Muy buenas familia está semana van tirando muy bien una de ellas ya está empezando a mostras sus cogollos ala otra todavía le quedan unos días tengo dudas en cuando empezar a echarle engorda cogollos al ser auto floreciente y en teoría en 60- 65 días estria lista no se cuñado ponerlo o si ponerle si alguien me echa una mano encantado 😁en una semanita nos estamos viendo buenos humos familia paz

2nd net is up. Early bud formations are promising. holding up to the extremes pretty well, some leaves taking minor damage, but overall, she is holding up, gave her 1 night at 50F see how she would react, stressful. Not advised as it messes with her metabolism, but I want to see if it triggers any anthocyanin response. Love to see her purp up but no signs yet. Homework. If Rubisco activity is impaired and it cannot properly function or regenerate its substrate, the plant's leaves are likely to turn a pale green or lime green, a condition known as chlorosis. Essentially, Rubisco activity is highly regulated and susceptible to various environmental and metabolic factors that can cause it to become inhibited, leading to an apparent failure in RuBP regeneration due to a lack of consumption. Rubisco regeneration is intrinsically linked to nitrogen supply because Rubisco is a major sink for nitrogen in plants, typically accounting for 15% to over 25% of total leaf nitrogen. The regeneration phase itself consumes nitrogen through the synthesis of the Rubisco enzyme and associated proteins (like Rubisco activase), and overall nitrogen status heavily influences the efficiency of RuBP regeneration. RuBisCO is a very large enzyme that constitutes a significant proportion (up to 50%) of leaf soluble protein and requires large investments in nitrogen. Insufficient nitrogen supply limits the plant's ability to produce adequate amounts of RuBisCO, thereby limiting the overall capacity for photosynthesis and carbon fixation. Maintaining the optimal, slightly alkaline pH is crucial for the proper function and regeneration of Rubisco. To increase RuBisCO regeneration, which refers to the process of forming the CO2 acceptor molecule Ribulose-1,5-bisphosphate (RuBP) during photosynthesis, the primary methods involve optimizing the levels and activity of Rubisco activase (Rca) and enhancing the performance of other Calvin-Benson-Bassham (CBB) cycle enzymes. Biochemical and Environmental Approaches: Optimize Rubisco Activase (Rca) activity: Rca is a crucial chaperone protein that removes inhibitory sugar phosphates, such as CA1P (2-carboxy-D-arabinitol 1-phosphate), from the Rubisco active site, thus maintaining its catalytic competence. •Ensure optimal light conditions: Rca is light-activated via the chloroplast's redox status. At the center of the porphyrin ring, nestled within its nitrogen atoms, is a Magnesium ion (Mg2+). This magnesium ion is crucial for the function of chlorophyll, and without it, the pigment cannot effectively capture and transfer light energy. Mg acts as a cofactor: Mg2+ binds to Rubisco after an activator CO2 molecule, forming a catalytically competent complex (Enzyme-CO2-Mg2+). High light + CO2) increases demand: Under high light (60 DLI is a very high intensity, potentially saturating) and high CO2, the plant's capacity for photosynthesis is high, and thus the demand for activated Rubisco and the necessary Mg2+ cofactor increases. Monitoring is key: The most effective approach in a controlled environment is to monitor the plant's physiological responses e.g., leaf Mg2+ concentration, photosynthetic rate, Rubisco activation state, and adjust the nutrient solution/fertilizer to maintain adequate levels, rather than supplementing a fixed "extra" amount. In practice, this means ensuring that Mg2+ is not a limiting factor in the plant's standard nutrient solution when pushing the limits with high light and CO2. Applying Mg2+ through foliar spray is beneficial to Rubisco regeneration, particularly in alleviating the negative effects of magnesium (Mg) deficiency and high-temperature stress (HTS). While Mg can be leached from soil, within the plant it is considered a mobile nutrient, particularly in the phloem. Foliar-applied Mg is quickly absorbed by the leaves and can be translocate to other plant parts, including new growth and sink organs. Foliar application of: NATURES VERY OWN MgSO4 @ 15.0g L-1 in a spray bottle. Foliar sprays are often recommended as a rapid rescue measure for existing deficiencies or as a supplement during critical growth stages, when demand for Mg is high. Application in the early morning or late evening can improve absorption and prevent leaf burn. The starting point [of creativity] is curiosity: pondering why the default exists in the first place. We’re driven to question defaults when we experience vuja de, the opposite of déjà vu. Déjà vu occurs when we encounter something new, but it feels as if we’ve seen it before. Cruise control... Did a rez change, fresh new RO water + added calmag and nutes totalling 750ppm. Not much vertical growth. Buds fattening up now. tied up some of the branches and defoliated a little to allow more light penetration.

Hi everyone 🤗 This week it looked more and more astonishing after opening the box a wonderful sweet smell wafts through the room 👍. A few days ago the Blue Cheese Phenotype 1 was harvested and placed in the dark room :-). This week both Kosher Tangie Kush phenotypes will be harvested 👍. Next week the Blue Cheese phenotypes 1 and 2 will be harvested ;-) everyone else needs a while 😀. I wish you all a nice week, stay healthy 🙏🏻 and let it grow 🌱👍

Im really pleased with how these girls are growing..at first i was worried about how small they may be but now seeing how stocky they have got im excited. In total this is my 6th ever run and im so happy with the results.

Semana 0 Del 3 al 9 de agosto Estamos en la semana 0 que va a ser la primera desde el cambio a 12h. Las temperaturas están siendo geniales y los LED ayudan bastante. Estamos en 26°C en ON y unos 24°C en OFF. Vimos que el último riego pudo ser demasiado potente y aprovechamos para hacer varias cosas. • La planta tiene 0 marcas de bichos, ni picaduras ni nada.. parece que los preventivos han funcionado bien, pero no bajamos la guardia. Espolvoreamos la capa de arriba del sustrato con tierra de diatomeas y humedecemos. Como el sustrato ya había bajado bastante, echamos una capa de sustrato ( monkey soil coco) y repetimos volvemos a espolvorear. • Realizamos riego con unos 2l casi. Usamos 0.16 Mammoth P + 1 calmax PH 6,2 EC: 0,4/0,6ms Th20: 23,5°C • Hoy soltamos todo el sistema LST. La idea es la siguiente: dejarle un día suelta descansando para que se estire un poco y luego colocarlas en su posición final. Parece que tiene forma de pino y cada rama esta cogiendo esa forma, por eso quiero estirar la un poco, para que tengan sitio. 5 de agosto Volvems a hacer el LST Pero esta vez con grapas de hierro, aprovechamos para dejar en posición. Mientras la entrenabamos quebrados el tallo central.. 6 de agosto Vemos que se posiciona mejor y aprovechamos para quitar algunas hojas y algún brote pequeño. Hoy a vuelto el calor pero aguantamos en unos 28,5°C de max. La humedad si he es alta, entorno al 70% 8 de agosto Hoy movemos un poco los brotes para que quede menos sombras. Aprovechamos para hacer un riego con 1,5l usando 5ml•l de Delta 9 PH 6,01 EC: 1,2ms Th20: 26,6°C El calor continúa y más o menos aguantamos las condiciones. 28°C y un 66% de humedad. Este riego de Delta 9 le sentará genial, se puede apreciar como siguen estirando los brotes de cada rama para coger su sitio de cara a florecer. Además la planta en general a engordado bastante en cuanto a tallo y ramas más fuertes. 9 de agosto Terminamos esta semana de perforación. Seguimos con el calor y la humedad, en ese sentido a sido un mal día. De temperatura rondamos los 28°C con una max de 30 y mínimas de 24,5°C (en OFF)*. La humedad a andado de 60/70%, esperamos que las condiciones mejoren cuando la flora sea mas avanzada. Hoy realizamos ultimo preventivo, unas 6h com el quemador de azufre para después de ventilar un rato hacer un foliar con 15ml spruzit + 2 aceite de neem + 2 un producto de prueba. Las sensaciones son tremendas y la verdad que nos lo estamos tomando con mucha ilusión porque esta quedando preciosa y respondiendo como un Jabato. El juego a empezado amigos, a partir de ahora empieza lo buenoo.

The royal crematic have some calmag deficit so i give biobizz calmag. The wedding cake looks and smels awesome, maybe 1 or 2 weeks and she is ready to harvest. Higher the sunlight evo from 60 to 80 % power.

Week 4 flower: all 3 plants left in the tent are pollinated - it's hard to tell to what extent but bud formation has slowed down 😞. Middle plant (Mimosa Evo #2) is definitely the strongest pheno and its trichomes smell like tangerines which is really nice! We did an intense defoliation on Day 24 of flower in an attempt to lower humidity and increase airflow but RH is still dangerously high at 80% because of the current weather. Also gave them a bloom PK top dressing on day 26 because canna coco does not provide a PK boost in their coco nutrient line. Hope to see the buds dense up over the next few weeks without too many seeds ...

10/21 Day 23 Well may be seeing some improvement on Brandy and Maggie from the drench and mag foliar spray. Will spray again tomorrow. Layla is just lovely and holding off another day on watering, temps have lowered and humidity is up so drying is slow. Just dont get it but I have decided to go full Coco coir from here on, something aint right 10/22 Fed Layla Big Bloom 3tsp - Fish Mix 1tsp - CalMag 1tsp - Recharge 0.5tsp - Fish Sh!t 0.5tsp / Gal at 6.5 ph for 0.5 gal Brandy and Maggie seem to be improving, had to train and gave another foliar spraying nothing else done. 10/24 Update New Pics - note new growth Plants beginning to drink more and Maggie showing most improvement. Afraid Brandy will stunt but sure that was going to happen a week ago. Leaf structure is improving greatly. Prob will feed in a day or two and another foliar spray at the same time 10/26 Day 28 Finally fed all three girls - nothing much has changed appearance wise and pics tomorrow on new week. Including initial dose of bloom nuets as hairs are showing strong - no foliar spray until Sunday. Feeding: Cal-Mag 5ml - Big bloom 15ml - Fish Mix 5ml - Bio-Bloom 5ml - Fish Sh!t 5ml / gal @6.45 ph for 1 gal (Layla) 0.75 gal (Maggie) 0.5 gal (Brandy) as they are drinking at different rates unfortunately. Final PH is taken after all nuets added, makes a difference. NOTE: Since this veg cycle is ending and the plants will be moving to the Flowering tent and this tent will be doing drying duty for the LSD-25 for a few days, time we were getting the Growit Coco coir ready for the Green Crack grow in a week or so. Hydrated the first brick (2 cuft hyd) and am single buffering the coco with 30 ml of cal-mag in four gallons of water for 24 hours. This will also serve as a safety wash just in case the factory lies :) Its supposed to be pretty good coco, little if any peat or croutons I can see. Will do second brick when this one finished and I can store Looking at using a different system this time around.
