04/13/25: The plants have now fully adjusted to their new environment, and all five are looking vibrant and happy. Leaf posture is strong, color is rich, and the canopy is filling in nicely. They’re handling the training and topping well, showing no signs of stress, and overall growth has remained consistent. While inspecting them before today’s round of training, I noticed what appear to be early signs of male pre-flowers on PP1 and PP4. It’s still too early to be certain, but it’s looking like I may already be down to three possible females. I’ll be keeping a close eye on them over the next week—things should become much more clear soon. Today I topped all five plants again—this time at the first node of each of the four main branches created from the last topping. This will help build out a broader, more evenly structured canopy. I also used plant ties to gently pull down each of the branches to open up light penetration across the plant. In addition to branch training, I used ties to lightly hold back some of the larger fan leaves on the lower two branches to help expose new growth sites. I’ll leave those fan leaves on for another 3 to 4 days as the new tops develop, then remove them to redirect energy upward and continue opening the structure. They were also watered today with a light nutrient mix, similar to last week’s. The plants still look very nutrient-rich, so there was no need to push the EC any higher just yet. Based on the current rate of uptake, I expect they’ll be ready for another watering in about 3 to 4 days. If anything noteworthy comes up—especially regarding sexing—I’ll update sooner. Otherwise, I’ll be back in a few days to document a light defoliation and any continued developments.

Harvest was done on a lovely summer day. Since summer was approaching, half of the harvest was hung upside down with the classic 60/60 and rest is stored in a wine cooler for drying. There’s also an oscillating fan below for airflow!

13.06. Rainbow Sherbet 1# Day 49# The plant is at the end of its seventh week today, I moved it a few days ago to a mild shade and now it behaves much better and is progressing nicely. Rainbow Sherbet 2# Day 47# I have nothing special to write about this pheno, it is progressing well 5 nights ago there was a strong storm, the morning after the storm when I came to the site, I found some plants crooked, some normal, but there were no broken ones, thank God, but they were very stressed and what you can see in the pictures appeared on the leaves, some leaves were crispy at the edges, but still green, mostly shoots before the newest ones. I haven't had this problem before, I researched a bit on the internet and came to the conclusion that the wind burned them, and I also turned to GW for an opinion, two characters confirmed my opinion. Two days later I noticed that the matter was getting worse and that it was spreading, which worried me, so I contacted GW again for an opinion. Some told me that it was mold, some that it was an infection, disease and so on, mostly guesswork, but no one specifically told me what was certain, so I decided on nim oil, and whatever it is, I guess the problem should be solved. According to some leaves, I would say that insects might be the problem, but I really don't know, I haven't had similar problems before. I regulate the ph of the plants, I still don't feed them, there is food in the ground for another week, except for the fact that I added cal-mag after that storm when I watered them. I want to say that the plants are certainly not locked, and the heat is not yet so high that this would happen from the same, the more the temperatures have dropped and now it is perfect. Since transplanting, I have watered the plants only 2 times. Yesterday morning they were topped for the second time, only the main branches, I will do the next topping of the side branches. Last night I sprayed the plants with neem oil and already today the problem seems to be going away, if I tripped at least it doesn't spread further, that's for sure. I didn't mix the oil very well, I didn't add any soap or anything like that because I wouldn't really spray the plants with any chemicals, and on some of the leaves on one or two plants there is that thick, brownish liquid, so I hope it won't hurt them, I noticed that today during the day, I couldn't see it at night. I still don't know what the problem is, but my guess is still that the wind burned them or some insects. Speaking of insects, I think I noticed thrips on one plant on the underside of the leaf, so in addition to the neem oil I already gave, I also ordered SMC, so I will spray that at least once a week while they are still young. The tiny potter is doing good for a mutt autoflower. She has started to grow. I will likely just let her grow straight up. The tiny cbg is still alive in the one picture you can see it. When I get more I will try again one day. The northern lights in the mix is from seedsman. The air tube makes a huge difference. She is in a corner under my Mars Hydro FC4800 light in my autoflower room.
