bien la solución con los nutrientes y que no filtre por las macetas textiles. Riego cada cuatro días.

~ FASTBUDS TESTER #2206 ~ Well friends, here we go on another 'canna-venture' together! The grow room has had a complete remodel and some upgrades done to it including brand spanking new 4x8 and 4x4 tents and a Trolmaster Hydro X controller along with a new Control Panel. This tester strain is one of six tester strains that FastBuds has graciously provided me with and I'm looking forward to seeing what this girl has to offer when she's grown to her full potential! One drawback of 'testers' is I have little to no information on it other than its number and that it's an autoflower... 🤪 But, it's ALWAYS a blast growing them for me because not knowing a lot allows me to just concentrate on the essentials: Light, Environment, Water, Nutrients and possibly a bit of LST... not complicated, just basics like keeping a constant temperature and RH in the tent at a level that gives a good VPD, watering when almost dry and maintaining proper light levels according to their stage of growth. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ~THE SETUP~ ~Initially seeds were lightly scuffed, then soaked for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Vivosun Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged. ~Planted into Jiffy Peat Pellets that were hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph. ~Once roots emerge from the Jiffy Pellet they're transferred to their fabric pots. ~Grown 100% organic in a 4g Gronest fabric pot and a 3g fabric pot by Wraxly filled with Mother Earth 70/30 Coco/Perlite medium and initially amended with Dr. Earth 4-4-4 / Earthworm Castings / Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4 and Coast of Maine Stonington Blend Organic Plant Food 5-2-4. ~19/5 light cycle for the entire run with supplemental UVA added during flower. Lights are controlled by a Trolmaster Hydro X controller set for a 15min Sunrise/Sunset simulation. ~Top dressing every 3-4 weeks with slow release dry amendments and Earthworm castings. ~Straight water ph'd @ 6.2-6.8 when needed and bi-weekly Compost Tea's. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 1/19- Here we go into Week Four of flower and these testers are ON FIRE!🔥🔥🔥 Both testers are in a flower frenzy and are ready to eat! Today I gave both girls their last top dressing with Down To Earth 4-8-4 Flower Mix at a ratio of 2tbsp/g and Coast of Maine's Stonington Blend 5-2-4 Organic Plant Food at a ratio of 1tbsp/g which I simplified by using 1/3 cup of the 4-8-4 and 1/4 cup of the 5-2-4 in the 4g pot and 3/8 cup of 4-8-4 and 1/8 cup of the 5-2-4 in the 3g pot. After working the amendments into the medium, I watered it in with 1g of straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.6 @ 74℉. It will take a week for the microbes to begin breaking it down and will last for 3-4 weeks after that which should coincide with them finishing up, or close to it, enabling them to naturally 'flush' themselves out. I've also increased the power to the HLG 650R's the the Trolmaster Hydro X Controller to 75% which has them pulling 990w at the wall and have them hung 32" above canopy. I also starting adding in 4 hours of UVA during the middle of the light cycle for the remainder of flower. I've been monitoring their leaf temperatures and they're running 71-73℉ which is perfect! I have the AutoPilot APC8200 co2 Controller set to 1100ppm with a 100ppm window and the AC Infinity Cloudline T6 controller set to maintain a 74℉ temperature in the tent while the lights are on. 1/21- I'm watering these thirsty girls daily with straight de-chlorinated water ph'd it to 6.6 @ 74℉ and they're both thriving! The #1 pheno stays in a perpetual state of 'praying'.... a VERY happy girl she is and the #2 is just an enormous plant with tons of bud sites and flowers that are starting to get a coating of white trichomes giving them that frosty appearance! 1/23- I watered/fed both testers today with 0.75g of de-chlorinated water each with GreenGro's Natures Brix, Granular Myco and Flower Finisher mixed in, after which I added 1 tsp/g of unsulfured molasses and then ph'd it to 6.6 @ 74℉. They'll be getting straight water from here moving forward as the medium has enough food in it to support them until they finish. 1/25- Daily watering continued today with both girls receiving 0.75g of straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.6 @ 74℉. OMG they're both looking fantastic, both are amazing cultivars with a generous coating of trichomes beginning to cover their flowers. I'm really looking forward to Week Five of flower where these ladies should really start to turn it up a notch!! 😍💚 😎💚 Thank you for checking out my passion in life! Bueno, en el inicio de la fase de floración, hemos cambiado la solución nutritiva con ml x ltr , metí la red scrog y he notado que esta cepa se estresa con facilidad, tras el cambio de agua y nutrientes y la red quedaron full stress, poverine... Empiezan el fotoperiodo con mucho olor a vegetal y esto me hace temer que tendrán mucho olor los futuros cogollos... esperemos tener suerte también en este cultivo. Estoy muy contento, no pensé que gracias a ZOE SPACECAKE me iba a apasionar tanto cultivar el cannabis.

Another boring week in flower. One of the indigo childs is fading to yellow. Checked the trichomes and I'm starting to see some ambers. Will probably wait till 7.5 week. The rest of the indigos will probably go 8-8.5 weeks. The medipak needs a lot more time. Not a resinous as I would have liked to see at this point. But I have a feeling that it might be my fault with not providing them proper environment for a sativa. I also suspect there might have been a fungal issue from the medipak tent as one suddenly died. Classic fusarium. We shall see with the others.

D15 - 9.27 - Cruising along, just watering them once a day D16 - 9.28 - I planted carrots and transplanted the rest of the seedlings. They are all in the same space. That one LA Sunset never really started to thrive, but I'll keep it for now. D18 - 9.30 - I topped my first plant for mainlining. I picked the strongest FWW with the most growth tip at the 3rd node and just went for it. She may be a little young, so I left her fan leaves for support. I've decided to do 3 groups of two for this grow, in an attempt to experience how these different strains respond to different techniques - Pair 1 will be mainlined with 8 mains, Pair 2 will be mainlined with 4 mains and Par 3 will not be mainlined but traditionally topped to 4 mains. D19 - 10.1 - Topped the first Black Sugar for mainlining. Her growth tips are really nice looking. D20 - 10.2 - Have them all topped 👌
