16.4.25: I have retied the fabric ties again, as they're growing like crazy. Trying to open up the plant, to grow out as well as up. This will also create new colas. At this stage, I'm trying not to over fertilise like I did with the last grow. Focusing on Cal-Mag amino acids and Mega Crop Part A. The medium is my custom super soil, which is already fertilised with Ecothrive dry amendments. So I could just add water. However, as we've already run into deficiency, that would be careless. I find it easy to keep an eye on the plants and carefully inspect them daily to act quickly when issues arise. Learning how to determine the issue is what I'm still learning, which is the hard part 😅 It's all fun though, and I'm really enjoying this grow with all the toppings and FIMs. So far so good! 23.4.25: I hope everyone had a great 420! Fastbuds Mystery seed #1 is doing well, she has stayed bushier relative to the RQS Northern Lights, also there has not been so much growth. The bud sites are developing well and have tight internodal spacing. I'm determining when to relax the LST as we are now in the beginning of week 3 flower. I do have height. However, I'd like to keep it reasonable. You never know when they will stop growing. I'm not really adjusting any ties since the last time. I have also noticed that there are signs of Nitrogen excess. Instead of Mega Crop Part A and Cal-Mag amino acids, I will use Bud explosion PK booster with the Cal-Mag. This will make the N5 the only Nitrogen being given. It still may be too much, but will monitor closely to see the effect this change will make, if any. Balancing the nutrients is very important for me to learn, and it's going to be an ongoing process. I watered today with 3 litres of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.4 with the following nutrients: ♡ 1/2 Tsp of Bud Explosion PK booster by Greenleaf nutrients ♡ 5ml Cal-Mag amino acids by Xpert Nutrients 23.4.25: Plant seemed to be drinking heavily, so I watered again with 3 litres of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.3 with;- ♡ 2.5ml Cal-Mag amino acids by Xpert Nutrients, and ♡ Ecothrive Biosys 1/8 tsp. I removed the plant ties and retied the plant after watering. Less ties are necessary as the plant has moulded and stayed in that structure. Thanks for checking out my diary and hanging out 😃💚✌️🍃😊

After 14 days drying, 7 days hanging and another 7 days on cardboard boxes 📦 at a temp between 61 and 65 degrees F and a humidity between 52-55 % I trimmed all the buds and jar them with Boveda 62. After 2 days in jars ( 16 days from cutting the plant down) I weighed in everything. I got 434g of grade A buds and 685g of Grade B ( perfectly smokable ) buds plus a lot of trim that I didn’t weight. I’m very pleased with everything and I enjoyed every single step along the way. Probably next time I will lollipop/defoliate more aggressively so I can get more top bud and less grade b bud.

2025-01-01 - Germination directly in PRO-MIX HP CC in starter trays on a seedling heat mat under a humidity dome. 2025-01-04 - Transplanted into 1 liter plastic pots and placed in starter box. I kept them under the humidity dome for the first couple of weeks. 2025-01-17 - Moved to finishing tent with ViparSpectre P2000 2025-01-31 - Topped and moved to Veg tent. I selected these seeds during the holiday sale at Seedbank.com. I was ordering some NL#5 (a different diary), and I saw the Purple Punch on sale. Having wanted to add some anthocyanins (purples) to some of my other strains, and finding the description of this particular cultivar appealing, I ordered 5 beans. They sprang to life like they were glad to be home. In the last week of the seedling phase, they exploded in growth, with wide leaflets INDICAtive of indica (not a typo, maybe bad dad joke). These are some of the shortest, stockiest plants I've had in the grow tent yet. They handle light well and in close proximity to the canopy, they are stacked thick with branches.

Days to go, amber trichomes starting to show, maybe 5-10%. Have been on tap water for the last week.

It is a day one of the 6th week. I watered the plants and started adding B’cuzz Silic Boost. Also made some beautiful photos under a white light and I am really happy with the plats progress. 👍 Two days after watering and spraying with the fresh water added with vita race the plants are super gorgeous and they are growing in size acchieving 60 cm in height. Buda are getting bushier as well. 😻 I am a little worried by the fact that some of the plants tend to curl their leaves down just before the light turns off. After six hours of night plants look healthy again. Could that be connected to the distance between te lamp and the plant which is diminishing as the plants grow? Thanks for suggestions😊

Week 9 their wasn’t any real changes. Everything is on par with week 8. Girl #1 looks like she’s starting to gain some more weight. I’m satisfied with her progression so far. Girl #2 still hasn’t shown any flowering. I will keep It short this week. Nothing really to report. I’m excited for the next coming weeks. Thank you for viewing my diary.

Hello Diary. The second week of flowering is behind me. I did a little defoliation this week, I honestly didn’t dare remove more leaves and branches, I didn’t know how they would react to it. Maybe I needed more? The temperature is still high, sometimes rising to 29, 30 degrees, but mostly around 28. Humidity in the air is an average of about 55% but sometimes rises to 60%. The problem is frequent rains this summer which creates high humidity in the air and this affects the humidity in the box as well. But plants tolerate these conditions very well. The flowers are developing nicely, and they have started to smell as well, but let the pictures speak for themselves. Green Gelato is twice as small compared to her roommates, but there is still a big crowd in the box. Gelato grew with very dense branches and spread more than it grew in height. The 120 x 60 box size is perhaps too small for three plants (two Hulkberries and one Green Gelato), so the real jungle is in the box. Due to the height of the Hulkberry in the box, and the spreading branches, it has become difficult to take them out every week for photography, but I am extremely careful with them. The Green Gelato has grown to 48 cm and does not look like it will grow much in height. Probably due to the excessive distance from the light, which I had to raise because of the Hulkberry which reached a height of 1m. 18/07/2020. - Day 30. Defoliation. I removed the leaves at the very bottom of the plant to make it easier for me to water them, after that I watered the plants but this time I didn’t put BioBizz, I just watered them with clean water. 21/07/2020. - Day 33. Watering. This time I gave them BioBizz, on schedule for the second week of flowering. I also added CalMag 1.5ml / L, preventively. While they don’t show they’re missing anything, I’ll keep adding CalMag. 23/07/2020. - Day 35. Photography and height measurement. I am very glad that the gorilla girl has become so beautiful! she is very slim and beautiful! buds grow every day. just a billion trichomes on them! because of the trichomes, the red tint on the buds is poorly visible, which is manifested due to the genetics of this strain ..)) the smell is amazing! the buds begin to harden and get heavy like a stone !! Yesterday I gave her one of my favorite boosters from Overdrive! to give a second breath to the plant and to extend flowering a little more and get more harvest)) Overdrive is a very cool thing if you use it at the right time!))

Her buds are much bigger than my other outdoor grows. Im excited to see how they develop!

I am dropping Deepforest Super auto. I am giving it another go. I believe my temps were a little too low on the first go. I will be keeping her by herself in a small tent, that I can keep warmer.
