Day 18: The canopy is developping nice and evenly. I wonder how much mire they will stretch. I think that ill do some defoliation at the beginning of week 4 Day 20: Today I did a big defoliation right before the third flowering week ends. It was a tough job reaching all the leaves in the back because I cant move the plants.😅 But we made it! Now the light can reach much further down the plants for better/bigger buds and better aeration.

1/2/23 she’s doing great I moved a leaf and noticed that she has tan lines. That is amazing. This lights incredible I took the two bottom branches that I usually trim off. I’m glad I didn’t because I got 1.83 ounces and 1.78 ounces wet. This plant has been the best strongest plant I’ve ever grown it’s really nice and it smells great. I’m gonna give the rest of her, maybe another couple weeks it’s just exciting to watch her grow. I’m not in a hurry to harvest. I do partial harvest as I go along. 1/3 I turned the viper spectra XS1500 light down to halfway which is 82.3 W. And the amount of energy still is more than two of my old spider farmer lights. I had no idea how important brand new LEDs are this is just fantastic. I bet I can grow an entire plant for probably 90 W. 1/4 yum yum omg smells gooooooood.. I got one of the TP Link power strips three individual outlet controls for the smaller tent that I will germinate in my use one to monitor the power of the light and I keep switching them around. It’s really nice to have. 1/8 I’m going to plant some seeds today. It’s Elvis’s birthday. I threw away a liter of Purpinator today. I’ve been having nutrient troubles, and I noticed a little that I had mixed up in a small spray bottle had started to congeale. And after I tried 6 mL of it in a gallon twice I noticed some plant damage. I don’t know if it’s that stuff or not but when I add something new it seems to cause damage. So I will never use that again. it’s taking me a month to set up a small 24 x 24“ tent I don’t know what’s wrong with me so I have two 27“ x 27“ and one 24 x 24“. The small tent will be for photoperiod also for germination, the other two are going to be for autos only. I’ve discovered auto flowers need their own tent and their own space, especially the way I train them. I top them after the 3rd node then wait until a couple weeks into flower and I soften the branches pressing them between my thumb & index finger to keep them limber then spread them out so they kind a look like a giant crab, but they grow up very strong and they don’t need support I was going to go with 5 gallon but I think it would be just too heavy so I’ll stick with 3 gallons. I’ll be starting to gorilla cookies this coming week probably tonight, but I’ll start the diary tomorrow. If you hold the phone up to the TV, it types out the dialogue . Yield Pheno #1: Dry flower yield: 287g Fresh frozen for Live Rosin: 1 kg Bubble Hash (Micron 70–159u): 44g Pressed Live Rosin: 28g Yield from fresh frozen: approx. 2.8% Pheno #2: Dry flower yield: 297g Aroma & Flavor Pheno #1: Dry flower: Skunky, green, fresh with strong pine notes and gas. Very old-school, almost boring in flower form. Rosin: Sour and gassy, with fruity-sour overtones that are very nose-catching. Rosin texture: Cream-colored, relatively dry consistency. Pheno #2: Dry flower: Sweet and candy-like, reminiscent of Blue Cookies. Not too loud, but gassy undertones present.

Forgive me AGAIN I have started logging this actual journal several weeks after I have started the grow, but never the less, I still have dates on photos to help me track the growth so far. I decided this grow that I would try reusing my dirt from the last grow and was able to sterilize it by cooking it in the oven🙌 I did loose a little bit of dirt but decided I would just combine coco coir that I had around with the soil 1:1 to even things out. Week 1 wasn't particularly interesting. This time around I choose to only plant 2 Super Skunk (fem) seeds because I needed have a "do over" with this strain. Last grow (mid flower) I lost control of my plants and I am looking to redeem myself because this strain grew beautifully up until that point. I went ahead and germinated seeds the last week of October and had sprouted seeds by Oct. 31. The first week was pretty typical with the exception of one seedling who's shell was causing the plant difficulty in releasing. For several days I tried to just allow nature take it's course but, then I became incredibly impatient and attempted to remove it myself (BAD MOVE). The whole head snapped off of the fragile seedling and I had to immediately start over. Also the humidity in SOCAL has extremely low (in the teens) which made getting regulating humidity even more challenging. *P.S. I only gave my plants distilled water from a spray bottle to ensure that there was no over watering*

7 weeks! from what sweet seeds says now I should just wait another week or two and then I could cut it easily, but I don't know. If anyone can advise me on automatic plants I would be grateful! in summary the question is: with automatics only 5/6 weeks of flowering are needed? 🌱

This was be a very good week 'cause PK 🍍has not suffered for transplant neither for high temps of the day (avg 80 °F peak 87 °F) and the cold of the night (48.2 °F). These are the last days of the seedling stage. I have noticed a very initial N deficiency, a consequence of the last few days in pots. For now I will not fertilize it, I have confidence in the quality of the soil. Forecasts are very bad for the next 4 days so I have built a temporary greenhouse with PVC film. Weed stimulates creativity! 💡

One week has past since I put the seed in the earth. I water the plant as soon as the earth feels dry (not completly dried out). I just use about 100-200ml water (because I don't want to "drown" her). My lamp is at 50% because it seems to be a little to intense for the small seedling at 100%. UPDATE: My first mistake Found out that the leafs of my seedling rolled up, because the light was too intense for the young plant. So I put my light again on 25% (around 6.200 Lux). I have read that a seedling just can take light between 5.000 and 7.000 Lux. My lamp was around 18.000 to 19.000 lux! So I am very glat, that I haven't killed my plant 😅

Really happy with the quality, only had three plants so yield was down on usual. The THC content was absolutely insane, two of the phenos had a zkittlez terpene and the other was more gelato leaning. This is my favourite strain of barneys to date👍
