Hola y gracias por pasarte a ver mi diario. Recibí esta variedad mediante un paquete promocional de 2 semillas en una compra online. Una se la di a mi hermano para que la cultivase y, tras leer la ficha de la variedad en BSF Seeds, me pareció una excelente elección para añadir a mi jardín de exterior. La planta creció sin ningún problema, con mucho vigor, muchas ramas y adaptándose perfectamente al LST. Al ser un cultivo 100% orgánico y únicamente con riegos de agua del grifo sin añadir abonos líquidos era esperable alguna carencia, aunque no se apreció hasta bien entrada la floración. El hecho de añadir todos los nutrientes al sustrato me ha permitido facilitar la tarea del riego y no tener que realizar el lavado de raíces. La planta se desarrolló en una maceta de 30L y ha producido 150g de cogollos secos, muy duros y con una relación flores/hojas excelente.. El olor de las flores húmedas era fuerte, dulce y afrutado. Respecto a plagas y enfermedades ha sido muy resistente, no he apreciado signos de araña roja, pulgón ni trips gracias al aporte de harina de Neem en el sustrato. Tampoco he sufrido el temido y habitual ataque de las orugas (ni la oruga de las hojas ni la del cogollo) gracias a las pulverizaciones en las fechas clave con Bacillus Thuringiensis. Tampoco se ha visto afectada por el Oídio que normalmente aparece al final de la floración en la zona donde vivo, tampoco botrytis pese a ser cogollos densos y llenos de resina, por lo que la pastilla de Micorrizas y Trichodermas ha funcionado a la perfección, no sólo reforzando el sistema radicular sino también frente a los hongos invasores. El clima también me ha acompañado este año, vivo en una zona cálida donde la temperatura suele ser óptima para el cultivo de exterior de cannabis, el mes de mayo llovió algún día de forma agradable, junio, julio y agosto fueron especialmente secos, solo llovió un par de noches a finales de agosto, y septiembre también ha sido muy respetuoso lloviendo solo 2 veces. Por todo esto, siendo la primera vez que elaboro un supersoil, estoy seguro que para la temporada 2022 repetiré el sistema, haciendo algunos ajustes a la mezcla para evitar estas carencias que he comentado. The Afghan #1 has received her final defoliant. At the end of week six she is 78 cm tall. Has put on significant weight with the calyxes fully swollen now emerging into bud formation. Leaves fading yellowing. Stem growth slow paced. She will be fed water and molasses until harvest.

Buds became a little darker as I wanted, the flavors perfume the air.

Finally my QB 240W come and it's incredible bright. i flip it to 12/12 this week to make sure the small tent 90 x 90 x 180 not blowing up. after 4 day i witness good stretch from the tree and the temp also decrease to 30 celcius average. I'm happy with my grow so far hope to get 100 gram out of this harvest.

Great smell and growing dense. Fell over this week due to its weight on one side since one side grew more than tje other.. Is a great plant and is growing smoothly shouldve cloned it.

She is cover all in buds nice little green monster. She will stretch in next week by few more centimetres

Week is looking good so far. Kaya's Coffee is a taller plant with less leaves than other strains. Where it lacks in leaves it adds in height. I have been removing damaged leaves from light burn slowly but surly. day 13 have leaves getting yellow on the ends... Adjusted my PH down from 6.0 to 5.5. I was keeping the PH high for the plants to take up more Cal-Mag. So I'm thinking the PH is keeping them from taking up Nitrogen causing the plant to take it from other leaves.

7/1/23 - Day 19 I do water changes weekly. The new weeks start off with a water change. Water changes always scare me, it's the mixing of nutes and balancing the PH. It sounds easy in theory but in practice you want to interfere with the PH asap. But I was able to let the LEAF box empty the water, I filled it up with RO water, LEAF then dosed all my nutes. After that i came in a PH balanced it. (PH balance is something LEAF will be able to do, but there was a bug in the software so instead of having LEAF dose the PH i decided to do it manually for now. The Roots are INSANE! I bet by time I'm done there will be 1+ gallons of water displaced by the roots. I almost started cutting her lower leaves at the base, but I decided to let them grow for a bit. If they grow out some more i will be able to scrogg them and then cut the leaves below after they are trained up a bit. The lights have kicked on and everything looks in order. The plant looks great too, she might be in a small amount of WTF because of all the PH changes but i think the drastic changes were kept to a minimum. She looks happy. As always ill update you tomorrow. 7/3/23 - Day 21- I trimmed some of the lower leaves on the bottom, I'm leaving her bushy still, I won't want to cut any more branches if I can, I need the branches from the bottom to reach the sides of the Scrogg net. In the next couple of days being apple to Scrogg and stretch her while Shes still moldable. 7/5/23 - Day 23 - I added some training lines to some of the branches. I need them to be as spread out as possible going into the Scrogg net. I'm a big fan of not trimming too much as she grows. I don't mind there being some foliage down below. I will cut as needed if it looks like the lower areas are sprouting too much of the little leaves, but for the most part, I let nature do its thing. She's drinking a ton of water now. I am getting my RO water dropped off by the five gal loads. I just got the membrane for my RO150 unit that I plan on having up and running within a couple of weeks so I can start making my own water. 7/6/23 - Day 24 - I added a picture of my RO water setup. It cannot be set up permanently, so this was a great solution. You can see how I was able to tie my branches down, next time I will drill a few holes on the side of the pot. This is a great solution for anyone looking to Scrogg and manage the vertical height. Also, you can see on the top branch there was some pulling, so much so that it started to pull the plant and it created a small lump. All good but just goes to show how pliable these plants are. It was a rough week for the girl. We had bad weather this past week very high humidity and lots of rain. I also dealt with some powdery white mold which I was able to get under control by using baking soda and water and removing lots of leaves. The buds are much more dense and the trichomes are starting to turn milky. Ideally I would have liked to keep this plant in the ground one more week but we have more nasty weather coming so I will be most likely be pulling this girl in the next three days. It has been about 11 days since I have given her any nutrients and she has received a lot of rain water. I pulled some of the lower branch when I found the PWM just in-case and I have those dry right now.

I'm shocked and impressed at how much abuse from my mistakes (high PH, low PH, no nutrients, to nutrient burn to light burn) and it turns out so good! I did a rough trim on them and hung the branches on hangers. Después de plantar las semillas regué los tiestos echando 2 jeringas de 60 ml en cada uno. Después dejé los tiestos bajo un foco led de 50W (rosa/morado), podéis ver este proceso en el vídeo 5. la primera Gorilla (A.Gorilla) apareció unos minutos pasado el día 23, el 24 a las 00:00 +/-, la segunda Gorilla (B.Gorilla), salió el mismo día a las 15:44, la primera Money Maker en aparecer (B.Money) apareció también el día 24 entre las 23:30 y las 00:00 y la última que pareció fue la otra money (A.Money) el día 25 a las 13:50 El día 28 transplanté a lso tiestos definitivos de 8l de la marca (Root Poch), podéis ver el proceso en el vídeo 16. -----CALENDARIO DE RIEGO----- 22/02/19 - 120 ml con todos los nutrientes semanales @ 0.4~0.5 E.C. ALOT HAPPENED THAT WAS NOT PHOTOGRAPHED. I was in a wreck in November that totaled my vehicle and injured me. In January I took on a new business endeavor whilst working full time 60+. Between the two I let the plant die from dehydration. I walked in one day she was browned all over. Not a green leaf in sight. Wilted beyond belief. She looked to the untrained disbelieving eye dead. I cut the lights down to 20% & kept a vigilant eye in her watering her as she needed. It took 3 weeks of this before a single sprig of green shot forth from this battered plant. Only half of the entire plant came back to life the other half eventually got trimmed back to encourage new lateral shoots . . That was the idea. . Although nothing EVER grew on one entire half of the plant. So I regrew out the plant by babying . This is indeed the exact same plant however everything you see is brand new. The plant has been being trained to grow over in the directions of the areas that Cellie’s cellular vascular system was permanently damaged as a result of my non existent watering schedule. Shes looking full these days but I can’t help but bite my finger at the lovely and healthy growth pattern I squandered and took for granted. I firmly believe if I didn’t have to spend the better part of 2 months on what I called “Recovery” after losing AN ENTIRE HALF OF MY PLANT to bring this plant back to 1. Life & 2. Vigor that she’d have filled out the 5x5 . I’m going to do a heavy defoliation to expose growth sites. I of course wanna fill out as much of this tent as possible as soon as possible to see if we can push the quantity boundaries of harvest. Sorry for the inconsistency I’m going to do my best to see this through
