They've been having a bit of trouble with calcium deficiency due to me overwatering them and not giving them CalMag every feed but have learnt my lesson for next time and will be getting the bare minimum nutrients from a recommended supplier. Been feeding them half nutrients one feed and pHd water with CalMag the other, and that's taking a day break between watering. Think they've only got this week left now then I'll start flushing with water I think, the one in the corner may need another week or 2 but at least it'll have loads of space to finish up when they're out of there 🙂 Was gonna start flushing this week but they just look so poorly so gonna have 1 more week with nutes every day cause I think they're thirsty bitches which has slowed them down possibly, full nutes, no nutes doesn't seem to be doing me any favours so I'll start flush the 2 that I think are ready next week and the last one a week after 😊😓 Have ordered a microscope to check the trichomes, no idea what to look for but I'm sure I'll see something.. feeding them everyday again as it's been another hot week should've just stuck with a daily feed probably. Grow Report — Week 6 From Seed (12/12 From Seed · Early Flower / Week 2 Flowering Transition) Quick Recap (for new joiners) This is a 12/12-from-seed run, now entering Week 6 from seed, which we can comfortably call early flower / second week of flowering transition — though we don’t obsess over labels. We follow the plants, not the calendar. Two plants, two approaches: • Plant A: Metal clips + harder structural training, with a short 18/6 period earlier on, plus LST • Plant B: Pure 12/12 from seed, gentle LST and leaf positioning only Both plants are now fully in flower mode, no doubt about it, just expressing it differently, which is expected and welcomed. ⸻ 🌡️ Environment Update • Day temperature: ~28°C (successfully raised) • Humidity: ~65% Even though it’s still a bit cold outside, increasing plant mass, higher lighting intensity, and added under-canopy lighting have turned the tent itself into a stronger and more stable heat source. This allowed us to stabilize conditions naturally, without forcing anything — exactly how we like it. Lighting & Atmosphere • PPFD: ~600–850 (depending on plant size and position) • CO₂: ~900 ppm Airflow • Unchanged and dialed in • Vortex extraction • Cross-winds with multiple fans • Constant, gentle movement across the canopy The goal remains the same: fresh air, no stress, no stagnation. ⸻ 💧 Feeding & Nutrition Strategy This week marks an important and intentional nutritional transition. • EC: 2.4 • pH: 6.5 From this point forward, all feedings will be pH 6.0 and above. Why? As flowering progresses, nutrient uptake priorities shift. A slightly higher pH improves the availability of key elements needed for bloom development, and the plants are clearly asking for it. Nutrient Change • Introduced: Terra Bloom — 5 ml/L • Removed: Terra Grow This switch is happening now, not earlier, because the plants have clearly entered the flowering transition. No rush, no shock — just listening to plant signals and responding accordingly. The current Plagron-based approach continues to perform exceptionally well, and plant response has been outstanding so far. ⸻ 🌿 Plant Behavior & Training Notes Both girls are looking amazing, each in their own way. • The metal-clip + harder-trained plant looks structured, composed, and confident • The pure LST plant is expressive, vigorous, and stretching beautifully The plant that experienced a short 18/6 period is currently smaller, noticeably so — which is interesting and worth observing. Not better, not worse — just different. Different light histories, different training styles, different expressions. This is exactly why side-by-side approaches are so valuable. Both plants are: • Healthy • Actively flowering • Responding positively to the environment and nutrition Plant A — Canopy Management Note This was also the week where a light, selective defoliation was performed on Plant A to open the canopy slightly and improve light penetration. She is clearly more advanced in flower development, visually closer to what would normally be considered around day 21 of flowering, and the timing felt right. Only larger, blocking leaves were removed — no stripping, no stress — just enough to: • Improve airflow • Expose developing flower sites • Support her more advanced flowering pace The plant responded calmly and confidently, confirming that the intervention was well-timed and appropriate. They’ve also been in and out of the studio for photos — and they handled it like champions. 💀I ended up going offline for a few weeks because of a lot of work, but here I am to update the diary. 👽Im going to harvest tomorrow. His sister was harvested last week, with a total of 70 days since the sprout. This one has 62 now. I think i over waited for the first one and i dont want to miss timing with this one. Shes smelling GOOD, and most of her trichomes are cloudy. So lets go to the final observations. I lost time with the LST and this affected her growth. Was a good experience to see it happening in real life, anyway. Learning is my first objective here. 👊 I didn't flush neither stopped feeding her as i want to see what happens, but today i gave her last watering with pure water. Got trouble with aphids n the last week, and maybe spidermites too. Was using only Neen oil but now considering i should increase the filtering at my tent windows, as i cant close bc its too hot here. 😢 So wish me lucky guys, im feeling good about this one as its looking and smelling really good. 😍 Ill be back to give the full harvest feedback later, thank you all.

Hallo Du, ich habe heute(Sonntag), wieder den Wochencheck absolviert. Bei einigen ist eine kleine Dünger Überreizung, wahrscheinlich bräuchten sie die letzten Tage nicht soviel oder haben es langsamer verarbeitet. Ansonsten ist alles im grünen Bereich. Sie wachsen und meine Damen blühen stärker und werden Praller. Der Duft ist leicht Süß/Zitrusartig. Ich muss entgegen aller Berichte und Negativ Erfahrung die ich mitbekommen habe sagen das ich bisher vollends begeistert bin von der Mars LED. Die Vorzucht habe ich extra mit einer Pflanzen Wachstumslampe vollzogen und die Blüte mit der LED nun vollzogen, ich bin auf das Ergebnis gespannt muss aber schon jetzt sagen ich habe gute 75 % an Strom-Kosten jetzt schon eingespart- auch mit der Wärme ist nicht Negativ es ist weniger heiß aber immer noch im Rahmen dessen was die Sweet Ladys benötigen. Mein nächsten Durchlauf werde ich dann aufjedenfall Kontinuierlich aufschreiben denn ich denke die Kombination aus Wachstumslampe Led Mars Royal Queen Seeds Critical Composana 3 Monate Nährstofferde Kleine Vorzucht Bugs 11 Liter Töpfe Ist für das Ergebnis bei einem reinen Lauf Ideal! Auch hatte ich bis jetzt bei den Critical am meisten einwandfreie Läufe. Diese werde ich auch nächstes Jahr als Outdoor nutzen. August 23: Just finishing up about 36 hours of darkness, then I'm going to wash the buds, then hang them. Harvesting a bit early due to time constraints but it looks good. The smell is very dank, not a tropical skittles smell, much more like wood glue as I've seen mentioned in other reviews, although I'm starting to occasionally catch a sweeter tropical scent as well. I wanted to leave it a little longer. There were still a lot of white hairs when I started the dark period, but a lot of them seem to have developed into swollen calyxes so I'm pretty happy. I was a little worried they were making seed pods after last time, but I broke one open and all that was inside was red hairs. I'm going to keep an eye on the RH while they're drying and get them into jars and try to wait as long as possible before I start sampling. I can tell this is one of those batches that's going to get better and better if left alone for a couple months. Just did the wash, did 1.25 cups of 34% food grade H202 and a squeezed lemon in a 5 gal bucket. Another bucket of just water to rinse. Then I had a fan on it while hanging in the sunlight from a skylight in the bathroom for 30 min, then put the fan further back and on oscillate, then turned it down an hour later. Left it in there for a few hours, then hung it in the grow tent with everything removed except an oscillating fan, pointed away from the buds. I have the whole plant hanging in the middle of the tent and the tent is holding at 60% rh. Next run I'm going to do 2 buckets and only top once. I might leave them a bit longer in veg too to maximize the height in my grow space, and I'll get a proper 500w bulb instead of continuing to run 1000w bulbs at 50% to lower the heat a bit. The weather will be cooler and I'll only run one air stone in each bucket which should help with res temp. I'll probably foil-wrap the buckets again as well. I should be able to get another run done by the end of the year. I have a White Widow fem seed I've been waiting to use but I'm not sure what else I want to grow yet. Maybe Granddaddy Purp. I'll take some micro pics of the trichomes this week and start curing, and I'll post a proper review in a couple weeks. Happy growing everyone! August 24: I took it out of the tent to inspect. No mold or mildew. The middle of some buds are still pretty wet. I'll keep an eye on it. Wet weight on the stem is 158 grams/ 5.5oz. I harvested a couple branches last week and hung them up. I just ground up one of the buds, left it overnight and vaped some today. There was a bit of Chemdawg Tangerine in the grinder already but overall I got a lot of thick vapour, instant effects, and a really great tropical taste. I busted out the microscope camera and I realized I had a couple buds that fell off before I washed the plant in the H202, and a couple buds that came off in the washing process. It doesn't look like washing the buds took off any of the trichomes. I do seem to find less debris in the buds, not that there was much there before. The trichs look great. Just a light toasting of amber. The washed bud actually seems more dry than the unwashed bud. August 25: there's a real chlorophyll smell coming from the drying room today, it was much terpier yesterday. Leaves are getting crunchy, stems are still fully bendy. I ended up taking it down in the evening. The drying room rh dropped from 60% to 55% and the buds were starting to look too dry based on my last grow. I put it all in a paper bag for the night and I'll put it in jars tomorrow morning. Broken down most of the way it came out to 48-49 grams. From the bud structure, I definitely feel like it would have benefitted from more grow time if I didn't have to travel. More to come. August 26 - the edges of the buds are getting really crispy and the buds are getting tighter. I checked the paper bag earlier and it was 65-70%. I got the impression it was time to put it into jars. I'll keep the lids off for a bit.

Hello growmies. We are reaching the end of the journey! I enjoyed the experience so much that I will repeat it. I'll take a look at the trichomes to decide when to cut it. 4 Setembro - flush a todas as plantas com água muito fria (3L a cada).

Another week down and it appears that the upward stretching has finally slowed down to a crawl at this point. I probably could have done a far better job managing these plants for maximum yields given I was doing some quick and dirty pheno hunting it really wasn't needed. I am glad to see the buds are beginning to swell nicely now. The time lapse really shows it off well, even if it is a bit over-exposed. I *really* need to get some better glass in there.... This old Brino 720p camera isn't cutting it when I want nice close shots. The buds are showing some nice trichome development as well. I'm more than a little curious to see how they after another month of filling out.

This week has been a little better. Recovering from the ph and phosphorus deficiency issues. New growth has been a little better. Finally got rid of the crispy leaves from the deficiencies. I knew I was getting into a tough one with 200 ml of dirt. I just wanted to see what happened. I have learned a lot on this one. Buds are getting a little bigger each day. This week I let the plant grow freely with no training or cuts applied. I’m waiting for the branches to reach 5 nodes before doing the next topping at the 3rd node, so for now the focus is just on healthy growth and recovery. Everything is developing nicely, and the structure is getting ready for the next apical cut 💪🌿

The ladies are still doing great and stacking very nicely! The leaves do look very very dark green with slight tip burns, so I doses down the nutrients slightly from 1100+ to 950 ppm! The grow light makes the leaves look more light green than they actually are (check the night shots) both pheno’s smell like a nice and strong gelato (vanilla/gas) 💪🏻

Spread this girl out a bit using some string and mild LST. She's responded super well and all the bud sites seem to be getting a nice dose from the TS1000 :) Bit late uploading this week but the pictures were taken back on Tuesday meaning this is still an accurately dated upload.

Day 29 - she grows very well a. the shape of the plant has been formed b. our environment is a bit hot, but the lady is growing very well after defoliation, trying to control the humidity, at night it goes down to 50%. c. added 2L of nutrient solution mixed at double strength to get the PH up to 6.5, and the ppm to 600, was liberal with the Mineral Magic. d. growth of the main has slowed just a bit as expected, the outer branches though are rising outward Day 30 - growth explosion a. she is growing well, leaving ventilation opened all the way up, humidity at 50%, heat is a bit high 29c, our region is very hot right now, I added more yeast to the CO2 generator, instantly started bubbling up again. Will keep the CO2 in there directed toward the plant. b. ill be increasing the Mineral Magic as I go, adding Silica to any plant allows for them to withstand heat better c. it seems my plant likes the 6.2 PH the best, the breeder recommends 6.5, but with DWC, it needs to be a little lower, 6 would probably be best. Day 31 - growing well a. there is growth all over the plant, she is very compact, but very vigorous b. temperatures are around 28, humidity hanging aroung 55 with all vents opened up to lower temps Day 32 - another growth explosion a. she is taking off big time b. environment is stable at 27 degrees and 55% humidity c. removed the 2 largest fan leaves to allow light to now evenly hit the entire plant Day 33 - growth observed all over a. all is well, added 1L of double strength nutrients to the DWC Day 34 - explosion occured a. she has exploded her 4 branches out the sides, its still so young... b. the DWC is running well, letting the PH hang right at 6 Day 35 - wow a. the plant is doing very well b. removed 2 main stem leaves to open coverage for branch growth c. added 2L of plain mineral water to the DWC, ppm 600
