Schwerer rückschlag: sciarid larvae (trauermückenlarven) haben die Hälfte der seedlings angefressen. Nur die Pötte, wo neue pflanzerde drin war, wurden verschont. Diese Mücken legen ihre Eier in feuchtes Substrat und die Larven fressen Keimlinge und junge wurzeltriebe... klassisch Pech gehabt.. tausche jetzt die Erde und setze das dritte mal an diese Saison. Das Zeitfenster für automatics ist noch groß genug 🙂 Aufgeben ist keine Option.

Week 8 flower

Well it’s been 2 weeks now and the girls are doing nicely, they have been lightly fed twice a day and have outgrown their Solo cups. I flushed the Coco 3 times to a reading of 10ppm out the bottom. It took 2.5 gallons of pH’d RO water.. I transferred them to 5.7 litre smart pots tonight and gave them about 500ml of nutes. I also prepped the CoCo with Myko before transplanting. So far I’m liking the CoCo and so are the girls. Wish me luck on this grow. Any comments and suggestions welcome.

I did some defoliation and some HST. She grew another 24 cm in height. She has a nice indica structure She is on the same watersource as my brooklyn sunrise and i had to raise the nutes a bit up. Day 50 - Started week 8 today and things are looking good. I’m still a rookie at all this but it’s looking like this girl might be a beast, at least for me. Gave her a feeding of the foxfarm trio today and did a little leaf tucking. Just waiting for her to start putting on some weight. Day 51 - She’s looking really good and stretched another half an inch. Gave her some more water today since she’s drinking like a fish. Just gonna continue watching her grow and fatten. Day 52 - What can I say?!! This girl is gorgeous and starting to fill in and stretches another 1.5” overnight. She’s slowly starting to fill in and lovin’ it. Love watching the day to day changes. Gave her just another feeding of water and will give her the foxfarm trio feeding tomorrow. Day 53 - Nothing too major to report, looks like she stopped stretching and is starting to fill out and looking good. Day 54 - All is looking good and really starting to fill in now and getting a bit frostier everyday. Two days in a row of no more stretching so hopefully she’ll really start filling in more. Day 55 - Things are taking off with this girl. She’s starting to fill in nicely. Gave her straight water and in the next couple days, I will start week 9’s schedule for the foxfarm trio. She starting to frost up a bit and loving it. Day 56 - Last of week 8 and rolling into week 9 strong. All is looking good and gave her the first of two week 9 feedings from the foxfarm trio. Starting to get a bit frosty and lovin’ it.

Everything is going great, i can watch the flowers emerge, every day there are visible changes! Smell is great, plants are healthy! I maxed out both lights at 100% this week after adding around 5% every other day

✂️ Harvest — From Chop to Bubble Hash (Final Review) 🌿❄️ Harvest completed with dense, resin-heavy buds and fully swollen calyxes. Trichomes were mostly cloudy with a touch of amber, and the aroma at chop was loud — sweet, citrusy, and greasy, filling the room instantly 🍊🔥 After harvest, the plant was air-dried for ~5 days at 16–19 °C, keeping conditions cool to preserve terpenes and trichome heads. Instead of a full flower cure, I chose to process the harvest into Bubble Hash, focusing on resin quality and terpene retention ❄️🌿 The wash went very clean — trichome heads separated well, showing strong resin production despite earlier challenges during the run. Smell stayed fresh and powerful throughout the process, confirming the effectiveness of the environment control and flush. This grow was a big learning experience. From training in veg, managing powdery mildew in early flower, switching to RO water, and finishing with Flawless Finish, everything contributed to a clean and satisfying result. Ending with one plant proved that quality and consistency matter more than numbers 👑 Overall, very happy with the outcome — solid resin, loud terps, and valuable lessons gained for the next run. Looking forward to applying everything learned into the next diary 🌿🔥

The seed was free and i tried with no expectations. the plant maintained a deep green with great bud structure for lollipopping it made it easy to know what was able to be pruned or not quite easily. seemed to be very resistant to bugs. buds were dense but not as crystally as i might have expected, potentially i chopped a little too early.. *shrug* i will update when it has dried sufficiently
