Unfortunately I spotted one bud with bud rot on my gelato plant. I flushed it on day 91 of cycle, day 54 of flowering. Today is day 94 and it seems it has not spread out to any other buds(happy days) .. I am watching it closely everyday and also to see how the trichomes are going.. breeder says 65-70 flowering days to be ready.. let’s see.. if I spot another bud rot I will probably harvest it.. I hope that will not happen.. let’s go

Growing growing growing. So, I have an extremely stressful job, and even though working with plants (of all types, not just weed) is how I unwind, it is coming to a head. Therefore, while I am still trying to get my updates up on Saturday or Sunday, sometimes, I spend the weekend just short of catatonic. However, enough about that shit. These plants are BUSHY. B-U-S-H-Y. Thankfully, the plants have realized where each other are and aren't really growing into each other. We're getting closer to one square yard by the moment it seems like. Other than that, not too much to report. Whenever I open the tent, I am hit by a blast of smell. I can't wait to see what these smell like when they're actually flowering. I have already decided what I will be adding in for the flower cycle, so we'll see. Update: after a bunch of deliberation, I spent a good chunk of time between the past 2 days defoliating, LST, and supercropping these plants to stop growing into each other. I'm happy with the results, and pictures will be up soon.

Hello everyone, 🇬🇷 ...the previous week had a lot of growth and training... Angie has her natural shape, Lucy's been topped and LSTed and Michelle was LSTed...they are growing fast despite the low wattage Leds that they are under as the weather outside is cloudy and will be for days...they don't get any nutes, they have everything they need in their home...this is going to be a long grow,as mother nature will decide when these girls will go to flower... ====================================== WEEK 6:"FIRST AND LAST AND ALWAYS" ☠️Day 36...💧it's sunny and the girls are enjoying it...I watered them today,I changed again the watering pattern...now I give them 1,5 L every 3 days,depending on how dry the substrate is...Today I toped Lucy again on the two new main colas... ☠️Day 38...sunny again and the girls love it...Angie has become a beast,tall and bushy,while the other two are growing side shoots after the LST...I am impressed by GH Feeding... ☠️Day 39...💧watering day...What bothers me is that I will not be on time for the contest...I am growing outdoors and the girls will start flowering on late summer...harvest time will be on October,wee too late for the contest...I have to find a way to force flower them earlier...the problem is I have no dark room for that...its a challenge and I have to find a solution... ☠️Day 40...the girls are stretching more...they need light... ☠️Day 41...the weather here is crazy...sunny in the morning,raining in the afternoon...the girls take about 5-6 hours of direct sunlight... 🌚I decided that from today I will be placing Michelle and Lucy in a dark closet to force them flower.I hope it will work...I will put them inside it at 20:00 and get them out to the sun at 09:00 the next morning...13 hours of darkness will be enough for them to start flowering...Let's see how this goes...It's the only free space I have to do this as I cannot use my tent.There is no light leak in the closet...Angie is too tall to get in there so she will be flowering when nature calls... ☠️Day 42...💧watering day...first day of 11/13 for Lucy and Michelle...the closet they are in is small so I am a bit worried for air circulation...in the morning they seemed fine however... Beautiful flower full of trichomes. Smell and test fantastic. Very fast flowering. She was done on day 49 but I cut her down few days later. I love the strain, the only thing that I will like this strain to have is a better yield. Beast quality buds I ever grew.

Just a phenomenal plant from start to finish. For a first grow yielding 160g is just mind blowing. Very easy to grow long veg period so windows of LST are large enough to have room for error. Lots of Defoliation needed and at its peak was drinking 6 Litres of water a day.

finally the plants are ready and i harvested them, the trichomes were 70% white and 30% amber. In the next few weeks i will give an evaluation of the smell and taste and i will post pics of the buds

Today was the day I gave the plants the last nutrient cocktail 💤 next week i'll only give you water to rinse the plants😙 But the smell of this beauties are awsome i love the toxic smell from the amnesia but you can smell the sweet Bananna too but the amnesia is wayy stronger XD😊

This week went pretty well, other than she stretched like crazy and I am now getting worried about running out of vertical space. I also had a few of my bottom leaves get a few brown and yellow spots on them. I did post some pics and asked a question, thank you for the responses, much appreciated! I am thinking about adding my Spyder Farmer LED 100 Watt light into the tent for the nebula auto because it is about 23 inches shorter than the sour diesel. I believe it would only raise my temp about 2 degrees, and possibly lower the humidity by one or two percent. I must say my dehumidifier has been a freaking stud, running 24X7 and not complaining. I should look into adding another unit, it has been in the mid 90's and muggy for about a week. So far I have to say I am super impressed and excited with this setup, the genetics, and with growing this wonderful plant in general. Already planning ahead to my next grow, and what I can do better. I have been enjoying myself and I really appreciate everyone who has taken the time to answer my questions! I am having a blast and am excited to see what this lady will give up in a few weeks!

another uneventful week. the girl is still creating nodes like crazy ... she is growing sideways rather than rushing for the lights. i raised the lights higher to about 12" from the top of the leaves. i also changed the nutrients from a seedling recipe to an early growth stage recipe that is richer in nitrogen with a higher ec 1.2. i also got to see the roots for the first time, they are looking really nice - white and fuzzy. i made the main nutrient tank more permanent and relocated the used nutrient and fresh nutrient tanks in their own chamber so, it's even easier to do manual nutrient changes (1 container in and 1 container out sort thing). later on, in the week, i noticed the main roots showing a little discoloration, not sure if i should be concerned about this, but she looks healthy.. it was fun using the doser again as i really hate mixing chem's since my days in chemistry labs. looking forward to new aggressive growth this week.

Another week closer..... Welll this is the end...this is the last week, the girls are finishing ripening up..All frosty and sticky. There looking great under the scope. milky and some amber...Just the way I like it.. Not a bad grow, I just have to remember that these girls grow big [ tall ] ..Its ok we managed. This grow space is officially packed from wall to wall, with each plant competing for its share of light and showing off some of the biggest, healthiest leaves I’ve seen yet! 🌱 A few strategic plucks here and there have kept airflow smooth and light penetration balanced. Those big leaves? They’re a sign of happy, healthy growth. Large leaves help the plant capture maximum light energy, essential during this stage, especially as they start focusing on developing those flowers. When plants grow huge, vibrant leaves like these, it means they’re well-nourished and content in their environment—a true testament to the well-balanced conditions we’ve got going in the tent! Flowering Parameters 🌡️ Room Environment: • Temperature: 26.7°C • Humidity: 63.3% • CO2: 960 ppm • VPD: 1.29 kPa (prime zone for flowering health!) Lighting: • Light Intensity: 835 PPFD (ideal for boosting flower growth) • Solution: pH 5.96, TDS 460 ppm, temp 21.1°C • Medium: Moisture: 100%, TDS: 520 ppm, Temp: 21.6°C Carbon Filter Installation & Smell Management 🌬️🌱 With the transition to flower, the scent profile is already starting to kick in—crazy for the first week, right? 🌸 To keep everything fresh and under wraps, I’ve set up a carbon filter system.
