What a joy this grow has been. She was a real beauty. Absolute joy to grow...strong branches but she likes to stretch a lot. I knew wat to expect. I have grown Lemon Kush outdoors 3 times. The scrog this year was the perfect solution. I will not grow her again outdoors. This was my first time to see her finish. Seeing her flower this year, she just needs the warmth in the end. The climate here rarely offers that. I must say the dense flowers are amazing also size and yield is incredible. Update about that later. Trichomes were underdeveloped. I had to harvest early because of mould. The last 3 weeks of flower the temperatures were very low 10-15 C daytime and very very wet. I believe this stunted the plants. They made a full stop in development and exploded again in the last week. 3 days of sun did more than the 2 weeks before. Weather forecast were bad so big buds were harvested 25 september. We eventually had more sun than expected and bottom half was left until 2 october. That week made sooo much difference!! Those bottom buds finally developed some nice trichomes and turned purple. Of course I wish the big buds could have enjoyed the sunshine during that last week as well. Most of you will know, being an outdoor grower...Every year is about compromises. This year was so hot during growth and cold and wet in bloom that mould was unstoppable. After all I am very pleased with this grow and cant wait to taste some of this. Probably needs al long cure though to bring back that lemon scent. Almost seems like all that the rain washed the scent right off her😪 Keep growing y'all!

Week 5 The soil started to stabilize, the plants are less stressed and the production is satisfactory. Apparently the worst is over, I have watered every 2 days on average. These strains are for approximately 9 weeks of flowering, soon HARVEST. In the half of week 5, it was add 205W of Citizen and Epstar COBs. TOTAL 565W.

For my 37th Autoflower and first try with a single plant in my tent, I am more than happy to have broken my previous record of 42g, with now 60g dry bud on this harvest. 2nd organic grow, never going back to mineral.

I'm enjoying a lot this genetic, the root system is super healthy and that's giving strong plants with desire to grow and produce frosty flowers :)

This Xtrakush keeps surprising. What a vigorous plant it's a pleasure to grow. All week we've seen huge bud formation and shes filling out. Only the last day growth has stunted a little. I think it was heat and I was pushing the light to its max. She seems to recover and I might have lost a day or two of growth. Her roommate, the Orange Hill Special, outperformed her a little in bud development. It was my mistake and this sort is made to grow outdoors in N European conditions. When we push for the limit, it's logical we find or sometimes go over the edge. Thank you for checking in this week, Im getting more and more impatient to see these plants develop and the harvest. Last week was budtastic! Really starting to see a lot of bud sites starting to pack it on, except 1 of the 4 plants, the largest seems to be at least a week behind in development. These are early version seeds and are supposed to be a 45 day flower. I’m not seeing that in any of the 4 cases, I’m guessing we are gonna push at least 60 days on them. But the one that’s the biggest and behind a week may not have gotten the early flowering gene I’m guessing. Just a normal Delicious Candy maybe? hope not cause it’s getting cut down with the rest regardless to make way for new ones! lol can’t be messing up my rotation for 1 plant. I’ll use it for my rosin press maybe and see what it does. I tried hitting them with my light turned up full at 1000w for a few hours but they didn’t seem to like it, stared to see left tips curl up not to long after. I refreshed the reservoir with new water and lowered the Ec to about 1.0 as I want them to begin to start their flush, I think we will see what the tricombs look like at the end of the week. There are no signs of any amber yet but lots are cloudy, and I will probably be pulling them around 20% amber as I like the THC high more. anyways that’s it, Day 42 and all is good so far. Cheers! 💨

Hey now, I hope everyone is having a great week. It was a good week again for the 5 mainlines, I did some final LST to try and keep the mains level, and I also defoliated the lower leaves to improve the air flow. I am still feeding the same veg nutrients which is just amor si, cal mag, and maxi grow. I will start transitioning to flower nutrients tomorrow and I will gradually switch over to all over flower nutrients by the end of the week. The ladies are about 24" inches tall, but I do anticipate them growing some more before the stretch ends. I am pretty much done with LST at this point, I will just continue to defoliate as necessary and make sure they are enjoying their environment. Still very happy with the Spectrum X from Medic Grow. I am running her at 69% and the plants seem very happy and healthy. The heat and humidity are finally letting up in my region so it is nice to be able to open some windows and drop the temp outside the grow tent. Update for the week of 9/12 Unfortunately I wasn't able to upload these right after I took them, I pushed my migraine a bit too far when I took the photos and videos so I had to hide from the world. Blueberry is still just amazing... and beautiful... and huge.... and smells sweet and fruity😋 She responded well to the Down to Earth minerals top dressing I gave everyone last week, they all did, but I wanted them to have some sugar this week so I switched back to liquid nutes for this week. Otherwise I think everything is in the videos. Happy growing to all of you!
