While at home i'm at 34~36º in the street things are worse :(. Also humidity fluctuate from 50~65º. At last I removed those ugly & dangerous cables from the branches and used a rubber covered one. For now i only need to fix her in 4 points, 1 per each main branch, as you can see, at about 13 cm of the main branch. Later i will fix her with another 2 points per branch, one in the border of the pot from inside, and the last one also in the pot's border but outside. This week i removed the first horizontal internode on each main branch, and also removed the branch that grows vertically down from the second internode leaving in place the one that grows totally up. At the end of the week i will fix the SCROG mesh, but it's not going to be permanent until later, or maybe not at all due to dark photography, as if i place the mesh i will not be able to move the plant (i need to think about it). For now, I just need it 3 or 4 days to test it as i never placed this 60x60 mesh before, and also i had to cut the central rods for the mesh. About Alice K. she's growing beauty and healthy, some week ago i found a little white spider that i killed, @time (week 7) I didn't noticed any insect signs more. Also remark that she's standing well those temperatures and some days of very low humidity some hours 35% inside the tent. And also the equitative distribution she's developing. Mientras que en casa estoy entre los 34~36º en las calles la cosa es mucho peor. También la humedad está un poco loca ya que a diario me fluctua en casa del 50~65º. Al final he quitado esos cables feos y peligrosos de las ramas y he usado un cable con goma en condiciones. Por el momento sólo he tenido que atar la planta a 4 puntos, 1 en cada rama que he dejado, como se puede ver a unos 13 cm del tallo principal. Más adelante usaré otros dos puntos de fijado en el borde del tiesto, uno de ellos en la parte interior y otro por fuera del tiesto. Esta semana he quitado el primer nodo de cada rama y también la rama que crece hacia abajo del segundo nodo, dejando la rama que crece totalmente hacia arriba. Al final de la semana colocaré la malla de SCROG, pero no va a ser de manera permanente, por lo menos hasta más adelante. Voy a empezar a hacer fotografías de fondo oscuro, y el tener la red me va a imposibilitar la tarea ya que debo sacar la planta del armario para las sesiones (necesito pensar en ello). De momento la quiero montar 3 o 4 días para probarla ya que nunca la había montado antes y también tenía que cortar las barras horizontales para la malla. Sobre Alice K. está creciendo super bonita y sana, hace un par de semanas encontré y maté una arañita blanca (Requiescat In Pace), a día de hoy (semana 7) no he visto más signos de insectos. También debo remarcar lo equitativamente que está creciendo y lo bien que soporta las altas temperaturas y la escasa humedad, hay alguna vez que he mirado el higrómetro y estaba al 35% dentro del armario. Como dije en la semana anterior, mataré los clones a media semana, voy a plantar otras 4 semillas la semana que viene y va a ser demasiado curro 😞para compatibilizarlo con mi trabajo. -----CALENDARIO DE RIEGO----- 23/08/19 (Day 32) - 3.000 ml con todos los nutrientes semanales @ 1.1 E.C. Warning to anyone that growing this strain. It is a huge plant be careful not to let it get to big before flipping to flower. Also this plant is a beast at stacking. Do not lollipop this strain let it grow and then around day 18 or so of flower anylize the plant and lollipop only the lowers that branch out. There will not be that many the plant is almost full stack Week three of flower is off to an amazing start! At day 22, the ladies are looking incredibly healthy. They're praying like crazy, reaching for the light, and stacking nodes like it's their job. The buds are starting to plump up, and the trichome production is getting intense. I'm so excited to see how they develop over the next few weeks!

Cooled off a bit, trellis has been great! I made it modular so I can just slide it up the supports and she grows. It has really helped develop a nice even canopy and will help with support in the long run. Seen a few ants and aphids, nothing major, may up the Lost Coast sprays to every 5 days. Heavy top dress of homemade screened compost mixed with Gaia Green 70/30 AP/PB. All in all super happy with this strain, very easy, uniform growth. My other 7gallon same time/strain is 2 weeks into flower, but hates being contained, unlike this girl. Love the early flower in a smaller pot with the same strain to really see how she flowers.

The pistils on all plants are getting more and more brown, its time to check the trichomes now. I check with a handheld microscope and they are getting milky, but not yet amber, which means they are ALMOST READY TO HARVEST, but not yet. The amount of crystals produced under the Q6W-Gen.2 LED-lamps from SANlight is astounding, the plants are coated in trichomes! This week I stopped giving any nutrients in order to FLUSH the plants, this is VERY IMPORTANT in order to get a smooth smoke of the dried end-product. The aroma of the plants is VERY STRONG NOW, they smell mouth-watering. The Shiva Skunk has a sweet, musky smell with a fresh citrus note to it, its a delight to smell those plants. The Serious Kush smells EXTREMELY fuely and gassy, like the OG-Kush, but with an amount of buds like the White Russian, its FLABBERGASTING. I cant wait to try those two strains...😎

Light hitting with around 900 PPFD she got Composttea (Wormcastings, Batguano, Algestuff and Microbal Solution with melasse and some fresh cut Grass from my Garden) Some Training with these bending-clips.

She grows nice and quick if you Treat her well! I transplanted and made a couple mistakes so she didn’t reach 100% imo but it’s still a nice turn out! Hadn’t she not gotten pollinated I think the yield would’ve been more! Oh well still not a bad turnout will compare her to my other cut of this strain I have finishing up! First week of germination. I requested a batch of seeds in hopes of submitting for the American Cup. I know I came close with the germination date. I was busy this summer, so I was only free halfway through October.

The girls are still wanting a good bit of calcium nitrate so I’m keeping it steady, the smell is great and the buds are entering the mid flower stage nicely. Might even be seeing some hints of purple forming in the core of the Queen’s buds. Watching your plants flower is just a good time, show your girls some love today. cheers

What up family, weekly update on these girls. I raised the lights 6in this week to allow some stretch but still keeping 400-600ppfd at the canopy level. Over all they're progressing beautifully. I started adding 2.5ml/gal of Athenas Blended line Grow A & B. Haven't seen any burnt leaf tips so I think they'll be OK adding a little boost. All in all Happy Growing.

Started off week 6 off by adding 5ml of Flying Skull Z7 to reservoir and adjusted reservoir PH to 6.0. I've got the blumats nearly dialed in and keep making small adjustments every 24 hours. I am holding off a few days on the nutrients to see what the plant tells me. The clawing seems to have improved(combo of over watering and not getting runoff on hand watered nutrients I believe). When I apply nutrients going forward I will make sure there is plenty of runoff so I don't repeat the same mistakes. 😬 on day 2 I applied 1 gal of nutrients and watered until runoff. On day 3 I defoliated the bottom of my plants to improve the air flow. On day 6 I added 5ml of flying skull Z7 to the reservoir. I noticed a possible calcium deficiency on one plant so on day 7 I applied my 1 gal of nutrients with the addition of calmag and silica. Ive only used calmag once growing in coco and it burned my plants...so I assumed there was enough from my tap water and nutrients. I know this goes against all advice.. I think it finally caught up with me LOL.LIve and learn to buffer your coco. Next grow I will buy buffered coco and use a calmag product 😅 I defoliated the center of my plants to increase airflow and expose light deeper into the canopy.
