Week 4 - 01/22 to 01/28 2021 Pictures from Days 25 + 26 TRANSPLANTED! Might have waited too long but hopefully the transplant and LST stress might slow the plant down since i think it's already flipping to flower like the other @SweetSeeds Dark Devil Auto and the Purple Lemonade from @FastBuds. I think the Red Poison might have been the first one I noticed to flip but at least this one will be quick. More and more reasons to go back to a photoperiod grow after this for more control/really test out the new lights 🙌 Ended up more 50/50 ratio of Destiny Organic's Dark Matter Living Soil + ProMixHP since I had to make the Destiny last. Apparently they went out of business just after I decided it was my favourite/new soil :( Would rather stay away from Ocean Floor since I haven't had the best experiences with it (bugs/rust fungus etc) Feel free to drop some recommendations other than Fox Farms below 👍 The Red Poison Auto is going strong other wise, keeping the LST basic to see if I can still get the screen in the tent but it wouldn't be practical at this point. I raised the @ViparSpectraLED P1500 another eight inches after transplant and started basic LST. I really wanted to get these four under a ScrOG but if 3/4 are already flipping and the LSD is still runty I might have to wait it out again. Just like the Dark Devil in my other Sweet Seeds diary, there is a solid smell on the fingers after adjusting it/when the fan hit it just right 😍 I have the @MarsHydroLED TSL2000 set up and ready to go once the girls settle into their new pots. Have the new surge protector/heavy duty power cords/power tool grade timers as mentioned in Week 3. Some of it shown in the pictures. 31-08-2019 Another glorious week with the new system, getting the RO water is less a challenge than the Soil or CoCo with previous grows and soo much better than feedings of 2 or more gallons every other day. She seems to be coming out of the shock mode as some stems are changing back to green from deep purple. Some new growth has started to appear so that's a good sign 😎 Nutrition will be doubled on the next Nutrition Change out in 7 days. So far! All variables are under control. I like the fact I can turn the tap and check accurately and adjust if needed unlike soil unless you are using a soil kit all the time. I have notice a few drips coming out of the unit but not much to be concerned with. Pump work 15 min intervals pumping Nutritional spray. 2 different Air flows 1) in solution with air stone and 2) open wand spray inside directed at the roots to provide additional oxygen.

Today i decided to heavily defoliate the plants. I also found a old feeding schedule from Green House with PH values, and it recommends that i should give an PH of 5.7 on coco. I thought PH 6 was good, but i was wrong, maybe this in combination with the plants being too wet, is the reason for the weird growing leaves, and the problems they show. I cleaned the reservoir and made sure there is no old water in the lines. I made a full strength 10L feed, and added it to the reservoir. I turned the reservoir on for around 3 mins, just to the point that the AutoPot trays are full of water and the valves are shutting them off, then i turn the reservoir off. I will do this every other day, so 1 time in 2 days. 7-4 Temperature: 25.7 degrees (lights on) 22.1 degrees (lights off) Humidity: 64% (highest) 50% (lowest) 8-4 Temperature: 26.4 degrees (lights on) 22.4 degrees (lights off) Humidity: 64% (highest) 55% (lowest) Today i turned on the reservoir for 3 minutes again, just till the trays are full of water. 9-4 Temperature: 25.9 degrees (lights on) 21.2 degrees (lights off) Humidity: 60% (highest) 51% (lowest) No pictures.

We took a closely look at our 18 plants, 18 days before the end (harvest) of the 66 days experiment... * Extreme defoliation for maximum lighting. * Low humidity (45-50%). * 24/24 lights all the 7 weeks from seedlings.

Its been a good week they are smelling pretty strong already. Switched to early bloom feeding. They started to stretch pretty good this week and, were taking up water quicker than i realized so I topped the pots off with some extra soil and started to water heavier they are thirsty.

We've made it to day 28! - 17/12/20 The girls seem to be happy and healthy today. I won't be feeding/watering them as the pots are still heavy from yesterdays feed. A few of the girls have started to show sex & the smell has picked up a little bit(inside the tent), so I'm hoping to see some flowering begin this week sometime. (I've been using my iPhone as my only DSLR lens is useless for focusing on certain depths, but I hate the colour I get using the iPhone... I may be switching back to DSLR unless I can find a better camera app.) update - day 29 (18/12/20) Short update today. Fed the girls today and will probably be feeding/watering every day from here on out, we'll see though. veg growth has really taken off by now, I'm hoping to see some flowering this week. update - day 30 (19/12/20) I fed the girls today. I need to find a better way to hand water, the plants are so short and bushy its a pain getting in between all the branches. I wish i left my drip feed system up and running, I will definitely refine it and use it next run. Update - day 31 (20/12/20) Fed the girl's straight water today. I'm going to purchase the pieces I need tomorrow to reconfigure my drip feed system & hopefully have it running by mid-week! Update - day 32 I attempted to set up my drip feed system today but the plants are too thick around the base to place the halo around :( I will have to wait until next season to set it up, oh well, I guess its hand watering for the next 5-10 weeks Fingers crossed these girls start to flower ASAP. I fed the girls today, everything is looking good so far. I also moved the plants around to try to make hand watering easier, I had issues trying to water the whole pot instead of just one spot due to plants/branches being in the way. Update - Day 34 - 23/12/20 It definitely seems ill be watering the girls every day from here on out. All the girls look fairly happy and healthy, they're getting a bit big for the 5x5 they're in. Blüten werden inzwischen sehr Harzig und der Duft nimmt zu. Dem Giesswasser wird täglich 1:10 Jauche zugegen. Zu dem jedes zweite Gießen Pro Sugar von Grow Pro ein Kohlenhydrat Blütedünger(von der Mary Jane ein Tester). Zu dem gibt es ein bis zweimal in der Woche Seafeed Xtra von envii. Die ersten Blätter haben sich unten entfernt daher gebe ich gerade wieder Stickstoff zu den Pflanzen. Auch wenn es nur noch diese Woche war danach nur noch Blütedünger. Zu dem habe ich Basilikum gepflanzt, Dill, Ringelblume und Koriander gesäat am Anfang der Woche und zum Ende noch Lupine und Rot Klee.

Actual veg period is 3 weeks my grow is from seedling. Plants seem to look healthy. The 1000 watt hps puts out some heavy heat, so airflow and humidity have been my struggles . looking to add ac ventilation in the next week to maintain below 80. Added trellis(It’s my first lol) and topped two plants will top more as they grow.

The Sensi Seeds Research breeding project has created eleven cannabis seed varieties. How? By combining new cannabis cultivars with a selection of strains from their long-established cannabis gene bank. For the first time in thirty-six years, they are opening the doors of the Sensi Seeds Research and Development Department. Week #5 Plants are doing well, there’s not much to do except to let them grow. Roots are filling the pots, I might transplant them in their final pots (18l) during next week. The Mars-Hydro SP250 has done a very good job during these 5 weeks. The plants need more space to grow, I will have to switch on the HID next week to give some more light coverage. Giving them a light feed during the week using Cellmax BIO 8-2-2 (not listed) and not Organic Grow ☝️ In my quest for plants science I have found something interesting about the Dr Cleve Backster 😊 but apparently controlled experiments that have attempted to replicate Backster's findings have failed... weird isn’t it ? 😳 (I’m looking for a job in the Cannabis industry as Master Grower, Mineralogist, Quality Control)

Now this side of the tent seems to be doing great. At first I thought it was the air circulation with the other side so I’m still digging into that. Either way this is about these two ladies and I see the forming of pistils and can’t wait to see what kind of stretch they get into in the upcoming weeks. As for the coco vs. the rockwool way I’ve done it in the past I’m leaning towards the rockwool way. It’s easier and thus far the plants I get from it are larger. It consumes about the same amount of water although less nutrients.

2024/01/19 : plant looks healthy, 5th node is deploying, I can see 6th, even tiny 7th... so I decided to top. Back to 10 cm... 2024/01/20 : mainlining starts today, 2024/01/22 : ML's going on, watered with elycitor (1 g/L). 2024/01/23 : sprayed with Foliar Spray from B.A.C. last night to help a little 2024/01/24 : blueberry takes all this like a champ, it has 2 bodybuilded main stems. Now waiting for 4th nodes on each stem for 2nd top... 2024/01/25 : watered with molasses (1 mL/L), I can see baby 3rd nodes...😀
