Our Slurricane have germinated at the speed of light, I put one first that you see big now that it will be worked with the topping x16 buds and another small one just germinated, freed from the placenta and beautiful as ever. Let's learn to solve placenta problems, if the plant remains too long in the condition you see in the photo it dies or gets permanently damaged it is essential to recognize this problem just in time and solve it with the utmost delicacy. Just remove it being careful not to remove the plant from the soil by stretching it delicately and/or helping yourself with something precise to remove it from the cotyledons and let the leaves open as you can see in the following photos. When the seed remains attached it is nice to take photos and reels, very cute but do it quickly and remove the placenta with the utmost delicacy you can in short. It always happens so learn to do it it is not an enthetic defect I recommend not to confuse things, it happens in percentage to the plants that you do to me at 2/4 out of 20/25 seeds more or less. We do not let them die it is a small skill to have though. English The first video was taken 2 days after the lollipopping/defoliation day, the rest on the last day of week 6. Towards the end of week 6, the ladies showed a few symptoms of light stress, which is why I increased the distance to the lamp to 45 cm and since then things have been running optimally again. However, I think I will continue to veg for another 1-2 weeks and only then switch to 12/12. The apparent potassium deficiency has got me worried about how to get some into the plants ASAP. Therefore, I have purchased some Xpert Nutrients Bloom Booster, courtesy of Amazon Prime! Sadly, this seems to be of inorganic nature. However, I need to rectify the issue quickly, so this seemed the best option. Another possibility is light burn, as the plants have grown as tall as my tent! 6ft! So I have turned down the lighting to 60%. This seems quite likely as my FBP2 is considerably shorter than FBP1 and FBP3, and this plant does not have the same issues. The new dehumidifier has managed to get the RH down to around 49%. Considering it was up to 99% this week. I definitely am trying my best to avoid the dreaded bud rot! I added a large amount of Silica as the stems are decreasing in strength under the weight, so hopefully that will help. Additionally a Potassium deficiency itself can cause weaker stems, so I'm trying everything, (possibly overkill) to correct my oversights on this. All in all I've learnt many things from this 1st grow. Most importantly the necessity of LST, to prevent the plants from getting so tall, and that will avoid the light stress. The trichomes are still mostly clear through the jewellers loupe. From what I can tell as my eyesight isn't too good. It's difficult to tell milky from clear to me. 21.8.24; I just did a defoliation, I removed many more leaves today 🍃 things are getting super crowded in the 4x4, even with both tent doors open. I adjusted the plants, alternating so that each side of each plant gets correct lighting (as best I can manage)! I gave the plants each; *1ml in 1ltr of dechlorinated water, of Ecothrive Flourish. **2ml in 1ltr of dechlorinated water of Xpert Nutrients Bloom Booster. ****2ml in 1ltr of dechlorinated water, of Cal-Mag. My fan also broke, so I moved my lounge fan into the grow room. It's a lot more powerful, even on the lowest setting, so I tried to disperse it trying as best as possible. Baked bomb is doing great. She got a few spots on the leaves from getting wet. It is not anything I am worried about. She will only get so big in this potter. I imagine she will still turn out nice size if I keep up on her. She got her first lst and selective defoliation. She has been getting fed about every other day with ph water put on to keep wet between feeding. She is good to go. Weather aint gone let me flush like i wanted so i went with florakleen. Will rain overnight and will finish it off for me. Tryin to b patient and wait 2 more days to harvest but i dont know if i will make it... Hopefully i finish this harvest and will b ready before the last 9 finish. Crazy you can almost see the growth from day to day at this stage of flower. No real signs of any issues so will keep up the same routine as it seems to work really well for them. Moin moin ihr lieben! Diese Woche war auch wieder nicht viel los tägliches biegen und binden hab ich am Sonntag 05.03.23 das letzte mal gemacht (somit eingestellt) und die Damen dürfen nach oben auf steigen (liegt daran das ich wirklich kein platzt mehr habe um zu weben) aber der stretch ist noch nicht wirklich zurück gegangen und der Platz nach oben wird bald zur Mangel ware. Naja drückt mir die Daumen das der stretch bald vorüber geht und das alles hin haut. Habe am 08.03.23 also an Tag 21 nach Umstellung den ersten compost Tee angesetzt der dann Anfang der neuen Woche also Woche 4 nach Umstellung oder um genau zu sein am 09.03.23 vergossen wird ansonsten gibt es nicht viel zu sagen......
