So I’d like to welcome 👋👋 you all to my competition journey (well, probably — because shortly after I bought the seeds, it turned out there was no longer an option to join 😭😱). However, since the seeds were delivered straight to my door, even if I don’t end up being able to participate in the competition, I’ll simply run this grow the way I would have done for the contest.😊 So let’s start with the fact that the strain planted is Watermelon Punch Autoflower by Growers Choice. ( Why this strain? While talking with a friend on Discord, he told me he’d try this SH**T, and since there was a buy-one-get-two-seeds deal, I didn’t hesitate for a second — I said, LET'S DO IT ) . Both seeds cracked their shells and were placed into the soil so they can continue growing beautifully and healthily, ultimately producing a fruitful harvest. After just one day under a moist paper towel, the seeds were already ready to be planted — and that’s exactly what happened. Truly a very good seed stock. A photo after they emerge from the soil will be added in a few days, and then we’ll be able to move straight into a productive vegetative stage. Hi guys So we are on day 42 from switch so going into week 7 now, these are a 45-50 day flowering plant, I will be using a ripner for the next 10 days then give it a final flush of just water at ph 6.2. So there starting there fade now on some of the leaves and the buds are are fattening up. There really really sticky and covered in trichomes. I'm really looking forward to the end result. Temps and humidity are all good I took a few leafs off that was blocking buds but other than that its been a normal week. Happy growing guys and keep it up 💚💚💚 Day 44 on the scrog there fattening up but jeez there's so many white pistils. I'm not sure whether to just flush with alternating water and molasses or to use a ripner on it???? Any suggestions🤔 Thanks guys 💚💚💚 Day 47, started feeding bio heaven, bloom and topmax again for the next 2 weeks after a discussion about the organic range im using. Buds are swealing and really sticky, smell really sweet now. Humidity and room temps are consistent to where I want them, no signs of powdery mildew or rot of any sort. 16.2.25: I decided to check out the lower canopies of all plants to see if I need to get rid of any foliage. I did get rid of a few small branches and leaves. However, whilst I was doing this, I saw more garden pegs from my LST remaining. There were about 6 or more in Pink Mist alone. Additionally, on Watermelon, there were some left in, too. I'm so annoyed to see that because the plants are really stretching, and I could've potentially disrupted this by leaving the pegs in for all this time without realising it. 🤞 that I haven't compromised things too much. We'll see. I watered today with 2ltrs of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.3 containing the following nutrients; ♡ .8g Green Leaf Nutrients PK booster ♡ .5g Ecothrive Biosys I ordered quite a few things for the garden. I got Greenleaf Nutrients Sea K(elp) and Mega Crop Parts A+B. To go with their PK Booster I got last month. I'm excited to try it all together. Next run, maybe just using these. We'll see how it goes. 18.2.25: The plants are going crazy for water! Everything is getting used right up so fast! Today, I decided to add some more Black Strap Molasses to add some carbs and other micronutrients. I'll add the jar with the label in the photos section above. I watered a very small amount to each plant. What I put in: ♡ Black strap molasses 150g ♡ 2g Sea K(elp) Greenleaf nutrients. I dissolved everything in 4ltrs of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.4. 19.2.25: I received the majority of the garden purchases that I made. I'm still waiting for the Ecothrive Life Cycle. I wanted to top dress, but it's been delayed unfortunately. I am using my Greenleaf nutrients products which I bought on Amazon. I got the Mega Crop 2 part system Part A and Part B. I have the Sea K(elp), and the bud explosion PK booster. I really wanted to get some of their sweet candy asking read many positive reviews. Unfortunately, for me, this is unavailable to buy currently. So that's a little disappointing. I needed to do a good watering so when my nutes were delivered today, I got excited 🤗 I watered 2ltrs of dechlorinated water per plant, PH'd to 6.4, containing the following nutrients: ♡ 1g Mega Crop Part A ♡ 1g Mega Crop Part B ♡ .5g Sea K(elp). The plants drank this up within a few hours. I'm going to try and hold off on watering in hopes that my Ecothrive Life Cycle will arrive so I can top dress and water it in then. 20.2.25: My Ecothrive Life Cycle arrived yesterday, and the plants are ready for their top dress and a good watering in. I have some Biobizz Light Mix, Canna Coco,and perlite. I'm going to use this as a base to mix my amendments in. I'm going to fill my 5 gallon bucket with about 4.5 gallons of my top dress mix. I will distribute this across 6, 4-5 gallon pots. Then I will water in well with Greenleaf nutrients Mega Crop Parts A+B and Sea K(elp). I've made a crude attempt to video mixing my top dress. Don't listen to the audio. lol, my YouTube didn't stop playing whilst I recorded this 😂 So anyway, I added the following amendments to the above base mix of 4.5 gallons; ♡ 3 TBSP Ecothrive Life Cycle ♡ 3 TBSP Vitalink Bat Guano ♡ 3 TBSP Ecothrive Charge ♡ 1 TBSP RHS Mycorrhizal Fungi granules ♡ 6 TBSP Ground Cinnamon.

So, I harvested my 2 older girls around 4 weeks ago, the 2 younger ones took that extra 4 weeks, just chopped them now! Initially, I was really upset when I harvested the first two - they just looked really bad and loads of fluffy larf. So, I wrote a negative review but I deleted it because when I smoked some, it was really good! LOL. But still just had no good aesthetic. I decided to feed the younger ones way more nutes than I was giving the other ones, and increased the rate of water feeds... and WOW. They responded so well and they came out HUGE!!!! MAN!!! These nugs came out beastly. The older ones 100% were being fed way too low a dosage of nutes, and were not watered frequently enough. I've only just chopped them all and hung up to dry. Will update with a smoke report when they're ready! So, the pics im posting are of the two younger plants that were harvested later. I do not have pics of the earlier harvest, unfortunately, but it looked terrible (from my own doing it seems as I mentioned above). As you can see in the first pic, I had to hold her up as she was falling over on her own weight because the nugs were so heavy (actually had to use many ties to keep both the plants from falling in the final 2 weeks). Not too many pics but just an idea of how they were looking. Dense, big, frosty - not SUPER gassy in smell but still smells good! The side branches were all looking like main colas! Didn't LST or anything, just a bit of lollipopping and let it do its thing! Each pic is of a different bud site. Will also update with more details such as weight when it's dry! This time we want to grow 8 cannabis genetics from 7 companies!! 1.DNA Genetics: OG Kush 2.Delicious Seeds: Lord Kush 3.In House Genetics:Cakes N Cream 4.Anesia Seeds: Slurricane 5.Ripper Seeds:Acid Dough 6.Barney's Farm:Acapulco Gold 7.Royal Queen Seeds:Special Kush #1 8.Delicious Seeds:Chocobang The first and most important thing I do before planting the seeds is to disinfect the culture medium and the culture pots. I do this with (bordeaux mixture sc20%), (chlorpyrifos). I used sterile gauze to soak the seeds. And I set the ambient humidity to 80% The seeds germinate after 48 hours.

17.05. I don't have anything special to say, of course the weather is terrible... it's 6-7 at night, 15-16 during the day, so they're inside... the temperature inside is 20-21 during the day, at night from 15 to 17 when it's this cold... the plants were exactly 3 weeks old yesterday, today they entered the fourth week and most likely they will wait inside for the fifth week as well because the weather is terrible and there is no point in transplanting yet. Started off the week by transplanting from solo cups to the final 5G pot. Was having some high heats in the tent this week and the purple kush was not liking it. Feeding was every other day but the amount of nutrients were different almost every day. Was having difficult still with the right amount of nutrients to feed.

First feeding of week 3 juste before taking pictures!! 😁🍀✌️ Day 17 one of the gorilla melon looking not really happy after feeding!! She was doing great I don’t really know yet if it’s a deficiency or over feeding but I’ keep an eye on it 💚✌️ Day 18 I accidentally dropped a full bottle of water on my gorilla melon, which split in two at the base and break the pot😭she wasn’t able to stand alone so I hold her luck she continue to grow 🍀💚✌️

Barneys Blue cheese had reached day 35 from germination and it has doubled its size within 7 days. It the only that hasnt started flowering. I can see this pre flowering by the time next week. Soo far they’re doing great!

Hello Growmies, The final chapter of this incredible journey has unfolded, and it's time to share the bountiful harvest and reflections on the entire cultivation process. Trimming the plant was a joy, and with gentle fingers, I removed all the large fan leaves. The precision in this process revealed the true beauty of the buds, setting the stage for a smooth harvest. With care and gratitude, the plant was chopped, and the buds were hung to dry. The anticipation for what lies ahead only adds to the sense of accomplishment. The wet weight, excluding fan leaves, stands at an impressive 782 grams. The buds are massive, a testament to the efficacy of the nutrients used, particularly the Power Buds. The name seems apt, as the result is a collection of sticky, dense buds with subtle lemon notes and sweet pungent undertones. In the final moments, the plant unveiled some delightful purple hues. While I wish I could have allowed them to intensify further, it's a reminder that each grow is a learning experience. In hindsight, a slightly longer fading period would have accentuated those beautiful colors. We live and learn, and that's the essence of this journey. During this week, in addition to gnats and hydrophobic soil, I faced high humidity at night and poor ventilation inside the grow tent. I felt this delayed the development of the sprouts. I used only pure water for watering, and even then, I did it in small volumes (50 to 100ml) several times to combat poor nutrient absorption on top of the pot due to the hydrophobic soil. I also applied Bacillus to control the gnats in the larval stage. I noticed that my traps had fewer each day, but it's difficult to completely eliminate these little demons.

Day 114 (f52) update: Kosher Dawg is doing pretty good! 😀 She showed nute burn problems a few days ago so I diluted the mix a little, otherwise everything is going well and the buds and small bud leaves seem to be swelling and full of resin 😋😀 ==> Now it is clear this will be a very low yielder, already the internode distance is rather long for an indica but also the buds are very small. -> Low yielding kush crosses often give very good quality flowers so I am hyped!!! 😁😁😛 >>> Guessing another 10-14 days till harvest 😍😁😛

Week 7 and things are just bobbing along. The bud sites are starting to flesh out nice and it's getting a bit stinky in the tent. The buds are smelling very unripe, super green, but I can sense how it'll deepen and get sweet and pungent. The last watering was with the same ratio of fertilizer - which is now around 1/2 strength as recommended on the bottle. I think that went a little too fast on the smaller plants. There's some purpling on the higher up growth. On all of the plants, besides B#2 (which is doing the best, non-topped), they are dropping lower leaves very rapidly. It's probably normal, but the fact that the largest and most successful plant isn't makes me think there's something wrong. Perhaps it's a phenotype thing, or watering for the smaller plants is too much? Anyway, hoping to push this grow out for a few more weeks. Due to COVID-19 I have to move house which is right in the middle of the peak fo these plants blooming. Hopefully it ain't too stressful. Will see how it looks on the other side. Peace 😌

Well still on auto pilot for the most part. Giving her a daily feeding till run off of the nutes my other girls are using. Other than that I'm just checking on her daily. The main cola is big, fat and pretty dense. Not the hardest but everything considering I'm really happy. It's about the look anyway when it comes to cannabonsi plants. Finished the roll of butt wipe so that looks pretty cool. Hope to harvest next weekend but we will see. Thanks for following this has been a fun grow.

This week the plants got very bushy and wide. Stopped using Root Juice and Used Recharge microbes for the first time one day out of the week. LST also began this week. I noticed separate issues on two of the plants on their 21st day; the girl on the right showed some yellow color in some of the tips of the new growth at the top of the plant, while the girl in the middle had low hanging leaf tips which look burned / discolored. I think I might be over-watering. I'll confirm all of their soil is completely dry with my a moisture meter before watering next time.
