Too much going on for a detailed update, but here are the highlights: Did a res change on 12th. Was thorough in removing all of the old water, and flushed out the roots of both grow sites until the water ran clear. Filled with RO and did nutes until ~900 PPM. Creme de la Chem just kept stretching, got into the light. I re-worked the tent today, and now they have like 4 inches of space... definitely sub-optimal. I've been trying various techniques on different stalks to see if anything works ... super cropping, topped off some smaller bud sites, and folding over as much as I think they can take. She just won't stop stretching! Finally seeing decent pistils on her, though, so maybe she's almost done. Going to be a lot of toasted and light bleached buds on these two beasts :(. SOH hasn't been getting much taller at all, just adding more and more pistils. I'm waiting for her to start fattening up, and excited to see what she produces. As you can see from underwater temps, I've been doing battle with the water temp fighting to keep it under 72F. I'm rotating ice packs, and it's annoying AF. When this grow is over, I will be adding insulation to the outside of my buckets. I've learned so much already ... my next grow will be much much smoother. For now, it's just a matter of trying to cope with my early mistakes 😂.

Power Flower is now only an inch shorter than the Holy Punch 600W light is 9 inches away from plant (over the holy punch (Trying to give the two Power Flowers more room to grow))

Off to a killer start, I rarely seen genetics being this fast to germinate. 18 hrs 1/4” tap root and 24 hrs later was 1/2” out of the medium. 5 days later they are approximately 3-4” with second set of leaves. Nothing different with this grow except dialling in my mixes and top dresses at more appropriate times. For a change I have all my supplies for this grow to run with hiccups. Why Crystal Candy FV? Sweet Seeds were generous to provide seeds and supposedly 6-7 weeks only Flower would prove spectacular should the quality be comparable to Fem seeds. Now this side of the tent seems to be doing great. At first I thought it was the air circulation with the other side so I’m still digging into that. Either way this is about these two ladies and I see the forming of pistils and can’t wait to see what kind of stretch they get into in the upcoming weeks. As for the coco vs. the rockwool way I’ve done it in the past I’m leaning towards the rockwool way. It’s easier and thus far the plants I get from it are larger. It consumes about the same amount of water although less nutrients.

I'm switching to 18/6 now and continue to feed them small amounts of growzymes by green buzz nutrients in distilled water which I think they like. The LSD-Auto is finally starting to gain some pace and grows just as fast as the runtz muffin. I consider transplanting them at the end of the week so I hope for more good growth. Update: It's the end of day 9 and I decided to transplant. I expect faster growth now because I think the baby pots already slowed them down a little bit. Update: Day 12 and they look amazing!
