Día 08 Entramos en la segunda semana de flora. Hice la mudanza y tuve que cortar un poquito de raíces ya que se habían ido por los caños hasta el depósito. Las raices estan tan crecidas que no puedo ni levantar las plantas con su canasta. Así que no pude enrollarlas para meterlas en el caño otra vez. Incluso me encontré con que las raíces se metían por los tubos negros de goma que las riegan. Tuve que sacarlos y destaparlos. En definitiva ayer hice un lavado preventivo con agua oxigenada para limpiar toda posibilidad de hongos en el sistema. Por ahora se las vé sanas y avanzando. Estoy esperando a que termine el estirón para hacer una poda de hojas. De todos modos voy a usar un tipo de poda que ya he hecho antes y me ha resultado muy bien. En lugar de cortar lad hojas de abajo, corto las hojas grandes de arriba, y de esa forma dejo una base de hojas en el medio de la planta, que alimentan a todas las ramas. Y así no tengo nada que tape la liz a las flores que quiera dejar. De esa mitad de planta para abajo, no qieda ninguna rama. Ya fui cortando algunas. Pero la semana que viene voy a hacer la poda más real. Me asusta un poco el tamaño de las raíces. No sé donde puede terminar esto. Dia 12 Hoy hice una defoliación fuerte. Corté muchas hojas y ramas. Pero el corte que hice es un tipo de corte que ya he hecho antes con muy buenos resultados. Elijo una altura que suele ser entre el 2do y 3er nudo, y corto todas las hojas grandes de arriba, dejando sólo las hojas grandes del medio y abajo. Todos los ápices que dejo, estan por encima de ese nivel de hojas que dejo. Por debajo de eso nada. De esa forma la planta sigue recibiendo luz en todas las flores, y en las hojas abajo de ellas. Solamente me preocupa que se han juntado mucho las ramas principales de cada planta. Así que voy a tener que aplicar un LST intensivo cuando empiecen a engordar. Seguramente ahora empiecen a tomar menos agua, dado que con la cantidad de hojas que había antes, transpiraban mucho. Ahora será cuestión de ir vigilando el engorde y no fallar al momento de splicar nutrientes. Para la 3ra semana pienso empezar a sumar big bud a la mezcla que uso. Y mantener el bud blood, pero a mitad de dosis. Al final se volvieron tan tupidas, que no pude dejar una sin cortar hojas, dado que ya estábamos hablando de hojas abanico que atravezaban casi todo el indoor a lo ancho. Espero que pronto empiece la floración propiamente dicha

Made some bag shake hash , about 2gms - lots of cloudy trycs in the hash. It’s worth checking the quality of the shack hash with a microscope. have made 400gms of canna-butter for edibles. Not a bad yield . I was expecting a bigger yield. Looks good in the jar .

These girls are all over the place! 🤪 one is reaching for the stars, the other is eating itself alive, and the other looks to be about 10 days behind the others with flowering🤦‍♂️ They are all still growing a fattening, but wow, I have not had this many deficiencies since my first grow. Por dónde empezar, es una autofloreciente que es muy fácil de cultivar, tiene un periodo corto de crecimiento y de floración igual no es largo. En cuanto a la alimentación , pues la aplique una vez por semana y a sido suficiente, se a comportado muy bien en interior, la flor pues no es muy prieta porque no deja de ser una autofloreciente, pero es una flor que está bien explotada y que va repleta de tricomas. El periodo de luz pues de principio a fin a 18 horas, fue sucficiente para completar el ciclo de vida como esperaba. I harvested them about a week apart. Neither one was as bulky as I hoped for, but they both frosted over incredibly well and smell a little bit like black cherry (one of the genetic donors)..but it's also a little like a burgundy wine flavor on the exhale. Very appropriately named! Plant A: 80g Plant B: 88g It's dried up into some really tight, beautifully dense nuggs. Between both plants I got about another 30g's of lower/larfy bud that I'll press for the rosin in another day or two. This strain is pure magic to grow...nothing to it really. They happily eat up whatever nutes you give them and aren't light-sensitive in the least. They stretched a little more than 3 feet from the time they were switched to flower and both plants reached 4' in total. Slightly more space between the nodes than the Sucrose Overdose, but they filled in nicely. They have a very mild aroma while growing, but it smells delightful in a jar. One pheno had "praying" fan leaves from the get-go, all the way to the end...never drooped..not even at night. It didn't have the more red coloration in the foliage and stems like the other one. But a real beauty just the same.😍 I still have one of these beans that I'll run next Fall..and prolly clone the hell out of it..👍. Special thanks to Wicked_Stix for his idea to breed this hybrid, and the magic beans!!!!!! I'll update with my smoke test and final thoughts next week some time.

6 plants got topped today. The girls have been drinking more often. I’m going to mix up a tea this week and see if it helps. Really hoping for the best with the northern lights. I think I might at least get 1 good plant. Time will tell. Happy growing guys.

Hey everyone 👋 Here's this week's update: Matcha is still small and I believe she'll stay like this but at the time she's doing better compared to last week, so that's a win. I wonder, did I do something wrong? Was it the lack of CalMag or maybe the heat? Maybe I got a weird phenotype? (I doubt this) or what else could've happened to her? The truth is there are tons of different things that could've caused this and I wish I could know what could've caused this (I'll be making a grow question regarding this). Pistachio on the other hand is doing well, she's huge compared to her sister and she grew a looooot this week! Some leaves are slightly dark and some tips are a bit too bright as well but there's no signs of burn so I assume she might be on her the limit! Personally I suppose the mycorrhizas might be the ones at fault in here. They make feeding more efficient so probably the "normal" dosage might be a bit too much for them... and for that reason alone I decided to lower the amount of Green Grow that I was using, hopefully that will help. 🙏 I also decided to give 10 weeks of vegetation to these plants. Hopefully Matcha will grow a little more during this time (she's still at 20cm) but at this moment I expect nothing from her, I'll just allow her to surprise me haha. 👻 Thanks for reading! Start of week 7. Filling out and frosting up nicely 👌 👍

Moved them out of the small closet into a bigger closet(or wardrobe). Gave them a good foliar spray with organic seaweed extract. Topped two of the highest reaching canopies of the one smallest one that got to grow roots again. Re-potting at day 59; transplanted them into 15l autopots with airdomes on bottom. Soil is 90% Biobizz all-mix and 10% vermicompost. Gave them a good EM shower both for the plants and soil with 10% solution strength. Popped a Boost Buddy CO2 bag, which is now hanging in the grow space. They are in the wardrobe waiting to be transfered to the tent when it becomes available.

So much growth. I had the 1000w light up to 100% for a bit but it's just too hot so I put it back down to 75%. Dec 19: this one has some burnt leaves. I can't exactly tell if it's nutrient burn or light burn. I switched it into the cooler spot the White Widow was in, and I added a bunch of water. This one drank maybe a third of the water since Friday, at least twice as much as the other one. The pH on this one is still reading really low but my tap water is 7.8 and the White Widow is 7.6. I'm just going to watch it before I start adding pH up. It's very strange. This one is still stretching like crazy at the main cola points. She's starting to bloom but not as much as the white widow.

UPDATE: Day 1 of week 14- Thursday 19th Nov!!!! Woop woop! We’re getting close, my magnifying lense arrived and I’ve got my first real good look at the trichomes.. All looking fairly cloudy with about 10-15% ambers coming through. So as we’re super close now I’ve now started flushing. Not doing a run off as have been using Biobizz soil & Nutes. First flush is done and girls are looking happy. One lady seems to have really heavy colas as she’s struggling to stand up straight. So I’ve staked her to keep her more upright. Think she may bring the best yield of all four girls as it stands so far. Final couple of weeks now, I can’t believe I’ve made it this far and really can’t wait to try my first home grown bud🍃 UPDATE: Day 2 of week 14 - Friday 20th Nov: Had to water them early as the girls were very dry after their first flush.. I on average water them every 48 hrs, but they were ready after 36. Already noticing some slight discolouration on the leaves 🍁... Glad I didn’t jump the gun and chop them this week after seeing some amber trichomes.. A bit more LST as they had stretched a little. I’m short on lamp to plant distance but noticed what looked like a little leaf burn on one of the tallest nugs. So did what I could to bring the height of them down just a little 👌 UPDATE: Day 4 of week 14 - Sun 22nd Nov: As soon as the lights went on today, more water seemed required at around 36hrs since the last flush. The girls seem to be loving it! Buds do seem to be fattening up a little more each day and I think one girl is slight more ahead than the others as she has mostly orange pistils compared to the other three.. Still need to see more amber trichomes on all four ladies before they’re ready! UPDATE: Day 5 of week 14 - Monday 23rd Nov: Small amount of LST to keep the girls as even as poss.. Defo seeing some discolouration in the fan leaves now.. All but one of the four girls have nearly completely orange pistils now which are folding back in to the buds. But Trichomes need to be a little more amber before they’re ready.. The fourth lady however is slightly behind with less orange pistils, some white ones still to turn orange and trichomes are still a mix of milky and clear on the lower buds. When I topped this one it didn’t work as well as the others so she has one really massive cola and all the others are much smaller in comparison to the other three plants.. I think we’ve got a week to 10 days left roughly till harvest. UPDATE: Day 6 of week 14 - Tuesday 24th Nov: Another water flush again today.. All seems well, lower small buds still need a few more amber trichomes I think.. But gonna post a question on here to make sure.. Don’t wanna get this wrong. Sooooooo close now and I’ll be seeing 🤩🤩🤩
